1️⃣ Focus on Body Position and Pulling Water:
Make sure your body position is on point, as it can seriously impact your stroke. Also, strengthen your arms to pull more water — this will help even if you’re still working on kicking and breathing.
2️⃣ Learn Proper Breathing Technique:
A lot of swimmers struggle with breathing. Try breathing every 2 or 4 strokes and keep your head low in the water to avoid getting tired too quickly. It makes a huge difference!
3️⃣ Gradual Distance Improvement:
Start by gradually increasing your swimming distance. If you can swim 50 meters, try doing 4 sets of 25 meters with short breaks in between. Slowly build your stamina by pushing yourself just a bit further each time.
4️⃣ Include Drills in Training:
Drills are a must for beginners to improve your technique. They help you focus on specific movements and, with regular practice, you’ll develop a better feel for the water and see faster progress.
