[Music] here we go then three game week we love all of this stuff starting with Nottingham Forest away welcome to the pre-match show this is Blue Monday in IPS Rich Town [Applause] [Music] podcast desire desire desire [Music] desire welcome along everybody I’m not Richard I’m Ben um Richard’s uh traveling as we speak now um and he will be back on the preview show next week but right here right now I’m here with um Seb am I going to sing Boys to Men tonight right you try and stop me um Seb I assume you don’t want me to sing Boys to Men I was absolutely gutted there was no rendition of Boys to Men when I listened to the the rewind show I wanted Dave or Craig to burst into song but unfortunately it didn’t happen if you’d have been on it you naturally you would have done it right it’s it’s quite hard for me um not to at the moment but I’ll I’ll leave everybody waiting we’ll get some singing later in the show can we get some comments going live in the um in the live chat here we are live as ever on a Thursday night on YouTube ahead of IP’s visit to Nottingham Forest if you’re an old school audio listener you might even be on your way to the game right now and you’ve saved it good discipline from you to leave it that long but do come and join us live each and every Thursday on YouTube and make sure you hit that Thumbs Up Button Seb I have a theory that all of the conversations we were having at the start or in the close Seasons about promotion and about how we go about this and mentioning brenford and Brighton um as good examples they were not wrong but having been in the league for a few games now I think Nottingham Forest is actually probably a much more sensible comparison for where we’ve come from hear me out brenford and Brighton had some lovely stability and steady growth into the Premier League whereas Nottingham Forest got promoted out of absolutely nowhere with a squad that wasn’t ready for the Premier League because it was full of loan players and players who were out of contract and had to act accordingly in a system that you don’t realize quite how ridiculous it is until you’re you’re in it and I was talking to a forest fan today Seb and he said you’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t you know you can sign nobody and he said everyone was falling over Plucky old Loot and well they went down and you know they’re struggling a bit in the championship now or you can go for it and like Forest got you might breach ffp and everyone says you’ve signed too many players and like we got as well in the summmer oh you’re disloyal to the players that got you there what do you think of my theory that maybe given the situation we’re in and the relative chaos we got promoted in as in completely unexpected Bosch Bosch double promotion Forest is the example actually need to look at I think you’re completely right it’s by far the closest comparison isn’t it you know we all have aspirations of brenford and of Brighton because they have become the model but we forget McKenna mentions it every now and again doesn’t he in a in a pre-match presser that they had years of you know a a good few years of building in the championship maybe defeats in playoff semi-finals or playoff finals before eventually getting across Lane it was basically a replica of what we did in the ‘ 90s you know you add a bit of quality to the squad each year eventually you get yourself over that line you’ve got a a real body of work behind you from a recruitment point of view from a a kind of momentum point of view and you’re you’re good to go whereas Forest basically did what we did you know they had an unexpected promotion they had a a relatively genius managerial appointment in Steve Cooper who came in when they were in the relegation Zone and had absolutely no aspirations of of promotion he replaced was it Chris hooton I think he replaced wasn’t it after seven games with no wins and Forest bottom of the league I believe it the right number someone checked me in the chat on that yeah and obviously they go on this crazy crazy run get themselves to the Premier League a little bit like us they’re relatively underprepared and have to adjust accordingly and yeah like you say they get mocked for the summer of 2022 where they bring in 22 new players in the summer window and a further seven in the January window and there was that crazy stat they were playing Crystal Palace a few weeks ago weren’t they that crazy St where they said Dean Henderson on the pitch is the only player surviving from that transfer window and he was playing for Palace not for Forest so yeah they uh yeah a couple of years of chaos and you know scramble as as many people as you can across the line and then see if you can kind of stumble your way in and they’ve done that the past two seasons and certainly doing the research for this show they now look a lot calmer they’ve had a great start to the season their business kinds of looks a bit more measured and it kind of shows what you can do with three seasons worth of you know promotion three seasons worth of Premier League money to kind of like establish yourself so there are an awful awful lot of of similarities between the clubs aren’t there we were speaking The Green Room you know we’re both fans of forest I’d described them as a a proper Club as I’d imagine most people apart from Derby fans and Leicester fans would do and yeah you know we’re both clubs that have had our our Glory Days in the 70s and 80s and then founding members of the Premier League slip down to the championship and eventually down to League one before coming back up and as we’ve just discussed unexpected promotions and we’re kind of on a a similar trajectory obviously we had less um less incomings in the summer and hopefully no ffp issues that they suffered last year but yeah I think there are an awful lot of similarities and I think you’re right I think they are the model we have to look at given the the nature of the promotion and I’ve gone from feeling a bit indignant talking about the finances and all of that stuff to now kind of coming to agree with the forest fans that were holding their hands up and saying what are we supposed to do do you know what I mean and it’s um I I never want to be one of those people who says oh you have to you know the whole I played the game thing you have to you have to have done it to understand but I really have feel like I’ve I’ve learned a bit more about how hard it is for promoted team since supporting one rather than rather than watching from the outside have you softened on I’ll be honest I thought forest was a bit crazy that season but right now after 12 games of our season I think I have more understanding and empathy for what Mr Marian AIS who I’m sure will come come on to later did have you softened the all can you understand my position changing I have because like us they were outside of the Top Flight for so so long and it’s changed so much hasn’t it you know we remember the season we finished fifth and The Following Season we got relegated and the Premier League is now a completely different Beast isn’t it you know it’s a a land of power and athleticism and directness and physical strength and if you get promoted unexpectedly you have to Tool up accordingly and didn’t they have five six lone players I think in the squad when they when they got promoted so they had to you know jettison some of them replace some make people permanent they had James Garner I think as well who ended up at Everton so there had some decent Lanes they couldn’t get across the line and yeah whilst looking from the outside two years ago you think that’s a basket case they’re throwing as much stuff at the wall as they can a bit like us in the summer of 2021 they’re making ridiculous amount of signings they’re not all comparison yeah they’re not all going to work out and you kind of think right well they’re just gonna hopefully you know they can formate some sort of plan and strategy and get over the line um and they have and now the business is starting to look more measured more thought through and uh well they’re reaping the rewards now with with the start of this season yeah totally agree so um let us know your thoughts in the comments on the comparison but when you look at the unexpected promotion and maybe we’ve all love to our Squad built in League one that frankly performed off a modern day efl Championship Miracle to finish in the automatic places a squad that essentially needed a hell of a lot done to it as soon as it wenter in the um Premier League we’ll talk more about forest in a bit um Seb you just wanted to touch on um um a couple of little news items um do you want to do the training ground itfc women there just a couple of things soly the training ground planning permission uh video and and pictures have been released more to get excited about as Town Town fans it looks like a huge Redevelopment we’ve heard in the the fans forums and all the various interviews on Town TV that it’s the next major infrastructure project they’re going to spend 20 to 30 million quid on it it’s going to take take 18 to 24 months to complete the pictures look incredibly impressive it’s going to set us up nicely for years to come and I guess it’s just a another Feelgood story isn’t it you know another Feelgood kind of factor with all the great stuff the ownership group have done it’s clear that yes we’ve had a very quick rise and a very unexpected promotion but they are putting the the foundations in place for years to come and this kind of level of of facilities will serve the club really well in the future you know regardless of who the manager is who the players are who the ownership group are it’s lovely to see they’re not here for the the quick Buck they’re not going to get promoted and flip it to somebody else and move on that they’re putting infrastructure in for the long term so I just thought it was another really good kind of Feelgood story and the other big news obiously ITC women are back in League action this weekend uh home to AFC Wimbledon in a game that we are sponsoring Blue Monday are sponsoring the game so get yourselves along to the AGL uh Arena uh we’re obviously joint top of the league we have two games in hand over hashtag um womon are currently sitting seventh so hopefully the uh the girls can continue their excellent start of the season and uh you’ll probably hear rich on the drum there at some point he bangs the drums and we’re very very proud to um sponsor that entire game which is um very very um one of those moments where it kind of amazes me where we where we came from and and where we are now absolutely tremendous um right should we tune into Forest then because for all of the comparisons we’ve made on how they arrived in the top division they’ve started the season in quite a different fashion to how we have well in the 1 to 20s in the summer a lot of people would have them I think I had them 17th 16th maybe I didn’t think they’d dropped down but looking at the the fixtures when they came out you know you sort of see Spurs away man united at home Forest away before a ball is kicked you’re looking at those thinking Spurs away loss Man United at home probably defeat then you see forest and you think oh hang on a minute okay that’s probably a game we probably need to pick up some points from because they’ll be scrapping with us down at the bottom of the league and they’ve just started really well really kind of unexpectedly they’ve tailed off a little bit in the last couple of weeks but have been playing kind of excellent opposition and yeah I mean I’m pretty sure that their relegation kind of concerns are pretty much gone now they’re on 19 points so they’re halfway to the old safety and the new safety is probably 34 35 36 points so I I can’t see them getting dragged into it unless something incredible happens that they’re currently sat seventh they’ve played 12 one five drawn four and lost three scored 15 goals and conceded 13 there last five form three wins Palace Leicester and West Ham Two defeats the last two games before uh before the last two weekends they’d kind of been in imperious form but they did lose 3-1 home to Newcastle just before the break from one n up from one nil up Seb and it l like they were going to win again really loose in the second half in that game weren’t they yeah and then they went to Arsenal last weekend which isn’t a reflection of that you know this is It’s a right off it was 3-0 uh could have been more by all accounts but that’s a complete right off that’s not a game where you kind of you know expect to to pick up anything and they’ve just started incredibly strongly and there was a start I found before last weekend’s defeat to Arsenal they’d only been behind in the Premier League for 102 minutes and 34 seconds so far this season which was the lowest in the Premier League so it’s a really excellent start that said their home form isn’t that amazing it’s the 13th in the league eight points from the six games they’ve played there and they’re kind of struggling to score goals at home they’re the fourth lowest goal scorer at the city ground with seven but equally they don’t concede many they’re the third fewest goals conceded so far this season uh with with six so their away form currently is better than their home form we’ll kind of discuss what nuno’s done year on year to improve them and away form is a big big factor but I can’t see them getting drilled into a relegation battle can you I think they’re safe now do you think top 10 is realistic or do you think it will even out slightly they will naturally fall further down the place I’d imagine a finishing spot between what 10th and 13th now is pretty realistic for them there’d be some kind of regression to the main after a a brilliant but probably unsustainable start and you always see it in the Premier League you have Mighty clubs kind of halfway up and if they’re ever halfway up you know they’re going to end up four places higher don’t you come what may if I can just respond to your point about the one to 20s at the start of the season they were in no mat I totally get why you’re saying that they I’ve got the table up from last year and obviously Sheffield United Burnley and Luton got badly relegated Luton got relegated with 26 points so although you can argue that Forest didn’t need a lot of points to stay up they could take their foot off the accelerator probably probably at the turn of the Year judging by the the kind of points totals they they scored 32 points they lost 20 games last year and there’s a big gap then they were kind of in their own little No Man’s Land any normal season they would have been in the relegation battle but because bless our beloved efl alumni were so bad um last year they kind of surviv there um by default and my other response is a question back to you are you intimating and do you believe that Forester they just better set up to go and play away from home where teams can come at them and Nuno can sit back a little bit I think so we’ll discuss the I’ve got my tactical pad little Gizmo for later on we’ll discuss how they set up but looking at the the kind of the the playing Styles I would suggest they are a side that counters very very well they got paced the the wings with the two wide options and and the players they’ve bought in in the summer and they are a side that obviously can go long if they need to with with Chris Wood the man in form who will discuss as a central kind of option to hold the ball up and bring others into play so yeah I think they sat really nicely away from home we must remember as well they went to Liverpool didn’t they and won one nil back in September only team to get anywhere near Liverpool this season exactly yeah so yeah they’ve started incredibly well and yeah to answer your question back I I I think they do set up well away from home given the pace they have they like to congest the middle of the field and with a you know it’s harsh to call I’m not calling him a lump it’s disrespectful with a with a a Target man a strong physical option through the middle like Chris Wood you’ve always got that option to go long if you need to 100% um so to your point about where they’ll ultimately end up I mean they’re seventh at the moment and you remember they went into the Arsenal game it was fourth versus Fifth and it wasn’t Arsenal it were fourth put it that way which was a bit of a fun one I just looked there and look at Villa in eighth Newcastle in 10th dare I say Manchester United in 12th I know they weren’t great against us but I think we know kind of what’s going to happen this season even if it’s only a shortterm thing so there’s teams that are going to move up and just naturally kind of pass them but if they can be in the conversation in the middle and this is the frustrating conversation for us said because we hoped that maybe a brenford or Bourn for a forest would not be as good as they’ve been and would be in the bottom six conversation but it feels like those teams are all going to be somewhere around the middle would you agree yeah I think you’ve called it spot on I think we realized now it’s going to be the three clubs that went up and then an underperforming more established like a Palace West Ham annoyingly had that great result on Monday night awaiting Newcastle because they were kind of poised to drop right back into it Everton like they can’t quite pull clear and obviously wolves had that really poor end to last season a really tough start to this season but they’ve just you know started to pick up points they they have a very infuriating Striker wolves don’t they yeah yeah hopefully somebody comes in in January maybe and takes them off his hands but yeah I think we have to be realistic the likes of I think I had brenford in my I think I had them 17th in my one to 20s in in the summer thinking that they wouldn’t survive the the the kind of the Tony sale would affect them but they’ve kind of pushed on um yeah Forest are one of those clubs now I think are are going to break away and and like I said earlier it shows what three years you know if you if you can just stay above the line certainly the first season the second season the third season it makes such a big difference doesn’t it you know you suddenly got that that kind of financial Headroom to go and make bigger signings and you can really look to push on and establish yourself it’s all about getting over the line those first two years up in the Prem it’s a crazy crazy system isn’t it and we’re almost um holding Forest up as a good example which shows what we kind of you know by association think of the ffp rules and they’re they’re not overly helpful to um maybe and this is another similarity cash rich ERS with no headr but money burning a hole in their pocket and why do you think 20 to 30 million quid you’ve been talking about earlier in the show is being plowed into infrastructure that would be being plowed in on the pitch if the ffp rules um weren’t as they weren’t as they are but I did kind of like Mark Ashton’s take on it on his talk sport interview where he was like it’s the rules that we’re playing in we can cry about it and you know we just got to get on with it um right what next with Forest SE let’s discuss Nuno the new manager obviously because Steve Cooper you’ll know more from your Championship day Steve Cooper was universally loved wasn’t he by the forest fans he like you said took over from Chris hooton at the the start few was it a few games into the 2122 season and they just go on this stratospheric rise throughout the division get across the line there there’s one point I think they played Bournemouth round about Easter time in the kind of the the last three or four games of that season and there was a chance that Forest could have got automatic but Bournemouth beat them that night and and got across the line who scored SE Kea Mo Kea Roberto Fran go more um and they they end up going up via the playoffs and yeah so Steve Cooper survives the first season in the Premier League with them the year they signed Jesse lingard and all those players and there were a lot of strong rumors wer there he was going to be dismissed by Mr Marian akis who in the end gave him a new contract and I think quite a lot of the feeling around that was because of the the kind of you know the the the love and the warmth he was getting from the um uh from from from the touchline and then even last season remember going away to Fulham the Infamous game where somebody reported they found Mr Marin’s badge in a in a in a in a bush outside after he’ stormed out earlier I they lost 4-1 maybe 51 but even at the end when they’re clapping the fans they are all singing Steve Cooper’s name you know so he was universally loved but Mr marinakis acted and the crazy thing was it shows what a weak division it was when Nuno comes in Cooper had only won one out of the previous I think it was something like 13 games in all comps but they were still Five Points clear of the relegation Zone which kind of shows the the the Rel the promoted sides Burnley Lon and shefford Wednesday just couldn’t really get going at all and and Nuno comes in and you know he does struggle at first he he kind of he done brilliantly kind of since then but at the start he kind of has to adapt to this new this new playing style we know him from his time at wolves obviously he was appointed when the Takeover went through when they were in the championship he gets them to the Premier League League finishes seventh for a couple of years drifts off to 13 they get a bit bored of it he moves on has a very brief spell at Spurs following Mourinho before Conte comes in but loses like five out of seven games doesn’t last there long at all and I guess he’s a steady safe Pair of Hands who will probably make the football maybe more pragmatic than Steve Cooper while kind of had drill is that fair for me to say based on your Championship days under Steve Cooper do you think it’s it’s probably fair but to get there you’ve gone around the houses because Forest were actually quite thrilling under Cooper initially in the championship play Beautiful Counterattack and they had Jed Spence Brennan Johnson and Keenan Davis and just you know you talk about physicality my God those three had every bit of it with the dribbling the speed and the power of um Davis and I was actually at the turning point game strangely because I’m not at many Premier League games certainly that point I was at a game at Leicester where James Madison and Harvey Barnes just ripped Forest to pieces and won 4 nil and he got the new contract I think possibly after that game um someone correct me in the chat it’s around that time and he runs for the hills tactically said he really closes everything up they’re five meters further back they’re not playing in their own half they’re taking zero risk anymore he literally you know managers like Kieran McKenna is very good at pivoting very gradually it’s like when it gets dark outside you don’t even notice it get it getting dark that’s what Kieran McKenna um kind of does and you realize three weeks after he’s done something oh he’s kind of worked his way through that whereas Cooper very clearly battened down the hatches and said I’m gon to go extremely defensive so Forest fans I think enjoyed the survival but grew tired of um you know it being that defensive and strangely you say um Nuno might be a little bit more fragmatic you would think that but in the end where Cooper had got to and where Nuno is and the silly thing is are we not describing what Cooper would have done in an Ideal World anyway what they’re doing right now but did he necessarily have Callum Hudson ad do and Morgan gives white and Elliot Anderson and chriswood firing and um a either the strug so it’s a bit of a it’s a bit of an odd one and it’s a conversation we very much are used to for five years of the podcast about um pragmatic what what word do we fall on as as the politically correct one pragmatic effective football as opposed to football that you’re really excited to to turn up and watch so that would be my take on how it’s evolved Sim and do you think that obviously Mr Mar AIS has history in terms of you know moving people on do you think that that he’s had a stadium ban he’s due back in the stadium on uh he had a five match ban but he’s due back in for the first time this coming weekend presumably now we know he’s fiercely ambitious and wants to redevelop part of the stadium and has designs on Forest kind of pushing for pushing for Europe and stuff do you think he’s settled now with Nuno for the for the for I guess given the given the start of the Season why would you look to change anything but is there always just that doubt in the back of your mind maybe given his history that you know potentially everything the button could be pushed one day and everything could get thrown in the air couldn’t it I’d imagine the window for him to change his mind is like two weeks if they play a few games across two weeks and he doesn’t like it probably just probably just sacking one our friend Mr ilar has fired a manager earlier this week I um not from the same part of the world t one cish and one’s one’s Greek but are very ambitious uh European owners I mean people have a pop at the American owners but yeah Mr Maran AIS is his box office but what you’ve got to say about him is he went for it and I remember Jim White running a bit on talk sport as well with Marian AIS after the playoff final and he said oh I’m going for it next year and he he did exactly what he said he was said he was going to do and I think they would have done the ground by now if there wasn’t there’s a weird issue between central government and local government there and the three parties not been able to get their heads together and I know it’s a I know all the town fans heading up there probably really excited to go to an amazing historic ground in that video they played before and Brian KF and tire and all of that and the Trent if you it’s winter but you’re going to have a adult beverage alongside the river it’s a beautiful away day but talking about swinging that all about and rebuilding the stadium so all I would say about him is um yeah if Richard bangs the drum at um the ladies games Mr Marian Aris marches the beat of his own drum is how I would um how I would conclude that Sim and took a calculated gamble didn’t he you know in another world the ffp breaches slightly more sever they get handed more more Point deductions and they end up going down he’s got to deal with the consequences so you know he took a risk and it it paid off for them and now they’re they’re kind of reaping reaping the rewards just to go back to Nuno just two noticeable things he has fixed I’ve already mentioned the away form he has also really fixed their set piece issues from the last couple of Seasons last year they conceded 22 goals from set pieces which was the worst in the division other than the relegated side and they only scored seven which was something like the the second fewest he’s really sorted out both ends of that now and and then this season they’re amongst the higher end for for scoring set pieces and they’ve tightened up from a defensive point of view as well so he’s kind of changed a few little things in the in the preseason and well yeah as we keep saying he is reaping the rewards at the moment our record against him let’s discuss that briefly we’ll push you towards Blue Monday rewind we have we have this horrendous record at the city ground it is not a happy hunting ground for us there’s 22 Town wins overall 19 draws and 39 Forest wins we haven’t won in our last 14 that’s 14 trips to the city ground the last time was probably almost exactly to the day it was early December in 92000 when Matt Holland scored I think it was on a Sunday I think it was on Sky if I remember right were you there were you was there yeah okay um yeah that was our last win and since then it’s it’s it’s not been great at all our last visit there was a similar time of year again just after Paul Lambert took charge we lost 2-0 that day um grabin I think got a couple of goals for for forest and uh oh was at that one as well yeah well you should say that because I I do this for Rich sometimes and he hates it so I’m going to throw an Ipswich toown lineup wiiz to you from that day so it was yeah 2018 Paul Lambert has just taken charge if I go by what sky seems suggest it’s a 4222 formation good luck Ben is All I’m gonna say good luck okay BOS B kovski yes Luke Chambers yes oh that season Freddy Sears yep wide left it looks like or Central left depending on what the PBC think oh my god do you know who I remember having a great game Dera the forest we were terrible weren’t we help me out in the help me out in the chat guys um Chambers Chambers mate Central Midfield uh excuse yeah there you go um Dave’s favorite right Buck Jordan Spence yeah um Jack laner yeah great shout yeah yeah I you get that one I thought be the one you’d struggle with uh Ashley said in the chat Jonas nson can I have that already back y so you need one more for the for the back you need the the center back partner for Luke Chambers clue it wasn’t NCA no gives another clue Looney from Everton I think he’s at Shrewsbury now was at shrewbury last Matt Pennington Matt Pennington yeah so you need the other Striker the other Central midfielder along side Cole sco and the wide right option is that one of the few games John wal was played no he did done he was done by he he was done by then Central Striker only left us last season became a bit of a cult hero could have moved on in so Windows Kaden Jackson Kaden Jackson I literally watched him last night blessing we missed an open goal for Derby last night on my watch along on the Benjamin Bloom football channel sorry how many more do we need help centr midfielder alongside sco and the wide right option Johan Nolan no hero of the 145 season put in the cross for J tabs header moved on now now at Co sorry Central midfielder moved on to wig moved on to um Lincoln now at coou Ted Bishop Teddy Bishop yeah and then one more the wide right scored a hattrick on his debut Grant Ward and then Grant Ward infamously there was a game at Forest where mcka just left and Grant Ward scored and then I think did Britt and Diaz and just been bretin then and Joe LLY scored in both scored in stoppage time does that sound right yeah that was close and I was at the one in 1415 where we were one nil up 1-1 two1 up Murphy scores two great goals and then I think Mikel Antonio got two and he scored in the 94th minute or something so yeah we have come close in recent years to getting across the line but overall our record at the city ground is is absolutely rank yeah dear me um right sorry where we going next let’s discuss their business quickly what they’ve done as I’ve said the window seems a lot more calm they’ gone to the days of the 22 arrivals and the the 10 dep partes so Elliot Anderson is kind of the big the big win from the window given how he started the season he is a doubt he’s got a fitness test uh on on an injury for the weekend so hopefully he won’t make it but he was about him did you I’ve turned I’ve changed my opinion on him I thought that was a naughty ffp because they traded a keeper the other way with Newcastle but he’s actually really good Anderson and I I remember some Forest fans I was appeared on another Channel saying oh that doesn’t smell right and they said no no no no this is a proper sign I think it is a proper signing isn’t it I think it is I think them and Brighton kind of took advantage of newcastle’s issues because Brighton got Mina as well didn’t they he was 20 years old and very highly rated and obviously Forest got Anderson so I think they both remember Forest Newcastle and Villa Everton did some they swapped these are deals yeah exactly they are class as separate deals presumably ffp reasons but 35 million quid he can play Central Midfield he can play on the left he can play on the right uh as I said injury doubt for the weekend hopefully he won’t make it because he started the season while he’s looking really good isn’t he um the other absolute bargain I think is Nicola minkovich from fantina 11 million quid you know a top serria Defender it brings in kind of vocalness at the back incredibly strong in the air one something like 80% of his aerial jewels in sirri a the last season he was there he was you know he looks like an absolute bargain for that kind of price morat the center back 9.5 million from Benfica they already had Murillo the left-sided one who’s very highly rated and there was I was certain he was going to go in the summer I thought yeah I thought so I think Spurs were link for him and I thought that was inevitable that he would look to move on but he he stayed and and that that partnership minkovich and murello is is kind of a real reason why they’ve done so well because last season you’d had Bollywood come in and diar would come in there’ be lots of chopping and changing I think they used eight different Center back pairings last season but this year it’s so so much more settled than they’re reaping the rewards of it uh jot Silva and Roman Sosa have come in to provide some some competition down the flanks for Callum Hudson Ado and Anthony alanga James George Mendes involved in in the all these Portuguese Lads I know he was with no NOA um wol doesn’t he it’s not a bad shout considering who the manager is yeah uh James Ward PR came in on a season long loan from uh West Ham and Alex Moreno the left back came in from Villa obiously they signed Lucas D Mareno wasn’t really getting a look in there he’s comeing in and he’s made their left hand side incredibly uh impressive they had a few outs Joe warl um you know the captain of the promotion Winning Side went to Burnley an inevitable consequence of of promotion and looking to kind of push on they cleared out a lot of squad players Scott McKenna Omar Richards leis O’Brien Matt Turner they all kind of went out either released or on loan places Oriel M mangala joined leyon in a pre-arranged deal and then subsequently got loaned back to to Everton uh and as I said Musa nikar the player uh the center back they got 27 million quid for him from Leon so there was a lot of they definitely were a club with two windows they had the ffp window where a lot of stuff was done pre- June the 1st and then kind of more stuff done later in the summer yeah amen and is there still a sense that there’s a bit of tidying from the initial um you know first two season survival but but most Marian AIS is always good for a a transfer or a loan to Olympia need to kind of to kind of balance things up and vice versa and stuff so I’m sure they’ll be doing more stuff in the in the summer to make sure that that the kind of the books are the books are right should we say um do you want to go tactical now yeah let’s do the Tactical pads if you can share the screen for me please and I will do my normal jiggery pokery so this is the average positions that they set up with in their home game against West Ham I thought there’s no point me looking at the Arsenal away game last week because it’s not a fair representation the game before that was Newcastle which is a harder game so I looked at the the West Ham game because it’s probably similar to what they will do to us given the form West Ham were in at the time so as we discussed earlier there’s width there and there is kind of congestion in the central Midfield position if I do my usual jiggery pokery minkovich seems to be kind of the defensive cover this is when these are moving now these are now moving from their average positions to their heat map so where they take the most touches on the ball so minkovich looks to be kind of one of the the security blankets at the back Murillo doesn’t really move from his average position or his heat map he seem most quite good fun he is going to dribble up the pitch at one point as as well on Saturday isn’t he and he’s quick isn’t he and Powerful so he can look to get back with that kind of recovery Pace if needed the fullbacks are interesting they basically split so Moreno is the one that goes forward now 47% of forest attacks come down their left hand side so you can see how he pushes up and kind of dovetails with Callum Hudson a doy whereas on the other side Ola Ana who’s a came through a Chelsea I think I think he’s about sounds very familiar Seb yeah he uh he kind of provides a bit of a bit more defensive stability exactly as kind of Twan would do and obviously Moreno is the the leaf Davis in this scenario the center mids do similar so Ryan Yates Club Captain one of the few left over from the promotion local Boyhood came to the academy he drops back as well and provides a bit of defensive cover and Dominguez is a very combative Argentinian Center midfielder he also pushes into this left-and kind of Channel a bit like what Luongo would do you know with Leaf Davis and with probably Broadhead last season to kind of create overloads in the wide left positions the two why players then go and do their thing so Hudson and doy goes really high he’s normally there most advanced player we all know I don’t want to say it I know you guys get in trouble but we all know his party trick I don’t need to tell you what it is and I don’t want to see it on Saturday yeah exactly it’s a Morgan Whitaker special isn’t it uh Anthony langa on the other side he’s a doubt as well with a shoulder injury so if he doesn’t make it the Chan is I jot Silva will play he’s slightly further back but again goes wide and then Morgan Gibbs white the number 10 and Chris Wood kind of vacate that space um in the in the middle of the park it w doesn’t seem to be uh from his heat map doesn’t seem to be the furthest advaned player that seems to be the two the two wide men and obviously wood comes alive in the box so that is this week’s tactical iPad if you want to unshare that screen that’s kind of idea of what they will end up doing it’s a 4231 as you can see from there they’ll congest the center of the pitch they’re perfectly happy for the other side to have the ball 41% possession is the third lowest and they are the second lowest um uh pressers in the division behind Everton as well so they’re not going to overly press us they’re happy for us to have the ball but when they get the ball they will look to move It Forward quickly and use that pace of Hudson adoy and Anthony Al langa or J Silva on the right hand side to really really get going down the pitch they are very strong in the air I’ve mentioned uh minkovich at the back uh 15 aerial Jewels one per game for the overall side is the third highest in the league so yeah tactically that’s what we would imagine they would do and then the key players we’ve all mentioned Chris Wood with this shock kind of start he’s had to the season always been a you know a solid Premier League campaign he’ll probably get you nine 10 goals across a season you know he’s Newcastle yeah Newcastle obviously uh eight goals in 12 appearances so far this season didn’t start against Arsenal last time out because of the international jet lag um traveling with with New Zealand uh he will he will come in I guess there’s some doubts about sustainability he’s not going to finish in reality with you know plus 20 goals in the Premier League season I think his XG is roughly half what he scored so there are some issues around sustainability uh Callum Hudson Ador we’ve mentioned already he’s got two goals already loves to cut inside Ryan Yates and Nicholas Dominguez in the center of the park are competive they are both on four bookings like Mr Mory so potentially we could see three players booked at the weekend which would then result in uh in one match bans uh I’ve already mentioned Melo Center back highly rated very strong fairly quick left footed he’s very frontf footed and aggressive in his defending as you said he’s a a lot of fun and the keeper they finally got kind of a bit of a bit of stability at the back they had Dean Henderson the first year they were up they signed was it Kayla Navas they had for a bit had on probably got a wing on his house for all his trophies he in Real Madrid was he yeah yeah Real Madrid Matt Turner they signed um from marsenal I think they’ve got Matt zels now four clean sheets is the second highest uh so far this season they got some doubts I’ve already mentioned it Elliott Anderson with a foot Anthony alango with a shoulder and hopefully Morgan’s Gibbs white with a knee issue are all late Fitness tests if those three were out that’s a big big plus uh said that’s changed since the weekend though hasn’t it because Gibbs white was definitely out last weekend and now it’s oh we’ll have a look we’ll have a tomorrow but equally again it is a three- game week for us I think they’ve got Villa and man united after us if they’ve got any doubts will they risk them hopefully not uh daniello is out for the season horrible injury on the open day of the Season wish him well obviously and defensive midfielder Ibrahim sang is out for a few more weeks after hamstring surgery so the big three doubts are the three key the two the two key men in the center of the park Elliot Anderson and Morgan Gibs white and elanga in the wide right position and that is Nottingham Forest do you think they’re reasonably unique in terms of the fact that they’re happy to have a old school number nine who’s not going to do a hell of a lot else other than you know which is concerning isn’t it if his job is literally you know stand between the two Center halfs win stuff in the air and take shots from inside the the penalty which we don’t see that much of it and we don’t see that many you know sort of reasonably defensive um teams especially since hodson’s out of um Palace they they they feel quite unique seven I don’t shoot me down for saying this I don’t like them as a matchup for the way we play I have to say yeah I know what you mean I guess I guess the similarities are between dap and wood you know you’ve got two kind of battering rams at the top of the pitch who will do a lot of the dirty work for the one can run though yeah yeah true yeah for the first 60 70 minutes and then you’ll look to bring in people they’ll bring in uh ion woo the the the the reserve Striker they spent big money on um from Germany former Liverpool Prospect iume he’ll come on at some point in the second half if wward to tire and equally we know that Liam DB isn’t likely to last the the full match so yeah I know what you’re saying in terms of physical but we’ll discuss us in a minute if we have a certain six foot five former Hull left footed Central defender back or or Cameron Burgess I’d I’d bman do quite well against against wood in the air interesting we talk about us after this word from our sponsors Blue Monday is proudly brought to you in partnership with our friends at Atwell solicitors your ideal legal partner for work on property or business law Sunday um I don’t know what the actual confirmed lineup for that is but it might not be me Dave and Joe I think there might be a a fitness test there on Joe fairs um and as much as we probably piggybacked on lot of their information you can still go ahead and listen to Blue Monday rewind which is already out with um Craig and Dave a brilliant look back I would recommend on the way to the game if you got a couple of hours drive listen to this show first and then just chillax with the um with the rewind we’re going to stress you out um and then they’re just going to go back into the past uh Premier League predictions with myself and Mikey is already out as well that came out yesterday my God we’re busy buggers aren’t we um Seb so Joe far said on the flagship I think now the team looks settled and is this a case I asked him about a three game week do you plan for the week or do you just roll with what you’ve been doing what what is your take well it’s it’s is it the hardest game of the week I think yes cuz firstly it’s away from home we’ve got Palace coming into Portman Road on Tuesday night and then Bournemouth obviously at Portman Road on Sunday so I think it’s the hardest of the games but I think Bournemouth is the hardest game given their Road isn’t it that’s true yeah if it was away yeah I’d say it probably was harder than Forest um but it’s at it’s at Portman road so that that’s goes in in my favor I I guess we need to start building some momentum and doing that do you change things potentially not there’s there’s not been a lot of football played has there in the first three months of the Season we’re about to go into this crazy spell of whatever it is is it I don’t know how many games it is between now and on says it seven between now and US yeah so I guess you got to plan accordingly we will see some rotation McKenna likes to to rotate but I think obviously we’re seeing a a very developed spine and I agree with streaky there I would roll with what we’ve we’ve got um I think Calvin Phillips it looks like he’s probably back but he’s gonna have to be patient I think for the until Mory gets that fifth yellow I think it’s going to be cust and Mory starting in Cent I like that though Seb I like it when it’s like okay we don’t know what the solution is here here well okay Phillips steps out C steps in and they’ve got the shirts and until as you say something happens that’s the deal and um you’re going to need spare players in the three- game week aren’t you absolutely I think we know three of the four of the defense will be settled it’ll be Twan at right back OA I thought was imperious thought he was excellent against man united yeah very good he’s coming on massively Leaf Davis I guess a question mark over gaves or uh Burgess Grieves is warming up wasn’t he he was the the spare man at the weekend so he must be very close I think surely Seb we’re going to see Greaves at some point yes um this week but I’ve given up yeah I’ve given up trying to think Kiera McKenna’s too smart for me I can’t I can’t second guess him it it could be starting from Saturday we could see him for 10 minutes of the third game and that’s all we see but we’re definitely seeing him aren’t we yeah I think so he’ll make his return at some point burges has been brilliant you know he he stepped in effortlessly when Greaves got injured that lovely understanding with Leaf Davis so so good in the air and yeah he’s he’s moved on massively but I think Greaves at some point does come back in and wins the shirt we discussed Central Midfield smic on the left Nob brainer a bit quieter against man united but again it’s a home G it’s an away game and that’s where he seems to really thrives in it with the with the crowd Etc uh Amari Hutcherson will be the the 10 obviously um great great goal I know it’s deflected but great great goal and a brilliant performance you know the where he was spinning away from Casmir and er first half was excellent and then I guess there’s a debate around the the right wing position if if Ben Johnson is back he was excellent um away at at Spurs and played well at Leicester before that as well does he come back in or obviously wed Burns I think probably had one of his better games of the season in the rightwing role was involved in the goal was involved in the Low cross that what percent of the what percent of the attacks went down the left hand side for Forest 47% yeah so do you want to to double up and have that kind of maybe that slightly more defensive nouse of Johnson being in a away game probably yeah Johnson wide right Hutchinson 10 schic left and obviously it will be Liam dap through the middle sounds like broadheads back and could be involved Off the Bench um I bet you’re happy with that aren’t he’s still my Beating Heart um he might well come on and become one of the maybe one Jeremy sento scor for Burnley last night my M Burnley season ticket sent me a video of it and it’s like he said is this like seeing your ex and I said yeah it’s like yeah it’s like seeing a former partner who’s moved on to something new but more more a one night stand is it hair trim as well but yeah God I still miss him what a play yeah brought back on the bench and and he could kind of dovetail with um Ali Al Hamed for the central striking role when when Hurst is knackered at at 60 Minutes Or what 65 70 minutes whatever it’ll be so that’s what I think we will do get it in the chat what you think we will do what you think the key issues are I guess is it burges or gaves and is it Johnson or Burns they’re the only two kind of possibly contentious issues that’s that’s what I expect that we would do shall we move on to Rich’s favorite feature now peek behind the curtain rich is actually at my house tonight he arrived about I think half an hour ago he’s actually sat downstairs in my lounge so I don’t think he’s he’s he’s watching but he has told me to go e yeah I’ve got him I’ve got him backstage here yeah all right okay he can I just quickly add before you go to fpl Seb I’ve talked to a couple I’ve been on a couple of forest channels this week everyone everyone is terrified of Liam deap which which I like a lot of course because we’ve discussed Melo who’s strong and quick and minkovich who’s dominant in the air and strong again but no matter who he goes up against Liam deap is just he just he just takes it in his stride doesn’t he you know we’ve we’ve seen him against the aggression of Romero we’ve seen them against you know man United’s backline and doesn’t matter who it is he just bullies them batters them the the way he’s able to hold a ball up stick a leg out control the ball spin himself get his body in the way is is absolutely phenomenal and yeah he is one of the obviously the the men in in the certainly in the lower half of division if I was an opposition backline i’ I’d be fearing him too I’ve got a marketing idea Seb are you ready to hear it so I christened Calvin Phillips Calvin effing Phillips it’s not gone so well really that little bit of Mark him but I still think it’s got legs how about Liam no F’s given thep because he doesn’t care who he’s playing against he got go against John Terry and Rio Ferdinand and just beat up on him anyway let me know your thoughts on whether I should quit casting for a career in marketing as we go to our FPL [Music] feature and this feature sa is brought to you by Brett Vale Golf Club currently welcoming new members on a second club membership introductory offer 499 PS to play from 1st Veil golf again all one word Brett golf on Instagram s right I think he’s put the graphics in there I don’t know if he has if you can upload them but suffice to say it wasn’t a very good week for him he’s at the stage now where I think he text me on Monday or Tuesday ranting that he had some players on the if they’d have started he would have got even closer to my total so expect to see rich in the next few weeks shouting Kevin Keegan style down the mic that he still I see no Graphics sadly Seb so you might have to talk us through this okay no problem I’ve only made one change for so last week I got 93 points I don’t know what the overall head-to head is but I think he only got about 30 odds so I think I’ve roughly pulled a further 50 points ahead of him so it’s almost at the stage now where it’s insurmountable uh but we’ll let him keep having a go bless him I know he’s taking Harland out he’s put that in the comments saying Harland has been removed I don’t know who he’s put in instead I’ve only made one change I’ve put in uh J Pedro who seems to hit a little bit of form and they’re playing our good friend Russell Martin and Southampton you get more points for no eyes assist than a normal assist because I love J Pedro’s assist for Brighton last week he is he’s hit run a form so I’ve got him in for even Eon I don’t know what Rich has done so tune in next week for the Bournemouth pre-match where we will see how many points I’ve beaten him by and how much further my lead over him has has been extended brilliant stuff um Seb we’ll go to some predictions in a minute um thank you to Brett Vale golf club for sponsoring the FBO segment here on the previous show we’d love to get some questions for SE and myself from you guys in the comments so before we go to our predictions I’ll give you the um give you the heads up on the questions just help us out stick a question mark afterwards or a cue um before one or the other both whatever you want to do Seb how do you see um the trip to the city ground going you will know if you’ve watched the prediction show Mikey has a Desmond against a very good defensive team I for no logical reason other than my emotional leads predicted I would not lose this game and it would be a nil effing nil draw so we’re both kind of hedging our bets neither of us had the balls to go for an nip switch win um in fact while you talk I’ll have a look because I put a poll in the um Blue Monday Telegram and we’ll see how that is doing but what is your take my friend well when we did our forecast of the next seven or eight games I think it was I had it down as a defeat but I think I was in a bad mood I think we just lost to West Ham or Everton so I think I put literally everything and hungry yeah apart from beating um apart from beating Leicester at home I think everything else pretty much down as a defeat so I’m going to change my mind mind uh I’m not going to go 22 because they don’t score many at at home and they don’t concede many I think your nil nil is a good shout but I will go for a one1 draw keep the unbeaten run going keep a little bit of momentum building before two huge games obviously against against Crystal Palace and against Bournemouth last weekend our record there is horrendous we have to have to face facts I’m not sure we’ll go there and win I know I know they’ve lost the last couple against Newcastle and uh and Arsenal um but they’re still you know they’re further ahead in their Journey than we are God that sounded buzzword Bingo didn’t it they’re further ahead than we are in the journey and and and and this is going to be a a tough one so I’ll go for a one-1 draw get out of town I’m also going corporate spoiler alert on Saturday tremendous yeah with with with a load of forest fans so a draw would be good for me personally as well so one- one draw um would you believe um and you can join our wonderful telegram group I don’t know if you can see that can you kind of see there’s a little spoiler alert if you freeze the screen there 7% said Nottingham Forest win you can tell we’re polling if switch fans here can’t you uh 39% Seb said draw and 54% on the telegram poll I’m telling you it’s right there if you can see it said um IPS Rich toown Victory here’s a question for you Seb and a question for the chat right yeah give you two results yeah if you take this Forest 3 IPS nil followed by if stre one Palace nil y yep I’ll take it yeah win a home game keep a clean sheet at home um yeah I’d accept that because also it keeps it keeps Palace relevant as well doesn’t it you know it drags them keeps them right into it whereas yeah Forest isn’t a complete free hit it’s not a Chelsea away man united away man city away um but it’s it’s probably given how they start of the season one where if you pick up anything it’s a bit of a bonus so yep I would snap your hand off of that and get our first win under the lights and a clean sheet at home this season Y let’s see some questions Colin Ben and SE are you both at the city Grandam we’ve just heard that se will be there um sat with David Diamond somewhere sipping MOA I think in in the in the corporate segment um I will not be there and very annoyingly I couldn’t get to the um Manchester United game I was uh playing a show in Gainesboro in Lincoln she the night before and it would have been a entire weekend without seeing the um the daughter in the m is but I will be at the palace game fingers crossed on Tuesday I have every intention of being there um Seb question as a three- game week are we going to see a lot of changes for the games I think we both think no I don’t think there’ll be a lot yeah I can’t see a lot of changes there will be some rotation I would imagine uh whether cuse can play three games in a row he looked pretty Goose didn’t he at 60 Minutes odd when he got sub for Jack Taylor so he might be one that maybe drops out of the the midweek game perhaps and comes back for uh uh for bourus I think there’ll be some change but I would I wouldn’t expect a whole host I think we pretty much know now that if everyone is fit we probably know seven or eight don’t we of the of the lineup and there’ll be kind yeah there’ll be kind of tweaks here and there I would imagine uh Seb from Michael who will be our Striker when dap comes off with 20 to go well it’ll be Ali alhamd simply because of a lack of options you know Broadhead can play the nine schm modic can play the nine but if schic is starting he’s probably also going to be fairly done by 60 70 minutes given how much he he presses alhed didn’t he didn’t look fit did he when he came on and you know McKenna said in the presser today is his first minute since August he needs time to to get back up but he’s probably the most like for like replacement we have for no no one’s a like for likee replacement for the lap but in terms of being a natural Striker who play on the play on the edge then yeah he’s probably the most the most like for like without going back and yeah getting Paul Mariner back or something um is say old boy is it a tougher game than Spurs away no it’s not is it no it’s not no that’s fair enough yeah you know no one predicted us to go there and get results there’s no reason we couldn’t do the same on Saturday I’m just thinking of 14 visits to the uh to the city ground with with with no results that’s that’s I’ve still got PTSD from the old days uh Andrew we look more solid with coost rather than Phillips might be an unpopular opinion or do you agree more solid solid yeah possibly more what as in defensively bet yeah possibly do you want to be more solid maybe you do he’s more Mobile isn’t he that’s how I see he’s more mobile and he has a physical presence so I guess perhaps you do look more solid because he can eat up the ground and track back like we saw with the incredible tackle on garnacho in the second half you know I couldn’t see Phillips making that kind of challenge because of his you know he’s not as quick as KU so maybe from that point of view does make us more solid and he’s looked excellent since he’s come in and like I said I think the shirt is his until Mr Mory gets a a yellow card has to sit out again how do you think the three of the if you know it might only happen for 10 minutes while someone comes in and then someone comes out I just think the three of them would function together maybe if Phillips could sit behind the the two of them in the you know the invert the triangle that way if you were I don’t know I could see it happening between minutes 60 and 70 in a in a game as the subs roll in and out potentially yeah and Philips be that that natural deeper lucky played in the England role wouldn’t it where he’s the natural kind of one sat behind looking to Simply break up and then release them or you could push C I think he’s played as a as a 10 for for Napoli in the past as well so you’ve got that option where Phillip slots in alongside Mory in Center mid and C obviously pushes up slightly slightly higher I think we will see it at some points uh stre I think you’ve answered this Seb um Al hamy looked off the pace surely a confidence thing I’d still playing what B is there and I want to be behind all our players is there possibly would Al hamedy be struggling with a bit of impostor syndrome being he didn’t play a lot in the championship at Wimbledon and we build it rightly so given the media coverage as the world’s most watched football match and and in he comes that’s got I do agree with streaky’s comment it’s got to mess with your brain a little bit hasn’t it I think so and I think we’ve moved on so quickly it’s no no disrespect or or kind of anything on him you know he was playing in League two this time last year we’ve moved on incredibly quickly I think we all know had the broer deal been done had another Striker come through the door back in the summer he’d have probably got a top end League one or a champ ship loan to go and play 30 35 games and kind of develop himself then you factor in his injuries he had a surgery in the summer didn’t he for was it in a ductor issue I can’t remember what it was but he had surgery in the summer as well so he’s clearly still playing catchup on his Fitness it’s not helped that we got knocked out the cup so early because he basically hasn’t featured at all barely since since August so I think you have to play him uh certainly he’ll get minutes between now and January and then if as expected a striker comes in given HST injuries I expect him to go out on loan and play the second half of the season in the championship or top end of League one uh Michael is Jack Taylor a better sub than Phillips when Co comes off there’s so much Nuance in what’s happening in the game what you need from a sub at that point what’s happening up ahead of him who’s available in in other positions um as a rule no but in that Manchester United game you just needed some legs didn’t you and um and Taylor gave them so my answer to that Seb would be there’s situations where you know not just Taylor over Phillips but there’d be situations where Kaden Jackson is a better sub than Nathan Broadhead to have whereas you you know you wouldn’t necessarily be comparing those two players in in in many other ways um do what would you take yeah horses for courses I think Jack Taylor has stepped out to the Premier League really really well you know we’ve gone from a position of having no fit Central midfielders a few weeks ago it was basically morsy uh on on his fourth yellows and kind of a one and a half others and then suddenly we’ve got Luongo back we’ve got Jack Taylor back and every time he comes off the pitch in the Premier League he looks he just looks a bit of a natural at this level he has running power he’s always Progressive looks to get the ball and and kind of drive with it and I think he’s he’s doing really well and I’d expect maybe he might well get a start in these next um these next run of fixtures at some point because cust as I said is still building Fitness Phillips has Fitness issues I wouldn’t be surprised if one weekend we were to see Mory and and Jack Taylor in the cent of the park last one um how many more levels does Mary have I called timeing him about three ago surely surely given his age and um where we are and hopefully where we’re going there’s some kind of plan that this is the last level of Sam morsy and he leaves as a absolute hero after his work is done and hands over the captaincy at um you know whatever time he time he does it he can’t go any higher he’s been unbelievable hasn’t he but I thought that in the game before Man United and he went up another level again he was when we got promoted from League one he was absolutely outstanding every every time he faces higher ceilings he just moves up with it and yeah having seen the the the first half not so much the second half but the first half against man united I thought he was absolutely exceptional so given what he’s done having been signed as a central Midfield Destroyer under Paul Cooks where he is now I I wouldn’t rule anything out given given how brilliant he has been and and the good thing is well he clearly looks after himself so well doesn’t he you know we know he’s he’s very um he’s very Joe said he was older than casemiro everyone said he’s running rings around them and yeah I I think he’s been absolutely top draw and every time I think he can’t go any higher he proves me wrong and goes up to another level again yeah amazing uh speaking of amazing well done you Seb absolutely brilliant thank you for walking me through the preview show it’s not my normal gig and Rich will be back with Seb um the First Choice next week although need to talk um Talk schedules next week with it being a three- game week I’m sure we’ll be just a just a quick spoiler alert for next week I’ve text Mikey earlier and me and Mikey will be doing an old school instant match reaction video we did so many last season we’ve not been able to do one this year so come and join us straight after fulltime on Tuesday night after the palace game me and Mikey will be on there and at some point Rich will normally run up the hill and dial in for the second half of the show as well and wouldn’t it be good to make a deal with God he is running up that hill isn’t it there you go I’m imagining Alan Partridge singing it as well there you go you got some singing in the end um Seb thank you so so much as I say for guiding me through um we will see you on Sunday for the flagship show we are three undefeated let’s hope that could go to four could we get another win in the colum it would be absolutely lovely that is your blue Monday itown podcast preview the Nottingham Forest away we’ll see you very soon [Applause] [Music]
