yo what is going on headliner Nation so many running backs to talk about today and we’ve got some guys that are banged up but playing we’ve got some guys that are banged up but haven’t practiced yet this week there’s some question marks that we need answered and this being the most important week of the season so far I can’t let you all down so you know what it’s time that we hop right into it you came here to get your running back fixed now it’s time for me to give you my quick assur top 36 we’ve got saquon Barkley all the way up at number one this week last week does not scare us Philadelphia is fighting for the number one seed and saquon Barkley had almost 200 total yards and two touchdowns against this Washington team a couple of weeks ago jir Gibbs at number two with David Montgomery out and Detroit still battling for the division and the number one seed expect a whole lot of Jamir Gibbs Gibbs is averaging almost 18 points per game and Chicago allows the fifth most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs bejan Robinson at number three Atlanta is only a game back in the division in chasing Tampa Bay with cousins bench and Michael pennick becoming the starter expects some bejan Robinson to take the pressure off of them Bean has 20 plus touches in seven of his last eight games and the Giants allow the fourth most fantasy points per game to the running back position Josh Jacobs at number four is the hottest running back in the NFL all all the way up to rb4 on the year right now and has had over 100 total yards and a touchdown in six of his last seven games New Orleans allows the ninth most fantasy points to the running back position James Conor at number five after back-to-back games with 20 plus fantasy points he’s up to rb12 on the year Trey Benson is hurt imari de marado is hurt and Arizona is in a must-win game with Carolina who allows the most fantasy points per game to the running back position position Kiren Williams at number six he started to look like he was bouncing back after that kind of midseason law with four straight games 100 in total yards and or a touchdown the Jets are a little bit easier to run on than they are to throw on and trying to go out here and throw the ball 40 times in this game is not going to be good for the LA Rams James Cook at number seven against the New England Patriots he has at least 120 total yards and a touchdown in two of his last three games now the Val volume is down just a little bit but the efficiency is up which is what we really need to see and the New England Patriots are allowing the seventh most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs also they got cooked by James Conor last week as well and Derrick Henry is going to round out tier one no touchdowns over the course of his last three games after starting the season with a touchdown and 11 straight but this is a big game in a tough matchup going up against Pittsburgh but they still do allow 18 and A2 f fantasy points per game to opposing running backs but before we move on to tier 2 we have to talk about Turtle Beach and how they can help you level up your gaming experience now we have a gaming channel called headliner gaming and if you have visited us there before you’ve seen me absolutely slay on the sticks when it comes to Call of Duty I am a god at COD but fortnite is a different story and my son loves to play fortnite so I’ll hop into lobbies with him from time to time and got some weirdo demon kids cranking 90s around me like I don’t even know what’s going on so I decided to head on over to Turtle Beach and see if they could help me out and guess what those weirdo kids are still cranking 90s around me and I don’t even look like I know what I’m doing but the audio is crystal clear because their headsets are fabulous but they don’t have just headsets maybe you need a new mouse or keyboard or a new controller Turtle Beach can help you out with that and if you head on over there and use code Headliners at checkout you’re going to get 10% off your entire order the fantasy Headliners have helped you level up your fantasy experience all season long now level up your gaming experience with Turtle Beach let’s kick off tier two with Chase Brown at number nine since taking over in week four he is the rb6 overall and he’s averaging 17.2 fantasy points per game with touchdowns in nine of those 11 games now in one of those games that was Cleveland and he struggled in that game a little bit and it’s much easier to throw on Cleveland than it is to run but somehow Cincinnati continues to find ways to get him involved Devon aan coming in at number 10 six games this year in the single digits and no games over a 100 total yards in the last month but Jaylen Wadd is injured now and Anan has seven plus targets and three straight games he’s going to need a touchdown and they’re going to need to stay balanced in this game but his work in the passing game is going to also help him out Aaron Jones at number 11 this Minnesota offense is playing very good right now they scored 30 plus points and three of their last four games and Aaron Jones has a touchdown in four straight games Seattle allows over 21 fantasy points per game to the running back position and number 12 Bucky Irving he now has over 100 plus total yards in three of his last four games now is going up against the Dallas defense allowing the six most fantasy points per games to opposing running backs Jonathan Taylor absolutely killed some people last week by dropping the ball just short of the goal line but aside from that the volume has been great and this matchup is very good Joe Mixon has a couple of down games over the last couple of weeks and now he gets a match up against the number one Rush defense in the NFL Houston is in must-win mode and they are going to need Mixon to do it unfortunately there’s just going to be more risk with him this week than what we’ve seen as of recent even if he gets a solid amount of volume Rico D at number 15 is getting huge volume as of late averaging 22 touches a game and he has three straight games with 120 plus total yards now in this game against Tampa Bay he’s got an opportunity they do allow 19 fantasy points per game to the running back position but it’s easier to throw on them than it is to run on them chuba Hub at number 16 he’s been disappointing in two of the last three games and Carolina keeps finding success in the passing game recently last week Bryce young was not as good but that has started to take some touches away he doesn’t even have 15 touches in two of his last three games but Arizona does allow the 10th most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs to close out tier two Zack shanet at number 17 now he didn’t participate in practice on Wednesday but it sounds like it’s more precautionary than anything and Kenneth Walker is still further away from playing this weekend than what shanet is he has has at least 12 fantasy points in each of his last two games but Minnesota does allow the third fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs let’s move right into tier three Brian Robinson Jr is going to be at number 18 nowhere near as consistent as he was earlier in the year but Austin Eckler is still on ir and Brian Robinson is dominating those backfield touches brob did put up over 13 fantasy points when he played Philadelphia just a few weeks ago Bree Hall is at number 19 he’s clearly not 100% healthy brillan Allen is hurt now too but it sounds like breeze Hall is still going to gut this out extremely boom or bust La allows just under the league average and fantasy points to opposing running backs and with Breeze Hall being banged up he could leave this game at any point in time and number 20 Jerome four chub has gone to the IR Winston is benched Ford has looked good in difficult matchups as of late now Cleveland isn’t playing for anything but there’s no reason that for them to not use Jerome Ford and rest him Cincinnati is allowing over 20 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs Rashad white at number 21 going up against Dallas both him and Bucky continue to get solid volume so in a game that they have to win and a game going up against Dallas who allows over 22 points to opposing running backs Rashad white has become a very safe Flex option this week rre Stevenson at Buffalo the lack of scoring in New England is killing Stevenson he hasn’t scored a touchdown in five straight games he also doesn’t have a game with over 100 total yards since week one the question is going to be can the New England defense keep the game close enough to continue to run the football because if they can Buffalo still allows the second most points per game to opposing running backs at number 23 Tony Pard he isn’t 100% healthy and as of Wednesday he still hadn’t practiced his snap percentage continues to decrease in four straight games and Taj Spears is getting the passing work well and of course Mason Rudolph is now under Center Indianapolis allows the eighth most points per game to opposing running backs if Tony Pard is healthy and he plays he probably is still at least a flex option but if he doesn’t end up playing we’ll talk about him here in a minute Taj Spears could get a huge bump and Isaac gendo is going to close out this tier at number 24 now on top of his injured foot he’s nursing a sore hamstring as well it’s going to be easier to run on Miami than it is going to be to throw them but we could end up seeing a split backfield this week as well on to tier four number 25 DeAndre Swift finally hit 20 touches in a game last week but still didn’t crack 100 total yards or 10 fantasy points now it wasn’t a bad game going up against a Minnesota defense that has been tough against to run and Chicago is playing from behind the entire time but he only has one Fantasy startable game over the last two months he struggled against Detroit a few weeks back but the problem is they’re missing a lot of players now on defense DeAndre Swift could take advantage of that Isaiah Pacho at number 26 he just can’t seem to get the big play he has no runs of at least 10 yards in the last couple of weeks and him and Kareem hunt are seeing a 5050 split right now also Houston allows the fourth fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs and number 27 Tyrone Tracy the Giants are turning back to Drew Lockett quarterback it looks like Tracy has had a touchdown in each of the last two games that lock has started the Giants have nothing to play for Atlanta is in must-win territory and Atlanta’s a little easier to throw on then run on so Tyrone Tracy could not only lose some potential touches but he also lacked some of that upside in a tougher matchup at number 28 kendre Miller now Kamar is dealing with a growing in injury and the saint sign C so that means that Kamar could be on the cusp of being shut down for the season now Clyde Edwards AER isn’t going to take away a major role from kendre Miller he just joined the team so I’m not super worried about that Green Bay allows over 20 fantasy points per game to the running back position when we know for sure that there’s going to be no Alvin Kamar Kendra Miller will end up getting bumped up a few spots nager is at number 29 it’s always tough to have a tough matchup and a split backfield at the same time and nii’s coming off a season low in touches and yards now he gets Baltimore who’s currently allowing the seventh fewest fantasy points per game to the running back position and Taj Spears a guy that absolutely could go much higher in the rankings here in the next couple of days he looked really good last week and we know Tony Pard isn’t 100% with Rudolph at quarterback again we could see Spears get a handful of checkdowns once again and if he’s the lead bat going up against Indian appas he definitely has a lot of Flex Appeal all right let’s wrap up the top 36 running backs finishing with tier five tank Bigsby and Travis etn backto back tank is splitting work with etn but etn has been a little bit more consistent lately especially when it comes to touches and passing work Las Vegas is easier to run on but it’s really impossible to trust this backfield Travis CN is coming off of a season high in touches and Titus season high with 85 total yards still hasn’t scored a touchdown since week two so if you’re looking at Travis etn he’s more of a lowend flex play Jaylen Warren had a horrible game last week as well but he hasn’t really done anything else to make him startable at this point he only has one game all year over nine fantasy points and this match up against Baltimore maybe he gets a few dump offs Patrick Taylor at number 34 with gindo banged up and possibly limited this week we could see Taylor get a handful of touch is in a decent matchup Kareem hun 35 is basically in a 50/50 split with Isaiah Pacho and again this is a tough matchup against Houston but there’s always some touchdown potential and Isaiah Davis at number 36 with Bree Hall and brillan Allen both not 100% right now and the Jets for nothing to play for maybe we see a little bit more Isaiah Davis this week there you have it headliner Nation our top 36 running backs for week 16 hopefully this information this
