we do strive to go all over the country how about South Dakota state to the Big Sky to play Montana tonight in this matchup uh this is a two and a half point line with a total of 150 the Montana Grizzlies Matt Cox we’re going right back to you because you put this one down on the sheet out of the Bevy of games for today why did this one attract your attention for tonight yeah I like the Grizz uh this is a lesser known conference challenge the big sky in the summit they play a two-part uh in so they have a part one’s tonight and then they play part two I believe during conference season kind of a weird setup but there’s a you know a fun bragging rights element to it anyway that I like the home team here in the spot I actually took uh Weber State against North Dakota State as well so kind of a similar parallel situation I’m just not as high on the South Dakota State team they they have an absolute Beast up front in Oscar KF a transfer from Washington State who probably should have played last year but problem is that Washington state had like two or three French Pros in a monstrous front line so he never saw the LI of day he comes to South Dakota state which has a you know an entire roster turnover and he’s found this green pasture and he’s been awesome and they’ve kind of revolved their entire offense around him but South Dakota State as good as they’ve been they’ve shown some signs that their guards aren’t quite as up to Snuff they’re not as Dynamic they’re sound they play with the system they play inside out through CL but I think against these Montana guards which just got Malik moach a few games ago stud from Pepperdine he comes in they have money Williams who’s just I think starting to round into full form there’s some like legit Pro Prospects who think he could actually make the league uh just a really deep a solid Dynamic backourt for Montana I’m just betting on the really big backourt edge here at home in a much better spot I think for the Grizz catching two and a half I took a littleit of money line as well um but but maybe I’m going to need those two and a half points so I’ll just keep it keep it straight here and go two and a half with the Grizz all right interesting for uh South Dakota State we’ve talked about them before uh Jeff na do just looking back at their recent games they lost to Boise State by one they then beat a Missouri State and then they beat Dakota wesleyian I believe a non D1 win all right thoughts on them coming in as the road favorite here in this game in Montana yeah Matt and I usually align on on things and and you know he’s a smart guy I I disagree with him I love South Dakota State I I don’t I don’t know what what he’s missing with them they have a good point guard they got quality depth uh for the most part and they got a great big uh but I I could see his reasoning here this does seem like kind of a tough trip we know Montana is always well coached under Travis deure they’re on a nice little win streak here and listen uh money Williams is really good I think this is a good game I think getting two two and a half at home I can see why you back at I just will say long term I really do like South Dakota State uh Eric Henderson just continues to kind of Dazzle it doesn’t really matter who’s on that team they find ways I will take one minute just to announce this very good cause um I don’t know if people have noticed this but this money Williams GoFundMe that’s become a a viral thing um look I don’t I don’t I haven’t tried to T about this much I lost my dad we all know that money Williams lost his mother and father in the same year um that’s just unparalleled loss luckily my family is okay and we’ll be fine this guy has children or not children but brothers and sisters that you know he’s in college can’t necessarily take care of he’s not exactly getting tons of niil money from what I understand all the opponents that have played against Montana are now promoting this it’s up to like 150 Grand supposedly um this is stuff that happens when you’re playing basketball we forget about real life some times um on the internet that sort of thing so if you see that go give a couple of dollars that’s a great uh a great charity to 140k 200,000 of go yeah it’s I’m looking at right now it’s pretty easy to find you go to or gofundme.com and money and Monae I believe his sister are the two that run it so yeah I agree great cause and uh again thank you for Illuminating that Jeff because for a lot of us including me didn’t know about that as the backdrop the dolberg arena for this one tonight at seven Mountain Time 9 Eastern Time on ESPN plus and Matt Cox says back the home team we lock him in getting two and a half in this uh Summit League versus Big Sky Challenge that’ll be coming up for tonight all right [Music] he [Music]
