T to you bould to Colorado we don’t have to do anything we going to out work them we going to out recruit him we’re going to out Scout them well buff Nation Happy Thanksgiving to you all we’ll open with that but as you heard coach prom himself they working because they coming and because of that the crystal balls have come with it so we got to talk about a few prospects that appear to be leaning very heavily towards Colorado may see something within the next few days days or even right that early signing day which is on Wednesday right crazy season’s gone time to start early signing players so let’s dive into that here on the prime time for college football so over the last few days things have been heating up for the Buffs on the recruiting Trail and Coach Prime has been doing the work they need to Bringing players over to these home games and with these official visits man they’re seeing the atmosphere they’re seeing you the fans they’re seeing what Boulders like they’re seeing what the games are like they’re seeing what it’s like being with Prime and the staff and everybody’s got a very good feeling about the future trajectory of this program and because of that because the trajectory looks so good fans are thinking yeah I want to be a part of that players like I want to be a part of that and so here’s a few players we’re going to jump right into it a few guys that look like they’re going to be a part of the future that is bould of Colorado first and foremost want to talk about this massive Edge that I think is going to be nasty going forward you’ve got London Merritt out of Atlanta jelia he’s from IMG Academy though all these IMG Academy kids have been popping up they’ve been doing a lot of visits over the last few months but London he’s a consensus composite four-star player top 300 player in the country at Edge 62 255 and what prime told y’all before when it comes to the players that he’s going after he Ain going after dudes that he has to all only develop he want dudes that they could be developed as well as come in and play immediately you see what Dron Miller is doing right now Wide Receiver right you seeing some of the other young players doing on defensive side of the ball what prime wants is players that are ready to play and are willing to put in the work and play day one the minute their names call next ManUp mentality is critical in surviving college football today especially with as much of a grind these games are becoming and so for them want these dudes that AR ready to play and so Meritt was committed to Ohio State been there for a cool minute hit that boy with a decommit on the 26 and literally right behind it you started to see the flows of crystal balls and predictions come now Steve Wilfong over there on three he was known for his days at 247 dropping crystal balls all over the place and usually when Steve knows Wong knows he drops a bomb that means it’s probably going down and London Meritt is one of those that have gone down so the expectation is Merritt’s probably going to commit if not this weekend right there at national Signing on on the early signing day period which is on Wednesday he’s one of the many defensive players that are pulling up that could be end up there on top of that right there next to London Meritt you’ve got this Edge going that basically plays for the the competition we playing this week Alexander mcf he just decommitted from Oklahoma State he’s another one to keep your eyes out for he is a composite and consens his three star Edge out of Stewart Florida but he is an IMG Academy kid as well and he decommitted 64 240 lbs man after he decommitted boom you start to see more of the predictions and crystal balls com in for him to end up at Colorado so the Buffs are trying to beef up the defensive line get some news that can be versatile in the system for Rob Livingston and Bam here’s another one that could end up as a buff by the end of this weekend I expect a combination of these two to show up by the end of the weekend including card A Smith which is another one offensive lineman you know he was committed to USC he decommitted right before Juju Lewis decommitted and then of course now boom Juju was here and there’s a really good chance C is going to join him very soon but I expect that one also to go right into early Signing Day which it makes sense you may as well just knock it all out at one time get that commit and sign that Financial agreement and say boom I am going to be here with the Buffs that’s three big name players right now that looks like they’re coming through let me know what y’all think hop in the comments because they’re not the only ones Colorado has been lining up the visits over the last few weeks and like I said when the players come in man they see the environment they feel it they’re like yeah this is this is this is where I want to be and so not only getting Alexander mcferson as well as lenon Meritt to come out there Nathaniel U bolang the uh linebacker from IMG Academy again he was looking at like Notre Dame in Michigan those were big names he came to Boulder he’s a top 140 player in the country fourstar Beast 6′ 200 pounder and he came did his visited Colorado and there’s some Buzz that he is definitely considering joining all these players from ING Academy over there because this something y’all need to consider as fans coach Prim has been spending a lot of time in his home state Florida going after these Florida kids it’s funny I was looking at Winston Watkins Jr who was committed to Colorado a while back after last season he decided he commit he wasn’t sure Prime’s going to still be there and right now it Colorado’s heading to the big to championship and we haven’t heard anything from him I’m surprised figured he want to jump right back in the boat but you notice that he’s another Florida kid you know Branch the wide receiver out of Florida again there’s a lot of kids so you know with Antonio Branch out there with all these kids they’re pulling from IMG coach prman is working his butt off on snagging up Florida talent to make sure that he’s got a nationwide footprint on top of holding his region and and local area there in the state of Colorado but don’t expect this class to be huge that’s the one thing I want to wrap up with I’ve had some folks ask me will Colorado get up there in the 20s as far as recruits no I don’t see that I don’t see the Buffs going that many because when the new rules come into play and you can only have about 105 players on your roster there’s a good chance that I mean that includes walkon as well as scholarships Colorado is going to need smaller classes but they’re also going to bring in a bunch of transfers so you’re not going to see as many Walk-Ons but you’re going to be seeing more so transfers come in priming them a priority scouting the kids they want to bring into the fold so we got to keep our eyes on that just because that’s just how the landscape of the game is going but the good thing is you bring in a mcferson you bring in a merit you bring in a card a Smith you’re locking yourself up down nicely
