for both the Mets and the Yankees and will adamus who’ll also highlight a bit on the latest Roki Sasaki as a Mets again as as a surprise to absolutely nobody do find themselves still in the running a couple a week and a half ago or so and as I was leaving I was in Pen Station and I asked a uh a customer service worker a question there and as I went over there for help and got um spoke to the worker he looks at me and turns his phone and he was actively watching a video of mine which I thought was hilarious so yes don’t watch me at work if you’re going to get in trouble but if everything’s cool if you’re on Breaker your boss doesn’t care by all means make sure you’re hammering the Wy content RJ thank you for the donation I appreciate that your shimo the tud holl says I’m not going to see the 5 yard line you might see the one yard line you might see the 50 depending on who you’re talking to but I do feel like we are very much getting close to a conclusion over the next day or so uh Harrison calm down with the word being used nonsense I know that you like to be very extroverted when you feel passionate about something regarding the Mets and that’s fine but we’ll get into the pros and the cons of the current circumstances why some fans feel like the Mets are being used ultimately how could they be being used in the end here is that a possibility of course it is but will highlight exactly the context of that and why I have a lot of confidence where the Mets currently stand still Michael Anthony three how you doing Steve Peter going up the list great member Jeff C Josh this evening we appreciate it please don’t take it personal if I don’t get to your comment right away or if I don’t get to it all it’s easier said than done to try to get to as many comments as possible with well over thousand concurrent viewers which is what I think we’re going to peek at tonight with the way that we’re currently looking five minutes of the show which is very humbling to say something I’m very grateful for D thank you so much for the anal support Bobby G how you doing John at offline Nota edmmond thank you guys so much for taking the time but I know you’re here not to just see this ugly face that is me obviously I’m half joking here but we’re going to get into everything I want stto so let’s start with the initial reactions cuz I saw a lot of fans already early this morning as I’m starting my day we see Rumblings from Mike Rodriguez Mr Mike D Portez that you see on X and I will say Mike has been raw about things with some of his reporting this off season which is why he even highlighted not to take him with anything more than a gra assault however Mike D Portez told Wy to shut up buddy I’m right with this one and he was right Mike had the scoop with Juan stto day that we’re going to highlight here in a second Steve thank you so much for the membership I really appreciate that brother love the pfp hopefully that in fact becomes a reality that looks like a nice AI generation of stto and me meter if I’ve ever seen one ju looks like they told him his dog died there I know so first of all a lot of fans initially speculated oh my God is he meeting with the Mets right now is he meeting with the Red Sox is he meeting with the Yankees let’s highlight the facts what we see with Juan stto I know it might be hard to tell but there’s a little devious smirk with a barely an eye open because he’s got that big smile that covers his eyes that’s Scott Boris directly behind the gentleman in between Juan stto and the other gentleman to the right of him but is a cross oneand technically as he’s looking with his hand up the guy to the right also works as part of Boris corpse someone actually huntting him down today cuz they were curious if this was a part of team’s front office it doesn’t appear that way the man again where we only see the back of the head is also appears to be part of Boris Corp barring changes and that Scott Boris across from him there at that little four people table that feels like they’re a little too cramed there as they’re actively getting negotiations done between the Mets Yankees Red Sox what have you but as we heard earlier today folks we did hear some Rumblings that again according to the same Mike Rodriguez according to a very close Source the Mets have offered a deal worth over $700 million for the next 15 years met Sone so far is the highest offer from any team as of 1220 p.m. Eastern earlier today we then come to find out hours later after what we heard yesterday unfortunately what was a Fallout with John Heyman in his WF segment in which I think JN wasn’t at nearly as much a fault there as was the host but that’s just my humble opinion but we see here John Hayman comes out with an article over not even this past hour 47 minuts ago as of now Yanks and Mets both raise their bids into record 710 to 730 range as things heat up and five team Derby so let’s waste no time everybody let’s Deep dive everything you need to know about this latest piece from Heyman how much you want to buy stocking how much you want to say I’m just taking with a grain of salt because I do think that Heyman is a so-called mouthpiece of a certain agent that we all can speculate and assume there but let’s hear The Following from haymon’s article because I think it is very important to highlight and it states the following everybody and I quote the Yankees and Mets both remain heavily involved in the five team woto derby with both clubs recently upping offers into the 710 to 730 million range this further reaffirms Mike D pz’s initial report hours ago today saying the Mets said 15 years at 7:30 this Con this confirms that so Mike I know that I’ve spoken down on you throughout some of the reporting especially with the Boston Red Sox stuff I would like to apologize even though that you were wrong on Willie adamus because we’ll get into Willie adamus as he signed a 7year $182 million contract with the giant today which does make a level of sense that we will get into but um this same reporter Mike D Portez a number of weeks ago reported that the Mets sent an off rout at 160 million over 7 years which is again 22 million less than what he ultimately signed there with the Giants however further reporting came out today that the Mets were not among the teams reportedly at least as of now that sent a contract over that type of term so baring changes it seems like he had the scooper on there but he did have something right here to a degree with wotto further more on John haymon’s quotes here both the New York teams showed how serious they are with recent changes to offers and both now have extended bids over show otani’s record $700 million deal yes folks we have reached reality you thought shotani 700 was big deal last offseason like we all did what if I told you that there is a reality that we could see Wan soda push north of $800 million yes it’s insane to Fathom no I do not believe he’s deserving of it but I understand that the market with multiple top big dogs of guys and the Yanks the Mets the Dodgers the Blue Jays the Red Sox the heavily inflated markwood of four five teams still is vastly different than shotani that didn’t have much of a bding war last year knowing that he already had that pre-existing belief and notion he was going to be Dodger many in the industry presumed that he was going to be going to the Dodgers and he was only going to be going out west so there was very limited teams pursuing Otani Beyond one phone call and that is that having multiple top organizations bidding for Wan stoto up coming from massive markets this is what’s inflating his dollars so much and this is why he’s sitting back and taking his dear sweet time until he gets not only all the dollars he’s looking for trying to drain every last drop out of Cohen and others but ultimately where he is most comfortable with as well trying to pair the unit so exactly do I think that woto is going to be deserving of 800 million no but am I telling you guys to repair yourselves for when this number inevitably gets north of that range from six uh 760 to 775 to north of 800 that we have in the poll to our north of 1300 live years right now yeah that’s becoming an increased reality right now because there’s also been this common belief and we’ll see how true or not it is maybe it’s overblown that the Mets in order for them to land Juan stto they have to make sure there’s a sizable gap between themselves in the New York Yankees so say hypothetically right now the Yankees are at say 110 to 115 million and Mets are at 7:30 a 15 to20 million gap I’m not exactly sure is significant enough for Juan stto to be pried away from the Mets now I understand that’s a lot of money but when you look at the greater scheme of things on how much he’s already making at that point what comes down to it is a personal preference and how much more of a preference does he have with the Yankees over the Mets because his article goes on to highlight what Wan stto likes a lot about the Mets as of late that we can headline reportedly and folks I know that we are getting a plethora of donations and I’m going to answer as many of them from you guys as I possibly can but I’m going to screenshot all them right now because I do not want to lose my train of thought and everything that we want to touch on right here right now so everybody that has donated I appreciate your patience I will get to your donations after I’m done highlighting some key po see uh some key points here and the one SoDo sweep Stakes thank you guys again for all the donations greatly appreciate that but as we reel back in here again I know it’s it’s a tough pill to swallow I know that fans have pessimism with it but we’re already at $730 million the this is still pennies for one not woto but Steve Cohen on a a greater scheme of things on how much money he makes day by day through through everything he’s he does with um his hedge funde at 72 and all of his other Investments again this is in a lot of ways like pocket it’s a lot of money but still pocket change for Steve Cohen in comparison to still every other owner in Major League Baseball to a degree and when you look at how willing Steve Cohen is to go here here I’m very inclined to believe that Steve is going to continue to up that offer until we know for certain that Juan stto will be coming here and if sto doesn’t come here it won’t be because the Mets didn’t have the top offer but it’ll be because of what we said time and time again his personal preference to go El or even slightly at a lesser value adol lesser value feels hard to stomach with stto knowing how greedy he’s been as part of this entire thing why to rewrite the market and why to make sure he is a top man payday wise at the end of the day in Major League Baseball history so we’ll soon find out everybody but I do want to highlight more on this article from John hayon the New York Post which has the Mets with a slight Edge at least as of now over the Yankees and we’ll get into the Red Sox and other teams here in a second John Henry is shoving going into a locker that’s adorable Ry listen you can be a cocky Boston Red Sox fan all you want as apparently 2018 was still last season of you but let let me smack you with a little bit of reality it’s as simple as this John Henry with a net worth of $6 billion he can spend plenty of money he he has 700 million on the table for juano do I think John Henry is going to surpass Steve Cohen in betting no could John Henry still Land juano Based on preference yes but it’ll be for a lesser bid the Mets will have a top bid in the end there’s no reason to believe otherwise right now unless you’re in delusion AKA a boss or Red Sox fan like yourself at the moment so now let’s re back into reality which is this article and as we get back into it folks let’s highlight the following both New York teams showed how serious uh their recent changes how serious they are in their recent changes and offers as we highlighted is believ the Mets are slightly higher in their bid as of Saturday night but the respective offers appear to be within shouting distance so the fact that they’re still within shouting distance means that we have to make sure that we’re in separate housing distance separate stratospheres because you need to make sure that you blow woto away in order to land him because it feels like that’s what it’s going to take right now simply put there is no word yet with uh Pary uh that any of the other SoDo suitors the Red Sox Blue Jays and Dodgers are by any means out of spitting and it’s possible one of these teams might even be above the New York teams and win the 26-year-old Superstar hitter he just doesn’t know reportedly if that is the case so he’s throwing it out there we don’t know the bids of the Red Sox of Jays and the Dodgers as of now so make that information as you well Soo won’t necessarily take the exact highest bidder and he was said to be weighing five enormous bids Saturday night so again there’s a lot of bids on the table right now we know publicly the Mets are at least in the 730 range the Yankees are a little bit behind so we could assume maybe 710 7 715 could the Red Sox be all the way there at 7:30 with the Mets it’s possible for sure but until we hear that publicly I’m going to go based on the reporting that we know from from more credible reporting if we’re going to exclude arson judge I know everyone loves to highlight when it comes to John Heyman naturally uh B dot thank you so much for the donation too I really appreciate that I will highlight your donation and mor is here soon folks so be on look out for that also the Knicks are cooking I know the Knicks were losing the Pistons last time I checked have they rebounded since then let me know in the chat guys I’d appreciate that also appreciate the north of 1500 viewers in here folks if you guys don’t know who I am how you doing my name is Tyler better known as Wy NM here on the platform where I’ve been uh the number one Mets content creator in in sense of subscriptions and viewership since I started on the platform in December 2020 when Steve coh first became owner I’ve covered every single thing all the ins and outs of the Mets over the past three and a half years and I will continue to do exactly that as my full-time job and something I’m very passionate about because I love this team oh so dearly and people who follow me know that from Daily Post skin coverage throughout the regular and postseason so what we have there is daily updates on all the Lays throughout all offseason LA on news rumors You Name It We got you covered here on the platform so please make sure to smash that like And subscribe button help us get a 500 likes at any point in the live show that’d be greatly appreciated and also help us get a 30k subscribers as we are just over a thousand away folks we are at almost 29,000 already so thank you so much for that and continue to help us get to our next short-term goal as we build this community together with each and every one of you am Mets fans thank you kindly for that so to get back into this piece here from John Heyman everybody at least the top four offers are believed to be fairly close the Mets understood from the beginning that the Yankees one Untouchable advantage in these sweep Stakes is their ability to offer the two-time MVP Aaron judge as line protection some new uh new school folks scoff at the idea of protection within a batting order but judge was the American League Ops leader with a 1.59 mark I’d like to know is Ops and postseason play oh wait we won’t talk about that so far above everyone else that soda didn’t lead the league and walks for a rare time judge had 133 to Soto’s 129 the Mets are also seen as an attractive destination for stto as his meeting with the Mets higher ups including club Owners Steve Cohen and team president David Sterns was said to have gone well as did the Yankees meeting a few days later the Mets impress stto with their stunning run to reach the NLCS last year and CS his first year at the helm the Red Sox and blue jays are believed to have placed very competitive bids while the super team Dodgers would less need to add yet another Superstar surprised Folks by just SC well over 600 million all three of these teams seem to be still in the bidding though the lowest bidding do daughters are still viewed as the least likely destination uh for the obvious uh despite their obvious attrac attractiveness soda met with higher ups of all five teams last month including the Yankees although SoDo was said to be having a uh par me SoDo was said to have grown progressively more comfortable in the Yankees envirment over the year he was in the Bronx I mean makes sense considering he wasn’t there the year prior so he’s going to get more comfortable throughout the course of the 162 that’s a common sense statement he is thought to have made a connection with judge on that level too also Common Sense judge also made things easy as um he said that he hoped stto could get whatever he could in the market even if it meant if it was more than him if stto signs for exactly 720 million coincidentally it will be exactly double judges then fre agent record $360 million deal set only two years ago stto was projected to break otani’s present day value record of a around 450 million but nobody predicted him to beat otani’s Mark by 60% which will be the case of no money’s deferred in his deal otani’s contract called for 97% of deferrals so 60 680 million out of that 700 we can’t forget that has in fact been deferred W soda would be gained the vast majority if not his entire contract not deferred because there’s been no reason to believe that they there are going to be heavy deferments as of now could that change one is reportedly finding out that wano has made a decision absolutely but where they now in my opinion is very fascinating we’re going to highlight that for sure but now folks uh before I deep dive more on woto cuz we have plenty more that I want to touch on from what came out today what continuing to come out publicly through X on other platforms let’s now get back to highlighting some donations that you guys got from me over the past 10 15 minutes so let’s start with Josh Daniels Josh thank you so much actually Josh I’m only come back to you because I don’t believe you were the first in the bunch there so I’m actually going to go back to what I believe was a start here Sr with a $2 donation earlier says soda will surprise every everyone in heads to Japan that’s hilarious Tim Dog with a $5 donation Tim I appreciate you uh tweeting the stuff that you did earlier that was kind I drop a year ago pardon me I drop a year and go 14 years 750 and go upwards to 800 I think it’s that big of a deal they need to out bid Yankees hopefully they land soda I mean yes there’s a lot on the line here and as I highlighted in my latest segment with SNY with Dexter Henry and Hector was covering the Yankees in our segment be on the lookout for that it’ll be on the New York post’s Sports YouTube channel l or it’ll be on sny’s YouTube channel either later tonight or tomorrow be on the lookout for that we had a lot of fun breaking down the lace on the soda sweep Stakes Luis Nunes with a $5 donation says I feel like we are being used I feel like he’s going back to the Yankees again I don’t blame you I don’t blame you in the sense that if we get to the number of say 750 that maybe maybe Wan stto has a specific number in mind right now maybe that is 750 and the Yankees get to 750 after the Mets say are considering to get around that realm you know or maybe the Mets get around that realm and the Yankees are willing or maybe the Mets go to 775 but Yankees get a 750 and then that is enough for him again I understand at the end of the day if the Mets don’t land Juan stto naturally a lot of fans are going to think that we were used the entire time but I will stand on this notion unless we find out after the sweep Stakes should Soto go back to the Yankees and say this is where I always want to be type thing like I was always planing to come here like there’s belief that so to always wanted to go back to the Yankees and he was just trying to up the offer and that was that then we can have a further frustration but seriously I think Wan sto’s interest in the Mets is genuine obviously the Mets have a lot of things that they don’t compete with in comparison to the Yankees and Red Sox from a overall organizational viewpoint on what they’re known for from a story organization and all these things but as we’ve highlighted to a team the past month and a half there are many factors I do think not only benefit the Mets but potentially favor them in comparison or contrast rather to the Yankees to the Red Sox to the Blue Jays certainly there in the Dodgers so we’ll talk about that all throughout the rest of the show as we always do folks let’s see uh oh a lot of back and forth Cesar I hope that’s not for me my man because if so then look in the mirror buddy I don’t know what the back and forth is in the chat right now though because when you have worth of 14400 people I think we have a solid amount of people talking back and forth with themselves and not just me interacting the chat Luis Nunes thank you for that donation again we then see from Lamar lacky with a $5 donation States I wonder if Co Cohen told Soo that the Mets will go after his best friend Vladimir Guerrero in trade or in frency I highly doubt that I think they’re far more just focused on I’m trying to meet Soto’s needs and I’m going to highlight that when it comes to meeting sto’s needs because there is reason to believe that the Mets are laying out more of a red carpet than any other team right now not only with the financial backing but also in their willingness to work with stto and work around the roster to more to benefit what sto’s looking for for the team to be a consistent perennial contender Josh Daniels with a big donation $10 H earlier States from y Wy uh with chickle nuggies all the way to full grown schmuck status Morty Zam prow your growth and dope fan base rise congrats team Morty respect from the friend enemy fan I appreciate that Josh I’m wishing you and your wifey the best I know that you still have that split household uh between Mets and Braves but I appreciate your continued support throughout all no less and hopefully you don’t uh find yourself in the dog house sleeping on the couch too much next season because that means the Mets take care of your atanta break but all jokes aside thank you for the donation brother it means a lot dmac with a $5 donation says great member any concern he takes a little less money from the Yanks because he can make that much more with sponsorships personally I am not under this belief that the Mets don’t stand a chance in comparison to sponsorships what makes you think the Mets can’t go toe-to-toe to a degree with the Yankees when it comes to sponsor deals especially with all the PLL and all the money that Steve Cohen has you know what I mean like I find that a little funny because the Mets are unbelievably marketable when they are right so so much so that they were the most marketable team throughout all the Summer according to every major platform with the run that they are on whether it was Grimace that they of course blew up into something so much greater than anyone could have ever fathomed or many of the other things the Mets have proven their continued ability to not only Hammer marketability great but also Hammer ability to do well with sponsorships we heard publicly that kodai s made more money than even yoshu noi Yamamoto over the past stretch of time uh since being in the bigs respectfully uh respectively because of how much Otani dominates the market there in LA between himself and Yamamoto in La so when you look at stto yes sponsorship opportunities will obviously be there for a big market organization in the Yankees but you still have to deal with being overshadow to a degree from their captain and Aaron judge and you also have to deal with all the other aspects that come with being a Yankee on a sponsorship level there is more creativity there is more leeway I honestly think that there is more things that the Mets are willing to do when it comes to things of that stature that fit the needs of Wan sto that we’re going to touch on actually here in a second folks let’s get into that in a minute before we do I do want to uh get into some other donations and we also are going to talk about our amazing friends at bet us because we’re going to highlight a um a card that you pardon me we’re going to highlight something that you guys can Hammer should you wish before the card is officially live because I do believe that we are in the prelims as someone mentioned for UFC 310 and we’re going to highlight my pick tonight and see how we do with them uh so let’s get into our last donation that we saw on the chat uh B do thank you for this uh $10 donation earlier they say the Yankees are playing games trying to prove that he’ll take a discount of play for them over the little brother they can easily go to 7:30 but they want the discount of course they want the discount the Yankees do not want to go the lengths the Mets are willing to go for wano that is also pretty much a common fact until we find out that house time runner signs wodo to 750 770 or $800 million till we see that happen I’m not believing it right now what I am believing is that the Mets do find themselves right now on top of the bid if they lose out of WTO it’ll not be for a lack of effort and this is what I got to say to every single Mets fan out there that has had any pessimism with Steve Cohen’s willingness to spend somehow someway because you’re thickheaded and that is a fact if you in fact believe that way still can now the W ponan regime it’s four years later wake up buddy times have changed but let me Enlighten you the Mets have thrown Juan SoDo the largest contract in major league history I do not want to hear one effing fan all off SE seon La say oh my God Steve Cohen is not able to get it done when it comes to the spending clearly it’s still more than spending clearly the Yanks took uh had the advantage of having a year on woto there is that little bit of that preference should he go back to the Yanks hypothetically if he goes to the Red Sox you’ll have his obvious reasons from idolizing Manny Ramirez in which you know the Mets Roo close to Landing all those years ago if you know you know to Big Poppy and idolizing these Dominican figures now trying to dominate as the next big face there the Boston Red Sox a historic franchise again I can understand that to a degree but unless we find out that Steve Cohen willingly got out bid for wotto because he felt that they had to put a line in the sand at some point unless that pretty much verbatim comes out and happens no one should be G giving Steve any flak whatsoever when it comes to this seriously we need to appreciate how spoiled we are as fans when it comes to Steve Cohen the fact that we are even in this position right now to have a serious and potential the favorite shot to Lan Juan sto because of throwing over $700 million who in their in their wildest Minds would have fathomed such a thought five years ago under Brody vanwagon after we were celebrating D effing Banis Michael wo Rick porcel and a bunch of you know what I mean let’s appreciate those things for what it is yes we’re all going to be gutted if stto doesn’t come here I will be the first to say I’ll be beyond the gut it if that happens but we will move and we will get past it like anything else as Mets fans like we always do we expect heartbreaks so now if we land sto we probably don’t know how we’re going to handle the situation we’re not going to know what to do with our hands um because it’s going to be such a different circumstance than what we’re used to uh but right now I’m feeling good again my people ask me all the time Wy what is your confidence level in the betan Juan sto Wy how you feeling on scale scale one to 10 a percentage and I’m here to tell you it has not wavered since the start nothing has changed since the start of my viewpoint I’ve always sat 50 to North to 55% of n on wano coming to the Mets a little above average which is again what I think is best in how to view this right now I’m setting myself up so mentally I’m ready if we don’t land him um it would just be further disappointment but again it is what it is and mentally I’m also not sure if I’m I’m entirely ready if we land him because while I’ve spoken about Juan SoDo more than any other player on the planet daily for the past north of two months now um I think it would also be still a whirlwind of a guy I’ve talked about endlessly because one thing when you talk about guys is essentially hypotheticals it’s a hypothetical until they’re actually here it’s another one you actually land a player especially of his magnitude I mean this Trump’s obviously even the Lindor acquisition in in many ways which is insane to say but it it would be true should that be the case so uh we have plenty more that we’re going to highlight here folks so let’s actually get into uh some remarks from Anthony Nomo who was on the fan earlier today uh thankfully there weren’t any hiccups there and we’re going to touch on what Anthony Nomo had to say in the Mets in comparison or contrast to the Yankees in their current Pursuit let’s listen everybody shout out to Bavarian sports fan for clipping this he has been the go-to guy for clipping anything and everything met soda related and he has been like one of my main sources for this and he knows that too big follower appreciate you my man thank you so much for that CU earlier we saw the following from anthy Tacoma listen up that contract of the Yankees and the Mets and I don’t necessarily see the Mets as a as a one beat to the Yankees 1A I think you know if anything just based on the comments and based on where the ownership groups appear happy to go in terms of bidding in terms of spending in terms of payroll all that stuff the Mets may actually be a little half level above the Yankees right now okay so something to highlight from that quote from anthy Nomo that is not only in reference to spending the dollars that’s going to take contract wise for woto but that also includes the spending the Mets are willing to do in other aspects of their lineup as well as what they can properly invest into the organization in general that’s going to meet the needs of stto so stto has had a heavy emphasis publicly that we know where he’s looking for a team that obviously has a heavy emphasis to try to win every single year has a strong structure structure of a roster to begin with a structure with their front office down a strong relationship with ownership a positive one and I will rightfully argue that no one will be having a more positive relationship with Juan sto than what Steve K can certainly be doing he is the most outspoken he’s the most personal and he is the most relatable which is crazy to say for a guy that’s far away the most wealthy Major League Baseball at a net worth of $22 billion but there are many factors that right now again according to Anthony nakomo who is on the beat for the Mets so take that as you will you may say that there is bias backed with that statement you may see that there is none at all because Anthony is even though that he covers a Mets there isn’t any bias that comes with his reporting take of that information however you want but how I took it was yes the Mets do have themselves an advantage not only a financial advantage on the base contract itself but the other factors that go go in hand along with it what stto is prioritizing Beyond just the biggest payday at the end of the day poly Market currently has the Mets at 80% thank you for the donation and for those that don’t know poly Market everybody poly Market is pretty much a Betty Market where you’re betting on you know conclusions right so if I’m not mistaken poly Market uh was accurate and uh where things were going in uh going in line with what people were betting for the US election and they have been consistent and the Mets being the leading favorite over the past couple of days that really doesn’t mean anything in my opinion especially for what they’re betting the amount of money that’s being thrown in this pool for betting uh but is an interesting one to evaluate again there’s many things that people are picking up on right now and they trying to think that the Mets may have a little bit of an advantage all I will say is just again everyone should be mentally prepared for disappointment I say it from the start and also be mentally prepared for excitement I think both those things can be true just don’t set yourself up the way that I felt that I was to a degree last year with Yamamoto where I really felt like the Mets had in the bag like we were close and I really felt confident in them and shame on me for not prioritizing the daughter’s connection enough for Yamamoto growing up a dods fan um and his current connection with Otani especially um that’s something that as we look into these sweep Stakes I’m going to try to stay as even killed as I can I know I’m going to overreact one way or the other it’s impossible not to uh depending on how things go with the soda sweep Stakes but just be prepared for any and all outcomes I think that’s the best way to go about this as a Mets fan as Yankees fan as a Red Sox fan as a blue jays fan certainly um and as a daugh fan everyone that’s reportedly in the mix right now we also saw earlier that Enrique roas who is a Spanish reporter 3 ESPN again when it comes to these Spanish repor reporters there’s been a lot of question marks there’s been a lot of whisper down the alley and there has been as much credibility um unfortunately however I will give a shout out to actor D Portez as we did earlier today but Ness uh in this remark he says the Yankers are the Yankees are not the first or the second favorite for Juan soda right now I I’m not sure how much I’m buying that the same way I don’t know how much I should be buying in for the case of what’s going on with the Yankees because depending on sum poring you see is that the Red Sox and the Mets are the top dogs that you know the Yanks are basically nowhere to be seen then you have other reporting including the New York Post which again doesn’t technically highlight I will say this uh let’s see uh met met talk what uh uh crooklands what happened who who’s the bower that’s been on on on every Mets liod talking smack I’m curious enlighting me CU I have no clue what you’re talking about there but what I do know is that I don’t know if I really buy that the Yankees aren’t even you know top two for stto I truthfully I think it’s Mets and Yankees still one and two with Red Sox Blue Jays Dodgers in any particular pecking order behind I think the I’m not saying the Red Sox are far behind but I still think it’s Mets and Yankees as top dogs right I I’m standing on that let’s see here uh Revival thank you so much for the $10 donation I remember when de Grom signed and you were on stream sad as you know what but couldn’t say anything you started today’s stream looking stressed did you get a text no no no no I didn’t get a text at all um I didn’t really have much stress heading into this um outside of I’m just getting genuine stress now more than I ever had before in the sweep Stakes like reality smacking me across the face now where Juan stto could be a New York Met for the next 10 to 15 years of my lifetime that may in fact be a reality over the next couple days where we’re going to find that out there’s also reality where Wan stto could land back with the Yankees and heartbreak me for the next 10 to 15 years and always think about what could have been um there are many things I’ve thought about over the past Day none of this has anything to do with any private information I’ve heard in the industry all I’ve heard is that um from what I stated to my source I said to him earlier today know it feels like pretty much inevitable that soda will be making his decision within the next 24 to 30 hours and he confirmed that he said yes and he he’s very connected in this um so everything that we’ve heard at this point is it seems to be holding true right now we will hopefully have his uh decision the conclusion of sto and that’ll be announced publicly as we get into winter meetings sometime or the next day now trying to catch up with the chat is going to be an interesting one to follow so give me one second cuz I saw crookland earlier with the comment um see if so I’m heading to the city field to celebrate near saer statue that’s my man the amazing vintage show love you brother hope you’re well absolutely that’s what you should be doing in that circumstance for sure but crooklands I want to make sure I didn’t miss if you had a followup comment because I did ask you a question so let me see here no you haven’t followed up yet that’s fine it’s okay maybe you won’t uh Gio with the $5 Hollow thank you so much for that Gio the Mets don’t get SoDo what should Mets do 40 should we trade for Julio Rodriguez either way I’m proud of Cohen he did his best I mean Julio Rodriguez is a very interesting name to throw out there I can’t see why in God’s name the Seattle Seattle Mariners would sit there and say you know what let’s just go ahead and get rid of you know our young exciting controllable piece you know let’s just go ahead and do that I don’t foresee that to be the case but what I do foresee to be the case is a reality that fans aren’t going to love to hear but they need to accept it just like they did last off season folks what did the Mets do after losing out on Yosh NOA y Yamamoto for the rotation what did they do nothing they did nothing they did nothing on a greater scale they did everything short term when it came to Shawn manah they did everything shortterm when it came to Lis sevino they did everything let’s just put him in a uh in a Timeout we don’t need the spam for that long it’s okay um I will say this though the Yamamoto sweep staks how they Pann out the Mets didn’t properly pivot really elsewhere because they didn’t want to over overspend on a Blake Snell longterm when they felt they that they could get good production out of shorter term options the reality is the Mets are probably not going to be overly inclined to Ink a Anthony santand there or a teoscar hernandz who’s believed to be going back to the daughters now on a fairly long-term deal because they are guys that are not expected grade out wise grade out well defensively they’re going to become more Standalone dh’s if you’re going to invest in guys like that you much rather a younger far superior option in STO than anyone else in company so the simple answer that is no there isn’t a proper pivot if you lose out on Wan sto Mets fans need to buckle up and prepare for reality that they do lose out of Juan stto there’s a great chance that they’re not going to land any bat even remotely close to stto this off season with the exception of bringing back Pete Alonzo with the exception of maybe bringing back Jesse Winker or signing a jock Pearson who I think would be the perfect fit for the Mets if you don’t bring back Jesse Winker it’s by bringing back Jose eaus and potentially Landing another key piece to the lab that maybe is a sand there if they’re willing to go that way but I think that there’s more skepticism than optimism there when it comes to the Mets pessimism rather because of htin they are on stto and they know how much he is a unicorn of a player in comparison to everyone else in the freeasian market he just turned 26 in this year’s postseason he’s already a short fire sh Fire Hall of Famer he’s already a two-time World Series appearance member and a World Series winner Juan stto is in a class of his own so just like yoshu noyama the Mets are going to be strategic about their spending just because they say Throw 750 or how however much it’s going to be at woto does not mean that oh if they lose out on woto that they’re going to try and spend that money elsewhere this off season that is not going to happen at all but what could happen and something that really hasn’t been talked about much this offseason right now is a falling and this has everything to do with the Mets and where they currently stand when it comes to not only wotto and these circumstances but also in the greater scale of the trade market the free Ager Market is important it’s imperative we’re aware of that what’s also important is a trade market David Stern is very smart and Savvy with his trades and we know he’ll be heavily active on the trade front if he is not currently baring the soda sweep Stakes aside as we speak so to suggest the Mets can’t go out and try to get a creative trade done for a young controllable piece or multiple young controllable pieces from a team that’s willing to trade away some assets to get younger MLBs ready Talent either for immediate MLBs uh Emma be ready Talent what have you the Mets will definitely consider going down those Avenues from there you consider okay what potential Outfield options on multiple years of control makes sense cough cough Luis Rober leads the pack I think there’s a reality where the Mets really want to try to have he pivot there is no better pivot than going after a robar type based on the how he profiles on how his contract currently is with the white socks and ultimately what You’ be getting out of him a healthy Lis RAR is one of the best outfielders in Major League Baseball not only defensively off offensively a great runner on the bags when he’s actually trying he just needs to be in an environment where he will be appreciated the way that he’d certainly be in Flushing Queen so if you want a pivot that is in the Fran market and that’ll give you one Luis Rober is probably the closest thing closest thing that fits that realm of short and long term with the Mets are trying to build outside of Wan soda you you blow Mets to go nowhere with Lindor someone needs to check this man’s mental capacity because he probably only has a couple brain cells left the same Lindor that helped the Mets get two game shy of World Series he’s been going on every Mets live blog and talking oh of course he has usually what happens with insecure little fans that tend to be in the realm of Yankees socks to a degree Dodgers Jays what have you again there’s great fans and there’s bad fans with everyone including our Mets uh normally what happens when you get scared as a young fan that doesn’t want to see one of your favorite players go to a team that isn’t yours you go out of your way to be outspoken cuz typically the more the more outspoken are the ones that are inherently the most concerned so let David talk all he wants that’s completely fine the same way we let every fan of the Phillies talk the same way we let every fan there of the Brewers talk uh the the whole five of them the same way that we let Dodgers fans talk you know even though that they prevailed in the end a lot of them reeled back obviously when things were going in the Met’s favor so let them talk that’s perfectly fine talk is talk you know what what’s most important is what happens with Wan sto that’s what we’re all here to find out let’s see uh now folks let’s get into further stuff to break down on Juan stto with each and every one of you that I want to highlight but before I do let’s hear a quick word from our amazing sponsor at bet us if you’re saying wary not another bet us3 of course bet us is amazing sponsor and I would just like to touch on this too folks I know and I’ve seen three your Reddit forums yeah for those that don’t know I have my eyes on everything trust me guys if you guys don’t think that I have seen something that you said about me there’s a solid chance that I have not necessarily in live chats because they’re really hard but especially in comments on different platforms I see it all the time and one thing that I know some people have is a gripe with me because of either the sponsors I have or my constant promotion I would just like to make clear folks regardless on where you stand when it comes to being for or against sports betting please understand that I am an active Sports better I enjoy sports betting it doesn’t impact my life negatively the same way that I try to make sure that doesn’t impact any others of my supporters that go out of the way to sports bet I always emphasize I’m not an expert I’m just a Die Hard fan that loves to Place daily bets here go ahead and feel free to tail my bets at your own risk because I’m not going to hit every single time naturally and I also want to reiterate that as a full-time content creator for this to be my full living I can only rely so much on what YouTube is giving me so naturally sponsors coming and playing they’re very important I’ve built a great relationship with bet us they have done nothing short of fantastic by me and by many of my followers which I’ve had plenty positive interactions with as they’ve used them as a sports book so that’s all I want to clarify it doesn’t matter how much you might not like it it is not going anywhere so if you want it to continue to let bother you that’s fine but please know nothing is going to be changing on the platform and I apologize if you cannot handle a solid a minute 30 to Tops 2 minutes ad read neither a 20-minute video or an hour and a half live stream because of how much of it’s inconvenience for you for someone who simply can’t skip a couple seconds in a live short or video to get what they want which is the content they’re looking for now that is all I have to say about that and I appreciate all the support there 1,200 with the donation thank you so much for that my man we will get to your donation just in a second brother but before we get to that donation here let’s hear a quick word as I mentioned with our amazing friends at bet us if you guys don’t know bet us everybody let’s switch right here uh bet us for those that don’t know is America’s number one Sportsbook check them out by going to and using W’s promo code YouTube 150 by going to betus.com.pa and using YouTube 150 that way you two get a 150% bonus on your first deposit 125 on your second and your third up to $2,000 for all your sports Betty needs and folks as I reiterated tonight is currently Saturday December 7th 9:50 p.m. Eastern it is also fight night everybody for UFC 310 and I’m sure the prelims were fantastic I need a double check to see how they’re actually going at the moment because the LA one of the last prelims has Aline Sterling and most far which I most far in my parlay so we’re going to go with a main leg parlay right now for you guys a tale should you wish I’m going to go with Kay ascra making his UFC debut competing against Pantoja for the championship I love that I think Kai is really going to surprise some fans here we’re going to pair that with shavkat ranov who is just a man possessed the guy is so so good Ian Machado Gary is coming in to fight him at plus 280 odds and for those that want contact shovot actually got Ian to tap in a sparring match a couple years ago and shovot has only gotten better not that Ian is isn’t a good young fighter because he is but I do think shot is going to win that one fairly comfortably s gone I like a lot there and his big heavyweight bout against the Towering Alexander volov and that is going to be a three- leg parley Bryce Mitchell you can throw in there but at minus 1,000 kns I’m not even going to bother touching just because of how obnoxious they are and how not in favor they are for the people that actually are going to be hammering Bryce Mitchell in that parlay so folks we are going to be going here with a three- leg parley that’s going to be $20 to win a 78 so hopefully right around a 98 to $100 turnout should both not both but all three of these bets hit good luck to all my respective Sports bets and again tail responsibly bet responsibly with our great friends here at P us now hot back this one everybody I sincerely apologize for my intro running I tend to do that because I always forget to minimize it when I’m going from one thing to the next 1200 with the donation earlier States 750 million why can’t they get it right spucky not sto 750 pitching not 34 Bill we need a rotation and Bol but I love that thank you so much for the donation 1200 for people that don’t know the inside joke we have joked about Thomas Acky since he made his Mets debut in San Francisco against the Giants like two and a half years ago like pretty much daily every single time we stream 1,200 donates with a zuky reference and he is the absolute goat for that it’s hilarious and this has been going on so unbelievably long it’s insane but let me see uh you guys are telling me to check stuff also folks if things happen live um Gary Sanchez to the Orioles okay there you go some breaking news Orioles making some moves today that we can actually touch on for a second folks we’re going to Pivot briefly from touching on wano to talking about the Mets pivot option in Willie Damas off the market we’re going to highlight that in a second we’re also going to get into the other moves in MLB right now just briefly because we saw the Baltimore Orioles signed Tyler O’Neal to a three-year north of $50 million contract O’Neal had a massive bounceback season in the Batters park that is fed away with the Red Sox and that helped him ink a multi-year long contract to stay the anal East with potentially the superior team next season and Beyond and those OES that I love so much and just need them to get over that hump which is their ya and experience that hurt them yet again down the stretch in 2024 now as we look at what they means for the Red Sox well Tyler O’Neal was a very formidable option for them obviously not a great defender at times but O’Neal you’re looking for that home run power it played so well at Fenway obviously O’Neal walking goes in hand with them having heavy emphasis and focus on wotto right now and yes they will have to defer to other options in the free agent and trade Market should they not land Juan stto for the corner Outfield naturally now we see the oral sign Gary Sanchez El Kraken former New York metropolitan for about a week or so in which I’m one of the few Mets fans that actually say I was in attendance for one of the handful of games that Gary Sanchez caught as a New York Mets catcher absolutely insane but the Orioles they add now the veteran catcher there which I like he’s going to pair with adley from one former New York uh from one former New York Met catcher as her backup and James mccan who’s now a 35-year-old free agent who I’m sure teams are not going to be going out of their way to get right away but he’s a good guy so he’ll get picked up naturally there just hopefully not seing contract of $40 million like a stupid Mets did a couple years ago but I digress what we see now is he’s going to pair there as a backup for Adalie Rutman that’s a nice little tanm that the Orioles will have more more home run power for certain more umph there heading into the 2025 season so let’s get into everybody the potential pivot option which was willly adamus folks you know we saw the Willie adamus news earlier today from John hymon if I’m not mistaken let me double check if this was from John or not maybe it was from Tyler O’Neal either way we’re just going to highlight the Willie domas one here $182 million 7 years previous high for San Fran uh San Fran player was right around 167 which funny enough came from the guy that just signed Willie Damas to now the record-breaking contract in franchise history and that is Buster Posey one of the best back stops that we have seen in Rec in history a tremendous longtime player there for the San Francisco Giants and now at the helm leaning the way in their front office signs Willie adamus to a 7year $182 million deal now the reason why we’re going to highlight this at least a little bit tonight everybody is the simple fact that both the Yankees and the Met reportedly had Willie adamus on their radar as either a potential pivot option or just as an intriguing option for them heading into 2025 Willie was reportedly willing to sign with a team on even lesser years higher a and a in a um in a position that was not shortstop if meant that he would be with a team to give him the best chance to win instead he signs with the San Francisco Giants the alone bigger Market team that’s still been in most need of a shortstop not name the Atlanta Braves with more money to willingly spend than the Atlanta Braves that we know and now they get a short stop that they have been looking for my big flaw my big gripes however from the Giants making this move why I don’t like it for them is that yes it gives them immediate umph get him a guy that’s coming off of a 30 Home Run 110 RBI season over 800 Ops with the Brewers in his walk year he was fantastic but my concern with Willie Damas is that ballpark one it’s really hard to hit in San Francisco to begin with and I know the counter is well you need to get good headers in order to get good heading that is true the Giants do need to continue to make moves to better their lineup but between the Chapman contract which I don’t love with how it’s going to age and now Willie Adamas who has never been a superior Defender as a shortstop he had himself a boatload of Errors last year a guy that’s only going to regress defensively more than likely and the bat we saw how inconsistent it can be I just really don’t see how that contract ages well at all for the Giants I know that there are some people that really love it because of how much of desperate need they were in in need of a short stop but I think even though Willie was the Lone shortstop option in the Frasier Market I think that there’s a proper argument to be had to maybe still try and consider the trademarket more or waiting another year and even though that I know it would hurt Giants fans at the same time Willie Damas is not have not nearly enough of a needle mover for this Giants team to get them past the Dodgers or even the Padre’s as things currently stand at least what we know publicly so it’s going to be interesting to see what else San Fran does this off season but now that adamus is off the board that means that the Mets will not defer to him as a potential Third Base option and then move Mark Vientos to firstand or DH should they lose out of Alonzo this also means that in the case of the Yankees that potentially liked adamus as a pivot he’s no longer a pivot option so for the Yankees fans that are like okay well we can get Willie adamus we can do this we can do that we can do a lot of different things well now you’re limited in what you can do on your pivots further reason as to why house time runner will continue to do everything he possibly can the big question is is everything how Stein Brer can do doesn’t necessarily match everything Steve Cohen can do let’s find out how this is going to work Jonathan thank you for the donation uh let’s see John thank you for the Dono Charles as well let’s get to all them right here right now John with the $2 holla says if we lose Pete would you trade for Yanni Diaz great question I like Yanni Diaz I do think Yanni Diaz however is a guy that whose power would continue to diminish should the Mets acquire him he would be a solid contact and GAP to Gap for the Mets but you would be losing significant home run power in landing yotti and how he profiles in in the dome there and Tropic that’s torn aparts right now Torn to Pieces right now in comparison to you know a pitcher friendly uh City Field it’s not as easy so I would actually much prefer the Mets to consider a Christian Walker type and I know this might kind of sound crazy but I I actually would have more interest in Carlos Santana short term that I would maybe even try to do yandi just because of the power impementation alone how I will say this though that could that’s what the assumption that the Met Stone bring back Alonzo right but what if what if what if they land stto and don’t bring back Alonzo then maybe you can make the argument that yany is a nice counter as more of that contact Gap to Gap hitter for appealing a great on Bas player when he’s right in comparison to a bigger swing to miss than Carlos Santana who’s pushing 40 years of age a Christian Walker who you know is very very strong very solid a first base option on a shorter shment for the Mets some people like Paul Goldman as a veteran option for a year or two where there would be more power but you’re he’s not getting a younger so expect him to kind of continue to deescalate in his performance like JD Martinez this past season for example there are Avenues to Mexican go down but simply put they should try to avoid it and get involved with pet Alonzo make sure he doesn’t go anywhere John thank you for that donation I appreciate that Charles my man with a $10 H Charles long time follow appreciate you Charles what are you my man no Charles you’re my man give me sto predictions what do you think he’ll sign who will sign with in your’s money my SoDo prediction is that Juan SoDo pretty much confirmed where he is going by late tomorrow night even if that means if we get north of from anywhere from 2 a.m. to TW uh to from 12: to 2: a.m. eastern and I’m not going to just say the Mets even though when I did my prediction earlier this offseason my predictions video I had stto going the Mets but I’m going to knock on W and biasly say I have optimism on my Mets and I think that woto is now going to land at a contract of at least 15 years pushing anywhere from the 770 range to higher I think juano gets past 750 now I think juano gets in the 6 760 to 775 Echelon if not higher with what reportedly the bids are at because if Steve Cohen still feels the need to really up the Annie more to the point where there is a sizable gap or it’s more than a yelling distance according to John Haymon with these with these offers you have to blow him out the water then and he has to go north of eight again do I agree with the money no it’s stupid it’s absurd oh my God just literally the smallest percentage of that would change my life and all of our lives for the most part for the rest of our lives but this is not the world we live in right now nor is that what we’re here to talk about we’re here to talk about Juan SoDo the most coveted free agent not named sh Otani in recent history and now Destin to Ink Thea’s contract far and away and Major League Baseball in total value Jonathan with five donation says per bleach report met rumors nathany yaldi Jack flare and mon starting pitchers eyed after Kay Holmes contract um oh thank you so much jonan I appreciate the kind words there I did not see anything on the ovality and flarity being eyed star um staring pitchers eyed after Klay Holmes contract for the Mets but I am going to actually double check on that now shout out to bleach report for those that don’t know bleach report they got you covered all the laer Rumblings as well and I’m a reoccurring host in the bleacher report app to cover the Mets and Major League Baseball wide coverage on breaking news rumors and going over predictions polls all these different types of things that we do throughout the course of the Season I’ll be working a lot with them more as we get into 2025 so we just came out with a segment with them over this past week make sure to check that out in case you guys haven’t already on uh my Mets frean wish list so let’s check down the latest on what they have in their piece through Bleacher Report oh hell yeah see I didn’t see any of this today because of how much that we’ve been focused on sto watch that’s really the only reason why I haven’t highlighted much this is perfect going to probably drop a video for this to come out early tomorrow morning hell yeah that’s awesome okay all right guys so listen up according to bleach report and thank you so much for letting me know SNY posted Wy oh did the SNY YouTube channel post or segment that’s sick if they did or or did the article just be posted let me know either way either way let’s let’s deep die this now everybody okay according to bleach report and we see uh while that is already two big additions to rotation and clay homes there in Frankie Monas Ken Rosenthal wolf salmon and mind you we had wolf salmon here on the channel live last night and we’ll had to abruptly leave because of the clay holes signing happened as we were actively talking with each other which was cool um they report through the athletic that the Mets have checked in on pitchers Jack flare Nick piveta and they have shown interest in not only Walker berer but Nathan eovaldi as well hell yeah let’s go the Mets are dabbling in the pitching Market here and here’s the thing the fact that Mets have even checked in on Nick Peta is telling me that they see upside there because Nick Peta has the comp pick tie to him because he has a comp pick tie to him I don’t see that being the case at all but because of the reason that we see that they’re connected right now that’s not a bad thing at all so I’m not complaining about that whatsoever also guys there is no passing bomb so I will give the warning once I understand some of you guys don’t know if you’re new Harrison same goes with you guys stop the if you guys spam pass and bombs constantly or come out with breaking you know Soto sign this and this contract details as complete BS guys it’s going to leave lead to kicking I will do that because we are at such a vital time now where you’re toing what everyone’s emotions please don’t be a dick I know it’s easy to be when we’re online when we’re just having on our fingertips for me to chime in a live stream of a someone I’m never going to meet publicly and it’s not going to impact me at all with, 1500 people in the chat but please just do better that’s all I ask because it’s going to be a continued problem and then we’re going to get to the point where I’m just going to end up kicking people and I don’t want to do that I just more so because I don’t want people to assume something to happen that didn’t happen as I know it pisses off a lot of people Scott H did I see your Super Chat uh Scott I did not thank you so much for letting me know because I was just highlighting that article so I’m going to go back to finishing my initial thoughts on this piece in a second and then from there there I’m going to highlight everything that you guys need to know there on that donation and everything else W bomb you got me there that’s hilarious okay so from that article everybody the Mets are again they’re actively involved in the starting pegi market and that’s what I’m looking for Nathan nealdi I would love in this rotation obviously health is always a big quest with Nathan but he’s pitching big markets he’s done well in big markets with both the Yankees and the Red Sox he obviously just won it all and was a huge playoff performer for the Texas Rangers he has endless familiarity being in the big Spotlight and Performing big in big matchups and high lever situations I’ve always been a nathany oval fan sign me up not at all oppose there Jack flare I’m going to be completely honest while I think the Mets could do well with his pitching lab I’m less inclined to have a soft tossing righty the way that he is he doesn’t stand out as much to me personally right now even though I know flare had a lot of success last season um he’s not a guy that I would want to invest more than say one or two your deal to Nick piveta is a guy that’s appealing for sure with that nasty breaking ball but having the comp pick tied to him makes me believe the Mets are really going to go too far in their pursuit of him eal and Walker though those are two guys I think make endless sense for this Mets team and I would welcome both of them I would welcome both of them if not one of them at least uh in this Mets rotation for sure no hesitation there Wy be honest what would you spend 700 million on um first I would get my entire family covered I would make sure that they get their dream house uh from my parents to uh my brother his wife um uh all everyone in my immediate family I would I would take care of because they’ve done nothing but take care of me throughout my young life and then from there I would invest a ton invest invest invest I would invest not only a lot in property I would invest a lot in the stock market to a degree I would invest in a lot of different areas and in areas where I have most comfortability on how it’s going to age uh I would let a lot of that a lot of it sit and I would invest a lot into a lot of business as well that I’m passionate about which would be by starting my own um uh Mets news Empire to pretty much go toe-to-toe with all the all the Rival networks out there but where I’m your host Ry but we’re in like our huge pad we got our analyst there that we could defer to in the different screen we could uh defer to our former player panel right here on a nightly basis that is what I would do 1,00% I would I would make sure everyone’s covered and then do exactly that I’d in I would invest in the Mets yes yes I would invest in the Mets as a minority owner I would definitely do that for sure without question I would do that um and that would be so sick to say as well but yeah everybody let me know your initial reactions to this how do you feel about the Mets currently being linked according to Ken Rosenthal and our friend of the channel as of yesterday will s the athletic the Mets being linked to Jack flarity Nick Peta Nathaniel vdi and Walker berer really curious to hear how you guys feel about that I will have proper deep Dives for you guys on those respective pitchers probably early tomorrow is when you can expect a video to drop on that front I’m sure we’re going to have endless content tomorrow and the soda sweep sticks I’m sure I’ll have like probably a massive live stream and a video or two to be out until we find out the news for him leaning up to news rather so be on the lookout for that but yeah expect more pitcher breakdowns tomorrow I will highlight them a little bit though for each and every one of you right now and NJ thank you for the kind words I appreciate that a lot um so let’s just pull up real quick how did my boy nathany OV valdi look last season and after folks we talk a little bit about eality we’re also going to emphasize what’s the latest with Roki Sasaki after we get on the yaldi and a couple of the others okay nathany OV valdi who’s been pitching the big since he was 21 with the daughters he’s been in here for a long time now entering his age 35 season is coming off of a draw year there in Texas 170 Innings a north of a 9k per9 to a 2.2 walks for Nathan talk dirty baby that’s how you talk to me my man a 3.8 year aray a 3.86 expected year aray how yes home run rate was a little up at a 1.2 home run per nine this past season but yeah nathany OV valdi a bulldog and an Innings eater that is the second most Innings he has pitched over the past 5 years he had 144 in 202 three mind you this doesn’t include postseason so if you add postseason he pitched plenty for the Rangers in 2023 but a nice overall season for Io valdi there as again a guy that would come in and essentially be your Louis srino replacement but with potentially a little bit more upside there on a playoff performance because he knows what it takes to win um that stands out a lot to me listen he’s been with the dods he’s been with the Miami Marlins he’s been with the Yankees he’s been with the Red Sox for a long period of time like that five year wow holy I I forgot Nathan yaldi was traded from the Yanks to the Red Sox the year the Red Sox won it all in 2018 that’s bananas oh wow 3.37 expect EA that year for him too I like that I like Nathan nealdi a lot okay guys he’s a guy I have on the list sign the H sign me the hell up we talked about Walker beer plenty on the channel so I’m not going to highlight him as much uh let’s now touch on briefly Nick piveta because Nick piveta is an interesting cat he’s been utilized both as a starter and reliever in the past couple years for the Red Sox former Philadelphia Philly that was batting practice for the Mets many years but he’s really found himself well in Boston the past couple let’s see wor the Yanks are Beyond where you and I thought they would be at this point it’s time for Uncle Stevie to lay the hammer final offer 775 800 whatever it it is you tell them it is take it or leave it yeah again I do think we’re going to be pushing north of that range 100% and Jason uh again going to say it one more time please stop with the fake news because you will be kicked if you continue um and that’s not that’s not a threat that’s just me being completely honest that’s what will happen Nick piveta this past season folks with a 4.1 eay a 3.59 expected array a stupid 10.63 K per9 to a two walks per9 okay we actually might have something here everybody 145 innings for piveta 26 starts last season this comes after he was a year removed from being a starter and a reliever with 11k per9 with three walks per n piveta has some nasty put out pitches and I am more inclin to buy in on giving up a comp pick even though I know the Mets probably don’t want to for someone in piveta I can see why there is intrig here for pivetta for sure um 3.59 expected year Ray stands out a lot which means that when you don’t include the shitty defense outside of piveta he was a very good pitcher last season all right Jason that’s that’s a kind that’s that’s per perfectly fine to be the that is you don’t don’t you worry we’re just going to kick you now and you want to know the problem Jason and I’m sorry to hear this Jason but those kind of things not only get you kicked but they get you banned and that really that’s unfortunate but you know not going to listen that’s that’s the reality so bye-bye so folks we talked a bit there on the pitching Market the Mets like these guys which out of the four pitchers would you like the Mets to land most between Jack flare uh walker berer uh what we see now nathany valdi and Nick vetta three former La daughters and one not which out of the four would you like most to land with the Mets if anything greatly appreciate you for checking that out Mike soraa we talked about as well which we all think makes more sense as a reliever than a starter the Mets have been the Mets have been actively uh involved in his front as well but yeah let me know how you guys feel about that and then we’re going to get into the latest on Roki Sasaki here shortly before wrapping up the live show let’s see berer ber I feel like Ferris Beer’s day off when he’s trying to call him out the teacher and he’s getting no response in class berer berer is Ferris berer here okay Walker okay a lot of buers stroka I like Stoka as a reliever a lot too some of you voles crochet yes crochet is a different discussion though we’re not we’re not talking about trade options we’re just talking about what we have available right now on the frager Market that they’ve been linked to literally anyone but flarity that’s funny that is pretty funny I like that I’m a Yankee fan but I think Mets get him for 15 years 760 they should go after Vladimir next year I I I I appreciate that Hector I wouldn’t be opposed to that either if we don’t bring back so if we don’t bring back Alonzo but if we do bring back Alonzo then actually I don’t see them going after Vladimir guro Jr anytime soon but folks let’s now highlight here for a second what we see from Jeff passing of ESPN and then from there folks I am going to wrap up the show fairly soon just because my little son my little one my shay just woke up and I know my my amazing my amazing partner is taking fantastic care of Shay R now but even she I’m sure does it um would appreciate the help as well especially late at night so I’m going to run here in the next 5 minutes or so but before I leave everybody let me at least put you on with what we got with Roki Sasaki and then obviously if any key breaking news happens tonight folks we will of course touch on it as soon as we possibly can like we do on the platform every single time but news Japanese rhander Roki Sasaki is expect to be officially po posted at Major League Baseball winter winter meetings opening a 45-day window Tuesday that will allow him to sign after January 15 2025 sources told ESPN so he is officially able to start his negotiation with teams as soon as he is posted which which will begin this Monday in the winter meetings Sasaki has been long connected to the LA daughters as a potential favorite he has also been connected that we have seen with the San Diego Padres with his longl lasting connection with UD darish he has been connected to the Mets as the Mets are the reply the only East team that is in heavy Pursuit and is super aggressive in their hunt for Roki Sasaki this offseason based on the latest reporting that we heard today the Mets enter the fold there with not only what we see and the Dodgers the Padres but multiple other clubs are going to be trying hard to land Roki suaki this offseason it’ll be much easier said than done to land him of course obviously I’m not expecting us to land Roki Sasaki at this point in time because of how much it’s an uphill battle to land someone like him but there is no denying that if you can land someone of sasaki’s talents of services that he would do wonders for this Mets team and I’m actually going to enlight into each and every one of you just how good Roki Sasaki is here in a second I’m going to pull up his stats I have for you guys and if Sasaki does land with the Mets um uh after Jan January 15th we’ll have a breakdown on him right away but let’s see here Sasaki stats there we go love the fact when I have stuff pre- prepped that really makes things easier Roki Sasaki 22 years of age going to be 23 under his MPP contract still and 18 starts this past season the MPP in 111 Innings because he dealt with um you know more so just getting adjusted with handling more of his velocity and handling a bigger Arsenal this year just really fine tuning his pitches and adjusting the V dropped throughout the course of the year fluctuated but he’s 22 years of age we know he’s inevitably going to need Tommy John with the guy touching 100 milph but a 2.35 array a home run perine at a absurd 2 perine a walks perine at 2.6 and a caper at north of 11 Caper N9 a 1.04 whip 129 strikeouts what are not to love about Roki saki this guy looks like the next dominant young Japanese Phenom to come out of the nepon pro baseball league uh guys in yoshu noo Yamamoto obviously sh Otani and even guys in sh imanaga that we saw look like a fantastic pickup right away for the Chicago Cubs Sasaki will look to sign on a team there right around that we see post uh their uh January 15th and there’s no denying that the Mets can land someone of his services that he would do wonders for them yet again uh almost at three 500 likes everybody continue smash a like And subscribe onon if you haven’t already it’s greatly appreciated let’s see waiting for a decision on woto which could be uh communicated at any moment from now says Mike Rodriguez here on X again what Mike is just saying mind you this is the same Mike Rodriguez who even though I gave him credit for the contract earlier he did State a couple hours ago um let’s see here and I want to highlight this I know we tweeted this earlier where is it my man I Mike Mike tweeted earlier that you know like all of you you know like many others I’m you know patiently waiting you know for the report to come out on soda I’m hoping to break it that kind of thing um but yeah no Mike G Portez just just tweeted the following and it is this waiting for a decision of Juan stto which could be communicated at any moment from now I don’t think I just don’t see I don’t see that happening like I don’t if it happens tonight I don’t think we’re going to hear it through him first but again he did have the contract to a degree earlier today I will give him that credit and here’s the tweet that we’re highlighting right now everybody which people are naturally reacting to and going to probably overreact to thinking a sto decision is imminent right now definitely between uh right now and later H best comment of the night stto news definitely happening between right now and later I tend to agree Wy is there a situation where you miss out on Alonzo Burns and stto um anything can happen at the end of the day right it no nothing is a certainty there is a rule where God forbid that could happen but I think that’s far unlikely to happen especially if the Mets lose out on woto I don’t see a role where they lose out on Alonzo too really praying a lot man I Ian I will I will be too absolutely don’t I’m not yeah yeah so how these things work because we know Steve Cohen is not on vacation right now that we know publicly at least we don’t we know that Steve Cohen isn’t on vacation in like Hawaii for another Carlos K situation outside of the Carlos K Circumstance the odds of news dropping after 2 a.m. eastern is Slim is usually slim right because by time you hit you know right around you know 11:12 11:00 p.m. to then 12:00 a.m. eastern on the west Coast is usually when things are coming down now naturally do signing still happen at times all the way you know 3 4 5 a.m. yes but they’re very rare um whatever happens with SoDo I’d imagine will happen in the day range of early morning let’s say as early as 700 a.m. to anywhere to 2: to 3 a.m. you know as a full circle if that makes sense let me just try to fix my camera real quick too yeah no sleep 2: a.m. is only 11:00 p.m. for West Coast that’s why I said 11: or 12 so then 2: to 3:00 a.m. is where I’m again it’s it means you’re going to have to stay up late tonight but as someone who typically stay up stays up usually around that late every night as is that doesn’t really impact anything for me the only thing that I hope naturally is that we don’t get something absurdly early in the morning it’s the largest signing in the history of baseball going to be prime time tomorrow before Sunday Night Football I’d argue that very well could happen after Sunday Night Football but yes I could reality where happens before either way this has been constant speculation by us as to when we think it’s going to happen this time that time what have you but we still don’t know at the end of day there’s just been a common ble that’s going to be happening sometime over the next 24 hours that’s hilarious in the chat Mike that’s hilarious that really is Mets have like seven other bats that can work around oh yeah Met’s lineup with SoDo would be unbelievably lethal could you imagine Mets lineup londor SoDo oh my God Lindor Lindor stto Alonzo would be stupid Lindor stto Alonzo Vientos just say F him we’re just going front loaded with this bad boy and then you have five alvie a healthy Alvarez next year Destin to hit 25 to 30 home runs I’m calling it right now um there you go from there obviously I’m sure they wouldn’t be as maybe topload as at each game but oh my God H literally AR while I’m studying the final oh class Final good luck with your finals Justin wishing you the best with that I know that’s not easy I do not envy anyone that’s a student at the moment I commend you guys greatly though uh the news is going to drop around 9:00 P p.m Pacific Standard Time with an announcement for a press conference tomorrow afternoon okay so you think tomorrow is when it’s going to be happening um 900 p.m. Pacific Time or maybe you’re saying to today 9:00 p.m. Pacific time so either way we’re going to be up for a bit everybody but I’m not going to be too long winning with this as much as I love having each and every one of you here to the 1300 and I sincerely do I want to go ahead and be a good dad and make sure that my son is okay and that he’s all calmed down make sure he’s fed and all that stuff which I’m sure uh the wife you took care of without a problem but everybody thank you so much for watching I greatly appreciate it I promise you when we find out wotto news we will be here live right away to break it down whether it’s good bad whatever it might be we’ll get into it so this is the final live stream that we have until Wan sto’s May’s decision I want to thank you all so much who have followed along with the sto sweep Stakes this entire offseason uh regardless of the result it has been a lot of fun covering it to a tea with each and every one of you and I look forward to finding out the result whatever it may in fact be sooner rather than later so until then everybody have a fantastic rest of your night Day evening whatever you’re watching this please be on the lookout keep your notifications on subscribe and like if you haven’t already make sure that notification Bell is hit if I didn’t say say that aray I certainly did so I apologize for doubling up there uh we’re going to have a lot of content coming out over the course of this next week between stos and evitable decision the winter meetings covering every single day buckle up you thought it was busy here before we’re just getting started thank you guys for watching
