is in the description who else could it be for me you me T welcome to Monday night football overtime Bengals Cowboys another really good game we’ve been on a nice hot streak here of late uh I think they gonna mess it up next Monday though did you see that [ __ ] they putting on next Monday and they got a nerve to put on two of them some [ __ ] but uh I digress um Cowboys and Bengals put on another fantastic game with a great finish Bengals come out Victorious 27 to 20 over the Dallas Cowboys both teams leave this game at 5 and eight neither one of these are playoff teams and it really didn’t matter what the outcome was you know um there were some people worried about if Dallas won this game they they weren’t running the table they weren’t going to win every game they had left on their schedule um they they weren’t making the playoffs whether they won this game or not six and seven I’m not worried about any team that doesn’t have at least seven wins at this point of the season so um what a way to lose a game if you’re the Cowboys ouch I mean that is um that is some unbelievably inconceivable inaptitude you got to know the rules and it’s always one guy on every team I guarantee you the other 10 guys on the field at that point knew exactly what the rule was and knew to get away from the football and the one guy that didn’t of course the ball is gonna find him right what you remember remember the uh on water boy when he uh throws the ball to the uh offensive lineman that was talking about his mama so he could drop kick him after he scored the touchdown but they lost the game and the commentator says what an idiot that’s how you feel about ammani Oru warier after doing that dumb [ __ ] but enough for Dallas we’ll come back to to the Cowboys um big win for Cincinnati man I mean not that they’re going anywhere either right but in a season that has been filled with heartbreaking losses close finishes that they don’t come out on top of they showed the stat at least three times towards the end of the game they were one and seven this season in games decided by um you know one score or less and they just couldn’t catch a break in those games and so to finally be on the rece look they had a punt blocked that was going to set Dallas up Brandon Aubrey before they even sna the ball would have already been in field goal range all they would have had to do at that point was get one first down forc Cincinnati to call their timeouts and they could have you know wind that puppy down called that timeout with three seconds left kick a walk off field goal and go home Happy winners of three straight now you’re six and seven uh but I if you’re Cincinnati somehow you get a punt blocked they touch it you get new life and you knew it was only a matter of time before burrow made him pay and um Jamar Chase had a big night 14 catches over 107 yards his second touchdown proved to be the game-winning touchdown he was fantastic I thought Chase Brown was really good tonight as well had to catch um and run for the touchdown uh ran hard didn’t have a ton of rush yards but I thought he caught it out of the back field pretty good um had the little catch early on one of the early drives where B burrow escaped the pocket and dumped into him on a third down so I just thought he had an impactful role in this game um not a lot of Higgins not a lot of Yoshi BOS um not a lot of Mike ceki but a ton of Jamar Chase um and Chase Brown those were the two guys that really um stood out in this game offensively outside of Joe burrow but um this was about the Bengals defense believe it or not you know burrow is having an MVP caliber season and if the record reflected that he’d be right there with Josh Allen in terms of you know MV recognition but it’s just not happening for him at 5 and eight but the issue has been the defense this season they’ve been in games they’ve scored a bunch of points this was actually one of their worst offensive performances Believe It or Not despite Joe burrow racking up over 300 yards passing yet again um despite Joe burrow throwing for three touchdowns in a game yet again um this was one of the worst offensive performances by Cincinnati they only mustered 2 seven points in this game which is well below what they had been doing here of late and believe it or not this was the defense’s I would say best performance I think you’d be hard pressed to find a game this season in which Cincinnati’s defense is giv up just 20 points uh I’m trying to think yeah okay so they they held Cleveland down I think in a game they won earlier this season in Cleveland which is a place that they usually don’t win I think they held them down to like maybe 13 points or something like that 16 points whatever that score was and they came out of that game Victorious but I I can’t think of any other games this season where they gave up less than or 20 or less um the Giants yes they did it against the Giants too those those are probably your two games I I’m pretty sure there’s not another one on the schedule wait a minute they beat up on um the Raiders I believe it was early in the season when they were trying to get their act together that might have been another one that might have been but you notice the trend here right all bad teams um and then add Dallas to that list now as they could only muster 20 tonight um it’s been a rough go of it for them um to finally get a performance from your defense where they create turnover force a few you know punts and even though your offense wasn’t terrible tonight it wasn’t what you had been and so this defense usually is working off of the anticipation of we’re going to get at least 30 points to work with that wasn’t the case so their margin for eror shrunk significantly when they saw that the offense was having a tough go of it tonight and they had to step up and you know where they did their damage you know I’m a big red zone efficiency guy it’s one of the stats that I look at every single week if you want to find out where a game was win or loss A lot of times you can go straight to that turnover category you can go straight to the third down conversion rate but my favorite category to look at is Red Zone efficiency because generally that tells the story and at one point the Bengals were two of two in the Red Zone the Cowboys were one of three and that’s where games are won and lost now eventually Cincinnati got down there had to settle four field goals that’s tied the game up at 20 so I would imagine that they ended up at two of three in the game and Dallas probably ended up at one of three uh in the game but that was where the the biggest difference took place um I’m trying to think Cooper Rush’s second passing touchdown was probably in the red zone so they probably ended up two or four probably end up two or four um but their biggest issue because he had one uh he had one two cooks and uh the first one was the CD lamb so yeah two of four in the red zone and the Bengals were two of three in the red zone and it’s one thing to not come away with the touchdown it’s another thing a totally different thing to Come Away with no points at all which Cooper Rush thre a pick on one of those possessions early on and so you got to credit Cincinnati’s defense for stepping up making some plays getting off the field including at the end of the ball game with all the things that had happened when Jamar CH scored the touchdown my immediate attention went straight to the lower corner to look at how much time was left I knew Dallas had all three of their timeouts I know it’s Cooper Rush okay and I know they’re not dumb enough like the commanders were to kick it to cavon Turpin so they’re starting at the 30 I’ve said that these new rules are set up for a team down you know seven 4 3 whatever um it’s set up for a team if they’ve got timeouts to go get points right and even if that means scoring a touchdown a minute and one seconds left with three timeouts starting at your own 30 is an eternity you got plenty of time to do what you need to do and it started off well you got a completion on that opening um play and so credit their defense for stepping up getting the sack you know and creating a little bit of Havoc there on that last possession because they could have easily wilted under that late game pressure you know especially after giving it up on that first down play and get and having that drive start off with a solid game um could have went it could have unraveled for him but it didn’t and um I think one of the biggest reasons why Cincinnati won this game is they were Relentless with their pressure you know one of the things I thought about when I watched when I thought back to the commanders game and I that’s that was my mindset going into the game was like don’t give them one-on-one coverage don’t Blitz Cooper rush just rush for play coverage and make him pick you apart well that’s what he did to us he picked us apart Cincinnati did the exact opposite and I think that’s how you got to attack Cooper Rush he doesn’t want to be sped up he doesn’t play well under duress he does not play well when the clock is sped up he plays Well when things are calm right where he’s got time to survey the field and make an accurate throw he does not throw a good football his balls are often wobbly pause uh the the touchdown he through the cooks that [ __ ] was all over the goddamn place right um his [ __ ] is always all over the place he does not throw a tight spiral so if you speed him up that has affected even more and you saw it at the end of the game they came with pressure he throws the thing 10 feet over the tight end’s head he had a wide open CED lamb if he had time in the pocket to go through his reads maybe he gets the seeding lamb maybe he makes a more accurate throw they came after him they came after him in this game there was a third down where Gino Stone comes right up the a gap untouched free hitter they should have been able to pick it up looks like two guys block one The Tackle and the guard block the same guy doesn’t matter Gino Stone comes untouched and he’s got to get rid of it that’s on a third down they were Relentless with their pressure tonight and uh Cooper rush started out this game comfortable as the game War on I thought Luan Anam maruno got really really aggressive and realize we can’t sit back and I think I heard Troy or Joe one of the two say during The Telecast that a week ago against uh Pittsburgh you know their goal was to play two high safeties keep everything in front of them and they still gave up big plays and so this game they did the opposite he was like I I’m just throwing caution to the win if we get beat we get beat but I’m not g to just sit back and let Cooper Rush pick us apart and it was the right move and I think that’s the blueprint moving forward if you’re playing Dallas with Cooper Rush at quarterback like make Cooper Rush make throws under duress come after him like on one hand you’re like man I don’t want to get beat on a slant by kavante Turpin or man I don’t want like I’m not telling you to send seven they were sending seven they were going cover zero no safeties in the middle of the football field everybody’s man across the board they didn’t give a [ __ ] I’m not telling you to do that because because we saw the Texans do that he hit kavante Turpin on the slant and he was gone I still don’t understand why the Cowboys don’t get it to kavante TP more you but you already know where I stand on that it’s one of the the big mysteries of this Dallas Cowboys team with that kind of talent he should be touching it seven to 10 times every game and there are weeks where he doesn’t touch it on offense at all and I that just boggles the mind but that’s nor here nor there the bottom line is um credit Cincinnati for being aggressive they don’t have their starting Corners right they they got injuries and they got guys in that secondary it’s a patchwork group back there right but they found ways to get it done tonight um it was not a great tackling defense to begin with coming into the game but they weren’t terrible tonight you know um defensively they got it done they made the plays when they had to be made uh but they’re still a bad team and you know with the game on the line getting your punt blocked is a talltail sign that you suck because that’s when the attention to detail needs to be its greatest right in that situation and somehow a free you know guy comes through and is able to block that kick that can’t happen it really should never happen but it definitely can’t happen there in the late stages of a game where it’s tied and you got a chance to win um but again tonight was their night the football God said hey we gonna bless you with one it’s been a rough year man I know I know you’ve been struggling throw you this alley tonight man you better dunk it because I ain’t gonna give you too many more and Burl said hey look you ain’t got to tell me but one time bro so he got the opportunity took full advantage and um Jamar Chase did the rest and um the defense got the stop at the end when they needed to and they secured the victory something that Bengals fans haven’t heard a lot of this season but the defense got the Stop and secured the victory 27 to 21 or 27 to 20 um Joe burrow continues to play at a ridiculous level um he was fantastic tonight you know and they missed a face maskk it happens he he was spectacular another 300 yard performance another three touchdown game he had the one interception that was probably the one throw he’d like to have back tonight um that in the midst to T Higgins in the endzone when they had to settle for a field goal he had one-on-one I think he’d like a better ball in that situation but he was pretty damn good tonight man um even when the pressure was there he stepped up he created more time he was he was fantastic like he’s been all season long um hope the knee is okay obviously he put a sleeve on it but um and finish the game but it doesn’t mean that he’s good right we’ve seen dudes do that before that adrenaline’s pumping blood’s circulating flowing so you’re good tomorrow he gets up the knee swells ex you know etc etc so hopefully he’s good tomorrow speaking of good um I feel bad for dear de Marv on overshown um that guy is a budding star in this league you could see like I was talking to boss man on Thanksgiving and I said now the Cowboys have two guys you have to be aware of on every single play 13 and 11 and um when he got hurt I thought they were going to really start to struggle defensively they really didn’t it you know obviously they still got stops at that point of the game after he left um it wasn’t until the you know obviously the block Punt and the touch there that allowed their defense to be put in a tough spot and as much as I want to say I feel bad for uh Michael Barson I don’t feel bad for him but he was pissed man he was hot um he was so pissed normally you know guys it’s a Brotherhood you know dudes are chumming it up after the game cidi lamb and Jamar Chase were about to swap jerseys you know that’s the NFL right like there you know there’s so many fans out there that are hung up on you know the old days when you know players didn’t like each other from different teams like that [ __ ] doesn’t exist anymore right everybody’s got respect for everybody a lot of times these guys grew up with one another playing in seven on seven and these different um you know they go to these different facilities to work out whether it’s pre-draft or you know in the offseason whatever ever the case may be the these guys they grew up with each other they know each other or they’re working out with each other they share agents whatever the case may be everybody’s tight and he didn’t want to talk to anybody after the game he walked off soon as the game was done after they didn’t convert that fourth down he’s he pretty much stormed to the locker room he is pissed I wonder what that podcast episode’s gonna look like when he does it for Bleacher Report this week because he was hot I me I ain’t seen a dude that upset um in in a minute like without you know doing stuff crazy throwing a temper tantrum like he was just mad you could tell competitively like we played too well to lose this game and that’s how we lose on some [ __ ] like that we won two in a row we fighting to try to get back to the playoffs and this is how it’s how y’all lose the game for us a a dude that we just activated today who’s a who’s a bum is touching the ball that’s how we lose because of him oh he was living he was hot and I wanted to feel bad for him but I didn’t I just laughed like um that’s rough but what isn’t rough was the play of Rico da and he’s been a revelation if there’s any take away potentially from a Lost season it’s you know discovering you know new stars young Talent etc etc that’s usually the Silver Lining when you’re bad is can can guys that finally get an opportunity due to your circumstances whether it’s they’re thrusted into an opportunity because of injuries or you know you want to take a look at some young guys because you are bad whatever the case may be Rico D was a guy that was afterthought when this season started um they didn’t know what the hell they were going to do at running back but he wasn’t it right he was just supposed to be a part of that mix not the guy and it took them a while to get to that point but they realized like who’s stopping Rico D from getting the bulk of the carries like we don’t have any running backs here that deserve to be um splitting these carries up let’s just give it to Rico and see what he can do with it and he’s taking advantage of it his second straight 100 yard game he set a career high tonight think he had 140 four yards if I’m not mistaken I actually don’t know why they stopped running the ball they um I thought got a little sloppy with the handles he ripped off um I want to say like a 18 to 20 yard run on that um possession that they ended up having the penalties on and ultimately had to punt the football which was probably their second to last possession and they’re heading towards field goal range and then they just stopped running the ball and they picked up a couple of holding penalties and it started going in reverse and they um ended up getting nothing out of the drive and I’m just like I think Cincinnati did the same exact thing but they weren’t having success on the ground it was 14 carries 58 yards if I’m not mistaken for Chase Brown um meanwhile Rico D was like 18 for a buck 44 or something crazy like that so I I just don’t know why Dallas didn’t run it more like McCarthy came out of the halftime locker room saying we need to get back to running the football and they still didn’t run it he was killing him in the first half he was killing them when he got the ball in the second half I don’t understand why he didn’t get more touches he had 13 carries 90 yards and he ended up having 18 carries I believe in this game if I’m not mistaken maybe he got to 19 or 20 but with the way he was you know dominating he should have got the ball more this should have been a 200 yard rush night if they were going to continue to defend the run that way and for whatever reason they just stopped giving it to him and it’s not like you got Dak at quarterback you have Cooper Rush at quarterback so you’re you’re taking the ball out of Rico D’s hands to put it in Cooper Russia’s hands for what exactly so um that was a bit of a head scratcher but um at the end of the day I can say that the Cowboys defensively look so much different uh with all the guys coming back um you you get the secondary um hole again with Trayvon Diggs and um Jordan Lewis and Don Bland and you got your safeties back there and Wilson and hooker and it looks different it’s a different group and yes Jamar chase at 14 catches for 177 yards or whatever it was and two tubs but he’s Jamar Chase he came into the game leading the NFL in catches and yards and this is why because he’s Jamar Chase like not many teams stop him shut him down slow him down etc etc so um he’s gonna get his most weeks but they they shut that around this was a Cowboys team they couldn’t stop the run and save their life the first 10 11 weeks of the season and then Parsons comes back and um you know they they start to really get into a rhythm de marvan overon starts to you know come into his own and all of a sudden you know they started playing better up front still not getting a ton of pressure on the quarterback if it’s not Parsons but they were stopping to run better the secondary was playing tighter coverage and um they gave themselves a chance this is an explosive Dynamic Bengals offense that have been lighting everybody up everybody up everybody was getting 30 put on their head for the most part here down the stretch and they held him to 20 points 20 points up until that you know block muff combination that led to the Bengals getting another opportunity and and burrow connected with Jamar Chase on a 40 yard touchdown but that’s why Michael Parsons was pissed is because you could argue they just turned in one of their best defensive performances of the year and they didn’t do anything wrong really defensively I mean they still gave up they didn’t have to give up points there right like it’s not like that muff gave Cincinnati the ball at the cowbo boys 18 yd line they were still at their own 40 or so like they still had to go 60 yards for a touchdown and another 30 yards for a field goal and you they had an unreliable kicker in Kade York and you let them go down the field to score but you could also argue that they were probably gassed at that point they had just gotten a stop they shouldn’t be on the field so mentally you shut it down etc etc but he was pissed and I get it and um I wonder what this means for McCarthy and Company because there’s been a a bit of a ground swell here of late since they started winning some games about him possibly coming back and Parsons was vocal and saying hey I would like to see us run it back next year with everybody healthy yada yada yada and Jerry said hey it’s not a foregone conclusion that we’re going to fire McCarthy he’s done a really good job since he’s come in and you know see how the season finishes up that’s a gut punch of a loss you know a lot of good vibes going on with the two game win streak and you know you had a chance to extend it to three and then that that’s a gut punch you get a big special teams play they Good Vibes everywhere and then all of a sudden it’s not that that that sucks right that’s a gut punch and so you you you know the next thing I wonder is how does that affect them down the stretch because they still got winnable games you know um but like I had said before they they weren’t going to beat the Bucks they weren’t going to beat the Eagles like I shouldn’t say that they they’re not gonna beat the commanders but they shouldn’t beat the commanders but you know after what we did against them the first time I I don’t know what the hell to think against them but they weren’t going to run the table which is why I could care less if they won the game or not to be honest with you um but I’m glad they lost I just I love seeing Jerry in the Box looking dumbfounded I like seeing Michael Parsons beside himself because they just blew a game they had no business blowing and um I love all of that right all that comes with it and so um I want Dallas to be bad but just but not bad enough to where they’re somewhere relevant in in the draft process right like as a commanders fan there were many years where we couldn’t decide what we wanted to be we weren’t good enough to be a playoff team but we weren’t bad enough to be um a top 10 pick team so we we settled in around four 13 or 14 or 17 and that’s the worst right being 17th in the draft is the worst because there’s really no benefit to that I mean you’re GNA get good you should get a good player regardless no matter where you’re drafting in the first round you should get a good player but the worst thing you can do is win seven games and end up you know somewhere in that 16 17 18 you know range and that’s where Dallas is heading right they’re going to beat Carolina more likely than that and who knows they could sneak somebody else and win seven games I mean that’s where I had them at with this win streak was seven they could still get there this it looks like six now though um because I don’t see them being Tampa Philadelphia or the commanders so feels like six but they could sneak somebody else and so um we’ll see what happens um but uh this loss might end up being a nail in the coffin for McCarthy I I personally want to see them bring everybody back you know McCarthy is a bozo um I don’t think Mike Zimmer is a bad defensive coordinator he ain’t Dan Quinn but I think he is still good at what he does he knows defense and I think with a a healthy group we got to see what happens like no dearon overshown changes everything defensively for them because he’s a problem and if that’s a significant knee injury that could impact him going into next year then it changes the way I feel about them defensively if that’s just some knee sprain or a hyper extension or something like that uh where he may miss the rest of this season but he’ll be just fine you know next year then yeah they could be problematic because that dude is ridiculous so um it’ll be interesting to see what the rest of this season provides and what it [Music] um how it helps dictate what the ultimate decisionmaking process looks like for the Cowboys because they were trending towards bringing everybody back I I hope that’s what they do because you’re not winning anything of substance with the group that they have there right now you’re not and I like it like that I like it like that I like it like that like I don’t worry about Mike McCarthy right I don’t worry about Dak Prescott it’s a lot of things I don’t worry about but if you get the right people in there like a coach that looks at kavante Turpin and says bro you’re going to touch this football seven to 10 times a game like they get somebody a real Coach in there that understands his personnel and what like Rico D was hot like Fish Grease hot tonight they stopped giving him the ball and they put it in Koopa Russia’s hands like that kind of stuff never makes sense to me how Turpin isn’t touching it seven to 10 times a game how your your running back is having a career high night and he doesn’t have 26 27 carries because of the way he was eating that’s a 200 yard night they just decided n we’re good gonna let Cooper Rush win the game for us um I want that kind of ineptitude to remain in Dallas right um so I’m hoping that he does just enough just enough to be back next year but we’ll see what happens man uh that’s a tough loss for the Cowboys who um had won two straight thought they could make it three thought they could maybe make it interesting wanted to remain in that in the hunt category uh you’re pretty much dead now like when they put that in the hunt graphic up you’re probably not going to be included in that at 5 and8 now at six and seven you’d have been right there with the likes of Atlanta and San Francisco and you would have still been alive and well and kicking in in the Wild Card Chase you’re you’re you’re I mean those teams I think they’re you know Pop Pop I think they’re dead as well but it’s it it’s hard for someone to tell you you’re dead if you’re right there with everybody else you’re you’re dead now cuz you came into this thing at 12 had you won and got to six and seven you’d have jumped all the way up to like nine somewhere right you would have been in the mix you’d have you know you would have leapt all those teams like the Saints and you know all those other teams that stink you’d have jump right over them but um now you just chilling with the rest of them saints all of those teams you sitting right there with them cooling so um Bears all of them teams you sitting right there with them chilling and uh for for the Bengals it’s just too little too late it’s like Jojo man it’s just a little too late you know you had every opportunity to make something of your season and nobody wants to play the Bengals if if you were with Joe bur nobody wants to see this team in the postseason but they won’t have to so it’s not a big deal right you had every opportunity to make something of this season and it’s just a little too late right they get the win though and uh both teams are five and eight so with that said let’s get to um the comment section but before we do that we are going to um get a word yard field goal or whatever and they beat the Cowboys like 13 to 12 on Thanksgiving and it was hilarious my dad was pissed he was pissed oh this wasn’t quite that but it was close let’s go inside the late with the touchdown winning the game by seven um the over under total was 50 I think I had the number at 48 I think I had it at 48 so I would have taken the under it obviously went under um did I have it at 48 I think I had it at 48 um I find it hard to believe that I had it at 48 but I probably didn’t have it at 48 just just knowing I thought I I probably would have pushed it to the 50s um let me check I feel like I pushed it to the 50s because just knowing Cincinnati’s defense um I think I would have yeah 54 I about to say that doesn’t sound right not with Cincinnati’s defense uh this season that doesn’t sound like a number that would have been where I would have gone so had 54 is my point total um they had it at 50 did bet us and they hit the under obviously I would have gone over because Cincinnati’s defense has been trash all year they’ve given up big points to everyone I just figured this would be something like 30 to 24 Dallas you know something to that effect 3330 Dallas some [ __ ] like that um they had it at 50 and U they had 20 7 and a half for Cincinnati 21 and a half for the cowboys that doesn’t equal 50 but whatever [Music] um let’s look at something else so before the game I was interested in some of the playoff specials on BET us and um you know a lot of things transpired yesterday and a lot of teams you know hurt themselves by not winning games yesterday Arizona hurt themselves pretty bad yesterday losing they got swept by Seattle um that’s a big loss um the C the Falcons got blown out and uh they’re heading in the wrong direction um Bengals got a big win tonight um the Broncos were on a by we the Colts I think were on a bye as well the Chargers had a gut-wrenching loss themselves last night to the [Music] um Chiefs Rams had a humongous win um on Sunday over the Bills Dolphins come from behind victory over the Jets Seahawks um they look like the best team in the NFC West I did not think I would find myself uttering those words this year but we are the Bucks I I thought they’d come back and win that division right um once I saw the trajectory of the Falcons when the Falcons swept them and then you had the injuries to the receivers it felt like Tampa Bay was cooked but then you watched Atlanta struggling and and you said man Tampa should have been down and out but Atlanta’s not running away with this thing the way that they should be and the Bucks are going to get healthier but more importantly that schedule is going to lighten up and if they’re not far enough Away by the time that the buck get their act together which was post bye you’re like man I think Tampa’s going to come back and steal that Division and and what do you know they’ve taken the lead and I don’t think they’re going to look back I don’t think they’re going to look back then you got the commanders down here as well they were on a bye this past week so let’s go back here then we’ll go back to the um does anything stand out here amongst all of these odds um do any of the odds do any of these numbers is there something you like here that you would jump all over um I don’t think Arizona is making the playoffs so none of this makes sense here Atlanta none of those numbers are enticing enough to put down money anyway right they’re kind of hedging their bet with the Falcons like they could but they might not they probably won’t but they could so they’re kind of Hing it that those numbers aren’t sexy Bengals to make the playoffs at plus 1200 they don’t play well you know defense well enough for me to feel comfortable putting down any money on them making the playoffs um and again they the likelihood is they don’t this is why it’s minus 6,000 there’s no money to be made here unless you betting for them to make the playoffs and they’re not going to make the playoffs they’re just not going to do it the AFC almost feels like it’s already decided who the seven teams are it’s just where they’re going to be slotted um Chiefs are one seed uh bills are going to be your two seed um the Texans are going to win their division they’ll probably be your three seed and then um or excuse me the Steelers could end up with the two seed I still think Buffalo is going to end up with the two seed I think you know Philadelphia probably is going to beat Pittsburgh here and I still think Baltimore is going to beat Pittsburgh too so I don’t think they’re going to be the two seed I think it’s going to end up being Chiefs one bills two Steelers three Texans four um and then the Chargers some form of chargers Ravens um Broncos kind of feels like the three Wild Card teams right some form of that I don’t think I’m leaving anybody out you know you got teams like Indie and the Dolphins who are hanging around but they don’t feel real to me so I don’t see Cincinnati you know they needed to win that game last week against Pittsburgh to to keep any hope alive but Denver feels like a a not a short thing but they feel good right now they feel like a team that’s going to make the playoffs none of these numbers jump out at you but um if you thought that they were going to have the bottom fall out of their season at plus 210 not bad right not bad but I I think their defense is just too good um Colts neither one of those numbers jump out at you and I just don’t think enough of their offense to bet on them making the postseason Chargers um again unless you think that their offense is going to stall out which it has the last two weeks but they still won one of those games um and they somehow missed the postseason because of it because that plus 700 is that’s pretty delectable that’s pretty juicy but I think we feel like the Chargers are one of the seven best teams in the AFC so I think they’re going to make the playoffs um remember Atlanta they’re hedging their betat here and they could make it but they could miss it so they’re not really giving you uh you know a ton of of money here um but I get it because the Rams are they’re dangerous and seeing what they did yesterday against Buffalo you know it changed my perspective of Buffalo but it also changed my perspective of the Rams because I was talking that Rams ain’t [ __ ] um nonsense you know that was my narrative like yeah they’re not that good you know and I still don’t believe in the Rams but I do believe in Shawn McBay and it is that time of the year where he starts to get the best out of his team and so that was a wakeup call for me like if there’s one team that scares me right now as a commanders fan like we got to make sure we keep winning because the Rams they just showed me that they’re not afraid of anybody and they could get hot and and win everything down the stretch they got a lot of division games I expect somebody to catch them in those division games but we’ll see if if the if the 49ers don’t get him on Thursday they could run the table I wouldn’t be shocked if they did Dolphins this is an interesting one cuz I see I don’t know what their schedule is but if like all it would take his one team to fall off the wagon it could be the Chargers it could be the the Broncos the Broncos seem the more likely of the two to fall off the wagon if if it were to happen and and the Dolphins just continue to stay hot right if I’m not mistaken the Dolphins are now six and seven um let me double check that yeah they’re six and seven now so I could see a scenario and and again they’ve already played their two bat Buffalo game so I would guess that there’s probably at least one New England game left on their schedule if not two I don’t recall them playing New England at all this season but um I could just I mean their season has been forgettable so they could have already played New England once and used up one of their get out of the jail Patriot cards already but um assuming that they have used one of them they still got one left you know um I would assume that they’ve played the Jets twice but that that’s not a safe assumption to make matter of fact instead of guessing let’s just get the phone out and let’s just check and see what their scheduled is remaining I’m actually curious now because if there’s one team that could get hot here and make some noise it’d be them they got the Texans the the 49ers the Browns and then the Jets so they have used both of their get out of jail uh Patriot cards don’t have any of those left that’s a big game too I mean look the Texans are going to win their division so it doesn’t matter from for their step the just from a confidence standpoint they haven’t looked good in two months have the Texans they’ve been uneven as hell if they can’t be the six and seven Dolphins team at home with them coming off of a buy I don’t know what to make of the Texans if they can’t get it done there they’ve been really spotty man really spotty um that’s an interesting game there Dolphins aren’t going to run the table I don’t like that schedule that they got left so but that’s an interesting like if you thought that man maybe Denver could you know stall out down the stretch Denver’s got the Chiefs again Denver’s got got the Chargers again like Denver’s got some tough games if you thought they could stall out Miami would be the one it wouldn’t be Indie it’d be Miami that’d be an interesting bet Seattle is definitely making the playoffs to me at this point as the the winner of that division now you know they could flame out anything could happen but feels like that defense coupled with Gino Smith’s ability to take care of the football make timely throws and that run game is coming to coming to life shanet was outstanding against the Cardinals this past week they did that without Kenneth Walker III who is also a beast um feels like Seattle’s going to win that division so uh they they’re hedging their bets here like I talked about with the Rams but Seattle it’s deserving for Seattle they’re gonna make the playoffs taba Bay also gonna make the playoffs um I think that the the plus 275 for no is interesting but why because they’re going to make the playoffs they’re going to win that division the Falcons are absolutely choking away their season this is incredible how they’ve collapsed this season I I’d be lying to you if I said I saw this coming I did not but here we are and then the commanders um they’re very interesting is that plus 350 is Juicy on the no side if you think that they’re going to Fumble the bag cuz they’re in a great position right now right um hence the the minus 500 on the on the yes side like they don’t want to give away money there because it feels like they’re going to make the playoffs but you know they’re in they’re in unchartered territory for them so who knows how they’re going to handle coming off of this bye um that that’s going to be a big game to see how they go out to New Orleans probably know Derek Carr they take care of business there like they’re supposed to get to nine I’ve said this a number of times the magic number in the NFC is 10 you get to 10 wins you’re making the playoffs right you get to 10 um now the Rams need to lose on Thursday Night Football to make that like a reality because if they beat the 49ers um and they get hot like really hot down the stretch that number could be moved to 11 based off of the Rams but I I I expect the Rams to lose another game here shortly and then that’ll make that 10 number feel you know more more realistic so um the commanders look like a playoff team in my estimation but again they got to finish the deal Off That plus 350 is pretty damn enticing I will say that if you think the commanders are going to screw the pooch at plus 350 is screaming at you bet me bet me so I’m not saying I’m just saying and anyway big shout out to bet us for that it wasn’t not contact makes you feel better unlike the Panthers running back you’re watching the game and you knew immediately oh my God he just re injured his ACL that’s not good and sure enough we found out today that he did in fact Reta his ACL so you just don’t want to see that type of thing happen his was not non- contct so there’s a chance that it could just be you know a sprain a hyperextension something of that um ilk but uh that’s a big loss whatever the case may be and you’re hoping it’s not for an extended period of time into the off season so um Bengals get the win 27 to 20 both teams are 5-8 Cowboys two game win streak snap um they’re now 5 and8 and any hope of trying to make a late season push for the postseason um are dashed with this loss if you’re Dallas um I
