your reaction to all the noise that surround you and I guess the Rangers at the I mean it’s just no it’s stuff that you can’t really control so I’m going to be honest it doesn’t really bother me because it’s coming from a place where obviously it’s not true um I think it just speaks to you know the the leadership that we have in this organization with you know Mr anlow and Steve and and how they have you know not just you know my back and uh this time but uh the players you know backs um you know through their time here and through the future and and uh it really just says a lot about you know to the city about who’s running this team and and uh um how amazing of people and supportive they are it’s not the first time that it’s happened to you what how can you describe if it’s a level of frustration you feel and being in those rumors over and over and having to say that you want to still be yeah I mean it’s just I can’t control it I mean of course it’s it’s happened multiple times now and and um obviously it’s it’s just not true so um I mean it would just be a waste of energy to get frustrated with something that I can’t control so um no but no like I said it’s just the support and and um I guess the the protection that uh um you know Mr anlow St provide it’s it’s um uh definitely know makes you feel good and and I think it makes the group feel good as well did they both reach out to you Brady what’s that did they both reach out to you um I talked to Steve when at first uh he he called me and uh uh just I mean I think he was pretty frust frustrated and uh to be honest with you I I didn’t even see it so I had really no idea why he was calling me but uh um it just it it meant a lot uh for him to kind of say um you know address it you know with me individually and uh um just of course say it’s just 0% accuracy with that uh uh statement that came out so um yeah it was uh I told him you know it’s it doesn’t really frustrate me so um but and I really appreciate him calling that’s tuning out the noise become a skill yeah yeah I think uh over the years I’ve I’ve uh I’ve learned a couple things so um yeah no it’s I mean it’s bigger things in life than you get worried about you know things you can’t control what do you want the fans to know about you to yeah I mean it’s the reason why I signed a seven-year deal is because uh know I believe in this team I believe in what we’re doing I believe and uh know in everybody uh not just in this room but everybody in this building that um know we’re all pushing the right direction and and uh know like I said I signed here for seven years because know I love playing her
