over the Edmonton Oilers Bren point just Rolling Along eight points in two games not so bad but P kuk says hey how about 11 points in three games and so there they are three stars for the week game let’s start with Aiden Hill because he was also named to Team Canada as one of the goendale Ley Cup champion with the Vegas golden knights uh he’s rounding into form again nicely for Vegas oh big time I think what he’s doing now is now that he’s already being announced as one of the three starters for Team Canada he wants the number one spot he was tremendous in the one nothing shut out against Edmonton with 16 saves in the third period he was the reason that they won one- nothing and then he comes against Dallas and it’s the same thing at 38 saves in that game 17 in the third period I mean in his last eight games he’s been absolutely tremendous this is just in this past week 971 his last eight games he’s 1.73 goals against 611 and a 938 sa percentage so there’s a reason he was selected to te he’s one of the best goenda right now but he’s also one of the best goendale hockey league you won’t have success if you have average goal tending you have to have good or better goal tending to win at any level and Aiden Hill has proved that and he’s just seems to be getting better this was a very very good week for Hill and uh I think Vegas owes him a few dinners I think he’s he’s he’s got to be eating for free a few of these roads coming up cup as you know having yeah but it’s it’s that’s it’s what be done for me lately that was a while ago it’s what be done for me lately and and he was I mean that game against s he was he was good he was really thir per he was he was really good and you know Aiden Hill give the Vegas gold nights credit I mean think about where he was he was in San Jose he was an afterthought he had been drafted by Arizona he went to San Jose he had a few flashes but nothing really to speak of but he was playing behind teams that struggled defensively Vegas took a chance on him and boy it paid off he’s a Stanley Cup winner now he’s part of Team Canada and continuing rolling right along third star of the week so good to see for for Aiden Hill let’s get to Braden Point what do we say Braden Point’s healthy we know what we’re getting he’s fine and had a little bit of an injury issue earlier in the year he’s back healthy now I mean this looks like one of your old lines reader you used to always put up like eight points in two games right yeah maybe in the men’s league on I can do that now this would have been a good month for me way back in the day but Bren Point has has been absolutely tremendous I me taken that right squad on the power play that Stevens St week as second star there be two other players uh for the T Bay Lightning have scored a point in eight straight goals and that’s what Braden Point did it was obviously stamp coast and CRA has done it three times and BR Point had all four points in the win and Vancouver in the four2 win and he had the the last four when they scored eight in the first game of the week s so he scored eight eight straight points I mean think about that National Hockey your team scores that many goals but you’re in on every goal there’s an importance of bringing point to the uh the Tampa Bay Lightning and um that that I saw that St I was like oh my gosh yeah like eight straight I’d be happy if I was two straight yeah eight it’s that’s pretty amazing lighting have been good this year I mean you know it’s been a transition year because stamco being out of the mix obviously you know he wasn’t the Steven stanos maybe he was ear in his career but he was I mean he was the face of that franchise so many different ways and to have him out of theit now and having to shuffle that power play point has become even more important oh absolutely absolutely you put gensel in front of the net and now you got Hegel in front of the net in Tampa Bay and that was where point was always so good in front of the net he’s moved over to the one-timer spot and he can pass as well as anybody in the league and he can he can obviously score with 18 leads the league with 10 Power Play Goals this year so uh another great season for Braden point just keeps rolling along and another member of Team Canada got get that in when I can that’s right you know what tou I’ll come back with a member of team I all three stars St of the week and that is Matthew kachuk of the Florida panther Keeper in Florida as well I mean how about 11 points in the three games you can see a plus up those 11.6 even strength points reader so uh Matthew Chuck he’s about winning and you know it was a big week for him but even when he’s not putting up points like he is at this rate like yeah Team USA here we go and he just took that and carried it all week but you can’t say enough good about either Matthew or B kachuck and they’re both such tremendous players their hard is on their sleeve they give it everything they’ve got every single shift whether you’re up by five or down by five it doesn’t matter what the score is where you’re at in the game it’s the first game last game whatever you know what you’re getting and uh but to get 11 points in three games that is that’s very very impressive pretty good for anybody in the National Hockey League right even for the best of the best even for the Wayne Gretzky points in three games is maybe the Tuesday night men’s league you know a couple that that’d be really good that’d be really good in Tuesday it would be three weeks be a month but it would still be time that’d be that’d be a huge it would be over time so there they are the three stars of the week presented by Guy
