what’s up guys my name is Gabe and welcome back to the Trojan blade welcome back to a brand new video we have some big breaking news here as fourstar defensive back Alex Graham has flipped his commitment from Colorado to USC this is a kid I’m a big fan of he can do a lot of different things for you on the football field a hell of an athlete hell of a player very excited to talk more about Alex grah but guys if you are enjoying the content please do leave a like And subscribe to the channel if you haven’t already thank you so much and let’s get into this all right so taking a look at Alex Graham size-wise He’s listed at 61 186 rankings wise this is the number 34 Corner in the 247 Sports composite and the number four player in the state of Michigan and he did just play his last year of high school ball at Cass Technical in Detroit Michigan okay so this is a player I’m a big fan of really like this skill set I think it fits what Dean Lynn wants to do perfectly and it’s also a skill set we don’t really have an abundance on this roster Alex has played a lot of different spots during his high school career he’s played Corner he’s played Safety he’s played nickel he’s played wide out and man this guy is a hell of a kick and punt returner he’s going to be a factor on special teams he is special with the ball in his hands but to me on the defensive side of the ball what he reminds me of is Grant delpit former LSU Tiger current Cleveland Brown I think his best position is playing that big nickel because Alex can do so many things well he can cover like a corner he can tackle like a safety and he’s even shown an ability to come down and play in the slot so I think having him play nickel where all of those different jobs are going to be on his plate I think that’s the best fit for him you see him come down and run support this guy is not afraid of contact he is not afraid to hit the ball carrier very physical player for defensive back but the big word that comes to mind with him and you see this with a lot of our defensive recruits in this class is clearly something that De Lynn is prioritizing but it’s instincts Alex Graham is a very instinctual player whether that be in coverage whether that be making plays on the ball carrier or whether that be in the return game this guy’s a very natural and fluid football player and when you pair the instincts with the physicality with a great football mind and the elite athleticism which guys this is a track athlete Alex can move what you get is a defensive back that checks every single box for you and it’s really going to give Dean Lynn a bunch of flexibility with how he deploys him I like this pickup I like it a lot obviously happy for him going from Colorado to USC is such a massive jump up nothing against the Big 12 but in reality it is a minor league conference SO trading that in for one of the elite academic institutions in the entire world for one of the two power conferences at the top of college football and with what is in my mind the best defensive staff in the country home run for us home run for Alex and Alex man if you do happen to be watching this video congrats on your commitment cannot wait to watch you ball out for us in the Cardinal in Gold Guys of course as always please do let me know your thoughts on Alex Down Below in the comment section and yeah guys that will do it for me if you did have to enjoy it please do leave a like And subscribe to the channel you guys are all awesome and as always take care and fight on [Music]
