local coverage you can count on continues with Josh aan sports report Sports coverage you can count on you might as well call it a coronation at the castle all right we still got a ways to go in the high school girls hoop season but this game has got all the makings of an ne8 Championship on deck in aian Columbia City is going to head to Norwell and your Highlight Zone game of the week now Columbia City is coming in with an 8-2 record that includes a signature victory over four Ray State title Contender Homestead of course the Eagles is led by that young woman the butler Sig Addie Baxter she is an Indiana Allstar candidate on the other side Norwell is s and3 so far after advancing to the 3A title game last year now despite losing several starters from that team feels like head coach Eric thoron and the Knights aren’t skipping a beat so yeah expecting another heavyweight showdown between two girls basketball pow this Friday obiously we know it’s at stake and so just um using it to our advance man AG tonight to really work hard at practice and not take anything for granted um the conference Championship is one of our team goals this year and so just playing tomorrow and not taking it for granted we’re really moving the ball well together last night we all evenly scored and we played together as a team and our just team bondages just really well this year I would say for the beginning of the Season we start with homestead and North rge teams like that that’s really prepared us and that made us grow up really quickly and just for going through that and just being like competing with every single team that we play this year I think that’ll help us a lot we just got to have five hard days of practice you know we have to be locked in the whole time and just work together and know what we can accomplish we’re going to be live from Norwell on Friday at 6:00 to previe year game of the week then tune in at 11: for the Highlight Zone Fort Wayne’s Undisputed number one sports show
