rashford is obviously the big story at the minute it looks like he could be heading out of Old Trafford lots of stories circulating about the club being willing to sell him not just being willing to sell him wanting to sell him there is a difference between being open to offers and actively seeking to get rid of someone and it feels like Marcus rashford’s time at United is coming to an end so we’ll be getting into that looking at who could potentially be coming in to replace him obviously the club will have an idea or you expect us to have an idea of who we want to bring in if we are going to get rid of Marcus rashford so we’ll get into that we’ll also look at other players as well some contracts set to expire some of them might be getting renewed some of them might not but it does feel like Ruben amim is giving everyone a chance even the players some of us and I say us cuz I had I’m one of them had given up on so Anthony for example I thought he was done I thought his United Career was done he’s getting minutes at the minute Mason M I know he had that injury at the Manchester Derby but he still started the Manchester Derby so it feels like there’s something there where the manag to see something in him Harry McGuire’s another one who has gone from this player who’s getting lambasted and ridiculed and trolled uh if we’re being brutally honest to now being loaded and praised turned into Marcus rashford TV but we have to talk about what is obviously the biggest news story at the minute and it is Marcus rashford we saw the article from Jamie Jackson yesterday saying that the club were actually trying to get rid of Marcus rashford it wasn’t just the case of you know what someone comes in for him we’ll take it he like look he doesn’t feature in the manager plans obviously he was dropped from the squad from the Manchester Derby or for the Manchester Derby I should say a huge call by Ruben am let’s not downplay that that’s dropping one of you senior players who’s got a very good record against Manchester City who even this season is one of your top scorers that’s saying you’re not even in the squad you’re not even an option from the bench that is a big big call but Ruben Amry made that call and I felt he was Vindicated I don’t even feel like using the word Vindicated because I feel like had United lost it still would have been the right decision now that might sound nonsensical and believe me no one loves beating Manchester City more than I do but if he’s saying the standards aren’t being set and if you don’t set those standards you’re not in the squad then can’t just say well the standards aren’t being set if you don’t set those standards you’re not in the squad but because it’s Manchester derit I’ll put you in anyway he can’t do that keep saying it I’ll keep repeating it more of the same off the pitch is going to get us more of the same on the pitch yeah if we keep doing what we have been doing post Alex Ferguson we’re going to end up doing what we’ve been doing post Ferguson by not winning anything other than you know Cup competitions we want to be challenging at the top of the table getting back into the champ Champions League challenging for Champions Leagues then we need to set the standards and someone like Marcus rashford should know that and he should ad to that especially if the manager is tell him that’s what he’s got to do and that’s not what we’ve been seeing recently it’s obviously not what Ruben am has been seeing because he dropped him an Alano gacho from the squad it’s up to them how they respond to it but it does seem like Manchester United now are looking at moving Marcus rashford on he has signed a big contract we know that a couple years ago about 300K week not going to be easy to move him on I don’t know who’s going to come in for him we spoke to Lori Whitwell about this he was saying the interest from PSG doesn’t just doesn’t seem to be there maybe he could go to Saudi maybe he could go to the MLS but he’s 27 those feel like like destinations that you’d go to if you’re um winding down your career I know I think Ivan Tony was he’s 29 he’s bit of an exception to the rule 28 29 uh but most of the time you see players are in the Twilight of the career going to those sort of leagues no disrespect to them but let’s be honest is Marcus rashford going to want to do that is he still got ambition of playing in a major tournament another major tournament for England he obviously missed the last one but he could still get into the England squad if it performs at the highest level he ain’t going to get that if he’s performing in a league that’s outside the top 10 leagues in the world world will he go to another Premier League club would Manchester United be willing to sign to another Premier League club I’m not so sure I think on the continent would be his best bet but again who’s coming in for him massive amount of wages it’s difficult we’ll have to wait and see United though are looking at other targets and it says here in the Manchester Evening News United reportedly made Victor Osan their top Target amid doubts about Marcus rashford or rashford and Joshua xery caught offside who originally had D story reckons The Club have made contacts presumably with the players Sage about potentially signing Striker I mean I I’m not just scroll back down a minute I want just flag some up I’m not going to lie to you if you’ve got the words presumably and potentially in the same news story it doesn’t bold well for how reliable that story is I’m not going to that that’s like maybe possibly you never know not great but I will say this about the vit or men and manchest United leagues there have been a few stories suggesting this over the past few few weeks it does feel like Victor Rosen is a potential Target for Man United I’m using the word potential myself but it does feel like some he is someone that United could go for he has a good goal scoring record he’s still relatively young I think he’s 25 years old there’s not many proven Strikers I think can we call him proven I think because of what he did at Napoli I think you could proven Strikers who AR in the getting on a bit or who aren’t just in the sort of beginning of the career who are available who you can Target now vict men is’s in that sort of small bracket of players who you say yes he scored a lot of goals he’s an age where he’s still got a lot of years left in him and he’s available that is a sort of narrow margin of of opportunity in terms of players there’s not many there get involved in the chat in the comments and let me know what you think there are some others it’s not just about him but he says here that Chelsea attempted to sign a men on transfer deadline day this summer but no deal materialized in turn the Nigerian International went un loan to galatas instead he remains on contract at happily though and there is an expectation that interest will materialize from their Rivals Juventus who are rep preparing sorry to replace uh du Lovich it is reportedly um increasingly believed Jesus Christ is this he’s trying to fit as many words in as you can here it is reportedly increasingly believed that they are aiman’s preference next year let me know what you think about this there’s there’s another name that’s mentioned at the bottom of the you can see Co manani is mentioned about how he could report reputedly leave PSG on loan during the transfer window now I’m not keen on this one there I’ve heard this one suggested before I’m not saying it’s not even saying that that’s definitely going to happen there manani is okay but he’s got what is it two League goals this season he had six last season is he doing anything for United in the Premier League is he genuinely answer that question do you feel like Co man comes into Manch United Team if he went for him and does anything I don’t I think it’d be a waste of time not genuinely I think be just pointless I think you get him in and you think why have we got him he’s probably going to sit on the bench uh vict rossan let’s have a look at his numbers it’s all about the numbers he’s scoring in lots of goals in in Turkey you expect seven goals in nine games in the Super League last season tail tailed off a little bit last season didn’t it it was 15 and 25 in Syria the season before was the the phenomenal season won it was 26 goals in 32 games I think that was that the season they won the league as well so he’s he’s relatively consistent he’s like 10 14 I’m talking about leag goals 14 26 15 it’s not unbelievable numbers but it’s pretty solid numbers I just don’t know I think like viossy men he does Miss quite a few games for injury he’s not I won’t call him injury prone but he likes to stick his foot on his head in places that sometimes gets him uh injured I feel like he be one of those players who who would get he could become that sort of fan favorite because he scores some great goals don’t he is he going to be the guy that is consistent enough I’m not so sure let me know what you think um Adam Kenny says am I crazy to suggest unu from Chelsea I don’t know you know what right I’ll say this for you any suggestion that involves Chelsea is not crazy because you just never know what is going to happen at that football club it is absolutely Bonkers every time someone goes like even this season they’re in a title race who who predicted that right who genuinely thought they’re going to get the manager that just won the championship with Leicester no respects him but it’s not like he he’s an established Premier League winner get him in they’re going to go through this transfer Mero round that you always go through get rid of some of the more established players get rid of Conor Gallagher who was B I think the club Captain bring in some other players get the likes of Jayden Sancho in and they’re going to be challenging with the title I did not see that coming I’ll be honest with you though I’m kind of glad they are because I would much rather Chelsea won the title than the scouters or the Manchester City even though City don’t look like they could win an argument at the minute um let me know what you think um Adam Cole Palmer please yeah that easy imagine um Luke Chester right you two need to stop drinking in the morning rashford and 50 million for Cole Palmer like that ain’t going to happen is it like seriously CH I said that any suggestion with Chelsea is you know is valid because the Bonkers I don’t even think that Bonkers that they’d let us have Cole Palmer for 50 million quid and Marcus rashford I listen I like Marcus rashford I’ve stuck up Marcus rashford I don’t want to you know kick a lad while he’s down but you you you’d love that to happen n he got the seven shirt I think the number seven shirt has just been almost killed as a thing at Manchester United there was a time when I was like 28 when the number seven shirt was um I know you’re thinking you know 28 now Jay but I’m a little bit older um when the number seven shirt was like one of the most iconic shirts the manchest United number seven shirt was one of the most iconic shirts in football you have people like George best you had Brian Robson you had David Beckham you had Eric Canon you had Cristiano Ronaldo since then we’ve had Alexis Sanchez um Memphis depay who else um I can’t even think of of Michael Owen of course how can I forget um did D Maria have it or am I imagining that I think he did it’s not been great it hasn’t and now we’ve got Mason Mount who’s wearing it and it’s not really happening for the kid is it to be fair um Adam Kenny says you don’t look a day over 29 thank you Boeing B says I’d rather wait for garez in the summer than settling for Less in January I get that idea and I feel like I keep saying this I’m not the only one that’s saying it so I’m not going to pretend I’m being very insightful but this is basically like pre-season is it for for Ruben he’s experimenting he’s trying different players he’s seeing who can fit into the system he’s seeing what you know who can rely on who can’t he’s setting down the markers in terms of the standards and what’s the expectation and all that stuff and I feel like I’m not saying you completely R the season off we’re still in the Cup competitions we can still get into the Champions League obviously so there’s still a lot to play for but I do feel like this season is a bit of a transitional one and if you went look this season we’re still finding our feet we want to get everything sorted next season is going to be the one where we’re going to go for it go for it in the summer is when I’m going to bring in the players that I need January haven’t really got any money we don’t need to Panic by let’s just try and get everything in order for next summer I think that makes um I think that makes sense we’ll have to wait and see Liam Kylie says Jay you’re my favorite bald guy he’s saying that because ER T left um Cavani OCB beat box says Cavani was number seven Cavani was a was decent money for a season to be fair but that second season for Cavani really annoyed me I’m not don’t think there’s any new news there on the injury front uh it says he from Frito Romano you might have heard of him says har McGuire on contract due to expire in June all the signs are positive at the moment and the chat about uh sorry and the chat that I’m having is really positive I haven’t really thought about it I’ve still got this year to go with an option in their hands I like Harry McGuire I’m not just saying that CU he played well at the etad I think he gets a lot of you stick probably hasn’t lived up to the 80 million pound price tag I don’t think there’s any probably about it he hasn’t but it’s not his fault he overpaid for him um he did have a very good spell for a time then he got the injuried in it and then it’s been fixing starts he’s you know he has had some ropy games there’s no point in sugar coating it or rewriting history but he’s had some very good ones as well I’d like to see him stay I think if you’ve got a back three then Harry McGuire is a very good option I think if you’ve got a back three as well in center backs you need at least you probably need six that sounds six center backs that’s insane but you think about it you’ve got Lenny yoro you’ve got Harry MaGuire you’ve got mat Deli you’ve got Lisandro Martinez um I’m I missing I think the minute you’ve still got Victor lindel love obviously haven’t you then you’ve got um some of the youngsters coming through as well like when you look at you could say right if you kept say Maguire dck Martinez um yoro um I missing anyone I feel like I’m missing someone uh then you’ve also got someone like godwill koni coming through maybe one or two other youngsters could you couldn’t I think having six and Harman being one of them isn’t excessive I know obviously kakon is only 16 but I’m talking about the future maybe the you know next season I do feel like you need cover in that position because obviously get one or two injuries at Center back then you’re going to have to look at you go can we still play through to back how are we going to do it I know Luke shows someone who can play in a bat three but he’s injured all the time he’s not even an option so let me know what you think
