was one that was very unorthodox and unusual right there was oristano goal from from a corner however you mean rundo and the wind elements that got that go ex exactly bro we can’t give it to him because it was mostly the wind that led to that I really enjoyed p goal with Castro’s flick on um some lovely goals all around however I think for me it has to beakon right I think it has to beakon um I think there there were goals that because of cute little details I enjoyed more like the Poo like the DeMarco one like the barela one he sent the defender sliding into another dimension not to mention that perfectly weighted assist on the volley by mkhitaryan yes yes yes yes amazing amazing but I think you have to give it to is in considering the stage and oh this is where we disagreed though cuz I really liked Columbo’s goal against H Verana the volley that that just so low and right into the bottom corner passed so many bodies that was a a lovely goal you always like to see a a watch with Jordan Henderson in Midfield um and Fiorentina versus lasque the Austrian lasque also on Thursday CU Thursday nights are Europa and Conference nights indeed exciting fixtures um very excited for Atlanta against Real Madrid tonight um we’ll be watching me on red star tomorrow of course um keeping an eye on the other games on UV City particularly very exciting game for the neutral over there of course we have our mil on commitment so we’ll be watching that um andless they at different times I haven’t checked the time no I think they’re both at 9: if I’m not mistaken and we also the derby and Lazio got past Napoli with the score of 3-1 both teams went out with their second teams I think Lao still maintained a few of their top players but Napoli changed absolutely everything um I guess con’s idea over here was to concede when it comes to the Cupa Italia and then beat latio in the league but l have made a two out of two against K incredible and the first game Saw Tani noslin scoring a hatrick hatrick yeah and then in the second game he gave that perfectly weighted ball to isak what a week for him what a week for him absolutely Sensational but what a week for the esposo brothers bro yes all three of them not not to be confused because I know a lot of you get confused with the Menendez brothers those are the ones that are in prison there’s the whole series don’t confuse them exactly yes we have Seb of course we know very well he plays for empol he scored two goals in a 4-1 win over helos Verona that’s six goals in all competitions this season for Sebastiano salvatores scored um twice um scor twice yes and got one assist for spia under 5- nil victory over chadel not to mention poo who got one goal for SP of course in their 5- nil win over chadel just if you’re wondering how they’re doing so far um bastiano in the league and S has four goals one assist of course six goals in all competitions in the league he started 11 games and he has four goals Salvatore has played 16 games with spia scored five goals and got seven assists while Pio has 14 games eight goals and one assist they’re doing very well this season their breakout season all together right I’m glad they’re they’re sinking up just like women’s period sink when they spend a lot of time together their their goals are sinking thank you thank you um a little bit of an cruised past Milan well Cru it was a tight Affair but Atlanta got away with an 86 minute lman goal to make it 2-1 and then Napoli after resting their entire Squad midweek to be able to get past Lao at home in the league they lost one nil um as Ison scored the only goal in the game with a peit of a gold yes two notes from these games pulik did go off injured in the Milan game um atanta against Milan and um garia has now apparently suffered an injury as well oh wow okay Roman those are those are two big very big players for their teams um in the fight for top four mhm absolutely good point um inter three Parma 1 fantastic game um individually for inter mkhitaryan had a great game here barel had a is exemplary as a football player they bring in you remember benat where they kept bringing in these stars to try to displace him and they couldn’t that’s what it’s seeming like to be as well with with inter and M he just so intelligent man and he knows how to use um the the like little burst of speed he has left in his in his later years you know um intelligent he’s very intelligent yes he preserves his energy he Us in the right moments he got two assists this game and both were lovely yeah fantastic player fantastic player and an absolute Workhorse as well there was a hilarious Dar unnown goal um towards the end as well that gave Parma their only goal of com you see summer’s um but they did manage to fight their way back due to some intelligence substitutions um and Juve Justice they really turned this game around uh lat on in the game to equalize and make it 22 there are brilliant goals by bolog over here brilliant goals the Pega goal the indoi goal absolutely amazing game this was probably my favorite game of the week what do you make of Indo celebration the the bear of Kara team that if you give them a little bit of space they will attack you and fantina are one of the few teams that actually managed to keep Kar at Bay like this um so it’s actually a great result but injuries have always disrupted him wherever he’s gone now he’s scored in three games back to back and boom he’s done his ACL and we won’t see him for another 6 months I know colbo and the SPO will be licking their lips but um that’s terrible news for empo and for um us who have been enjoying watch absolutely man he’s been a [ __ ] Joy poor guy yeah and the fact that he was starting in a team that is that that have two Strikers that are out on loan from Top clubs like Milan and Inter they just going in just slapping his [ __ ] out in the dressing room telling everyone have a look this is was incredible this he was incredible um thought R Jerry was like one of the best players on the pitch as well pasalich was in the hole behind the K tar and Adam Ola lman of course with gasparini once being quite honest and it’s an area where I know with crosses to the far post it’s hard to always pin the blame on the wing back how many times are we going to see it at what point is TA going to win one of those yes um moving on to Milan’s response um this was T Hernandez of course who had a vertical ball to release Rafael Leo on the left who skipped past bellova with with ease to be honest and he’s so good at that of course Milan took on a more counterattacking kind of approach and this did favor Leo in the moments where he was involved which weren’t many to be honest um Leo looked up which is um huge huge yes it’s something that we’re not used to to be honest seeing much of this but recently come on he’s picking them it’s true he has it’s true he has and this in my opinion was impressive as an assist because he he looked up and he played a perfect ball to Morata and Morata was never going to miss you know that’s his bread and butter as we obviously as we often say um great goal there um marata of course showing what a leader he is running straight up to Leo giving him all the plaits for the goal um all the credit and Milan looked like they were back into it not looked like they were back into it and half time whatever for the the second half it was anyone’s game yeah for the majority of it there was a period where I thought me where the Atalanta really fell back in the second half in my opinion and the second half was Milan’s and then of course yes um it was the 1 second it was the 87th minute of course Milan held on for quite a while but they couldn’t really threaten um Atalanta especially after poli6 injury man poli6 injury effect because PC went down injured and in this is something we’ve spoken about on this podcast before um when you play LOF the streak in a creative role and you have Musa on the right you’re missing out on you have two offensive positions with players who don’t Thrive offensively I think the thing the move to to make when Pik went injured would be to drop musan Midfield where he’s capable not bad mhm and bring on OK for something man someone more I don’t like this this L this streak in the hole man I don’t like it and and the second he came on Milan looks like they were a man out I look like they were man out with with stre think literally um I think the idea uh with having lofter streak in that role I don’t think you could directly consider him as a Turk artistan of politic I think him and reinders really swap around in that position um and I think with um LOF to streek on the pitch Reyers often finds himself in situation where he’s behind the striker which favors Reyers of course and but like you said for the most part Milan have four positions out of so they’ve got Musa and LOF to streak that don’t Thrive anywhere near goal to be honest you’ve got Lea who is not Central but rather wide and cutting the ball back and Morata that can misfire quite a lot so all of a sudden that formidable front whatever lever of Milan doesn’t look so formidable at all yeah and it’s not like you know I’m not saying that he had a a terrible game L the streak but but it’s just the fact that you don’t have anyone who can really take on a man except for Leo yeah you know I mean I agree it should have been CH been an off player offensive threat a direct player roer was really bombing forward chuk would have been perfect over there he just he just did so well against Sall I know okay Sera B Team whatever but they’re Sera regular nowadays saso they’re technically a sera a team in Sera B at they’ll be back next season you know I I don’t know whatever that was it and then of course M to be to be fair I am liking Musa in that role he’s all right he’s he’s useful but if pic is in the 10 it’s great it’s great if you have lus in the 10 I don’t usess and just one more thing did you notice L streak at a point dislocated his finger ah yes he got it popped back into place and he went back and continued playing he looked in agony bro that’s Agony like he was I think I think it was dislocated he was covering he was holding his finger like that they yanked it back in and he went back out that I of course I like to see him then yeah yeah in malti we call that a Mimi um and then of course in the 87th minute you say um you said before pin the blame on the on the fullback um we can pin the tail on the donkey in this case as um of course um another set piece came in and um reinders and Theo allowed the ball to be flicked across goal um Emerson Royal the donkey in this case of course nowhere to be seen letting lukman attack the back post and scoring um from very close range to the point that manan’s reflex is B right but like his arm was behind the line there was nothing man could have done for me for me it’s not even Emerson’s fourth go it I mean granted he lost his man okay but how do you allow that header to be one at the front post I agree you know you have two men on you have Teo and reinders and reinder kind of got attouch to it no he kind of flicked back if I’m not mistaken I I think that goes on reers it was it was very s it was going directly to him he could have done much better that that is on reers and it’s because in the last episode we said at the moment he’s the best player in the league and that’s why that happened I think he have been way more commanding in that area um and no nothing Emerson can do I think it’s a problem if you look at the past three four seasons with Milan with Pur um with fona how have Milan never improved with defending set pieces they simply have never improved and you can have [ __ ] big tall players trying to win headers and and whatever but no matter who the opponent is they can’t seem to defend their their Corners you remember to me this looked zonal again zonal defense you know I mean two examples on that second one on on the fact that like the flick on was it Reyers or was it Tao they were both marking like they were bit surrounding the ball he didn’t influence play I think vaneta considering the the conditions might have actually deserved to take something out of that game you might say okay but coma had an ex of 1.05 penet of 0.32 K dominated position so what yeah so what they had the ball in the the back of the net they they didn’t exhaust themselves they were smart with the with the conditions now a game with those conditions can go one way or another it could either go the same way that Gena Torino went which was also extreme conditions where it’s nil nil and no one’s doing anything because it’s impacting them or is it going to be brave like two teams like vanets and Komo for a relegation six-pointer in those conditions sign me the [ __ ] up and Absol of a game so entertaining to watch anything could happen and um to criticize anyone for any of those it’s hard to even criticize fabrigas um as I have been doing and I believe that he he might be one of the reasons that Kaa haven’t won a game in nine matches and I think he’s automatically excused for it because of his high position but KO they they had an opportunity they’re unlucky because they had an opportunity to get points finally against a team like Venia but they were struck with these conditions um yeah so I’m not quite sure if if it would be fair to to criticize fabrigas for this but let’s move on yes I think it’s better um how far in are we incisive pass from the left following christensen’s poort clearance found kopis who rifled the shot past the goalkeeper and eventually it was in the 70th minute that jakabol put them um put UDA back in the lead um eeking comp set him up and he his low Drive um slipped through tti’s legs into the far Corner Monza pushed for an equalizer they brought on m s marage they tried to um hoof to the ball up field and knock down through jurich to um kind of create something to some chaos I think Monza have um enough players to have better expectations unfortunately for Nesta I think that um it’s time I don’t think it’s time yet I don’t think it’s time my God no man I don’t think it’s time he’s a new manager um I think one in the relegation Zone they are in the relegation Zone um however I think with their with the team they have it’s a little bit better than the others when it comes to defensive defensively I really like their defense and I think they have offensive options as well I think just because they had they got good results previously against top sides give him the game against leer see how that goes if you don’t win the Electra game then you’re going to let him go then what you’re going to appoint a new manager for a game for a U game but then you have I’m sorry but then the new manager has has um Parma and ker to play against back to back and I wouldn’t even be I wouldn’t even be totally shocked if they let Nesta have that spell as well and wait till the ceri game until they decide his future because again man it’s very very difficult to judge because they’re not getting the results but you watch them and they they’re they’re all right you know it’s so disappoint I think they were all right in this game this game was one of the bad ones one of the worst ones I’ve seen to be honest from them so far um they’re really struggling to get points man OD denza hadn’t won in five games this was an opportunity if you’re you’re keeping a manager on for these opportunities so that he can get points and keep the ship afloat and he’s not capable of of doing it of course it’s not just down to the manager to do that I’m sure the issue is is on the pitch as well but come on these players are are good you they it it was a gamble get n let’s not pretend like he’s decorated and we know at some point results are going to come it’s a g it was a Gamble from the start I may out due to a clear hand ball in the buildup by Koko who’s been on the wrong end of some some things an own goal um a few mistakes by Koko who had a really good start to the season Koko started off as a nice healthy one with like one of those clean WIP now he’s simply diarhea no now it’s now it’s a mess you go to wipe and through your finger he’s still doing well of course but he’s not as solid as he looked at the beginning of the season I was particularly disappointed with Shay Adams on that delivery um and I think he if he’s on the end of these balls he does well but if he’s delivering them man yeah I think he left a lot of Des the balls the passes he gave a cross he squared a few crosses well he had a great ball to Sri and vo Vada they just didn’t manage to to net it also the conditions played a part this in this now I’m remembering the the one you told me the the vo VOD overhead kick it was attempt that that should have put them in the lead it was a Sanabria overhead overhead kick attempt and then vo VOD hit the post right after okay so he probably distracted him yes I don’t think vo thought he I thought vo thought sria was going to get it he wasn’t has an gu has a habit of doing that uh um this is literally a game that takes place when it’s windy and rainy it’s one of the scenarios you can expect either a messy shootout or two teams that are kind of um that kind of don’t want to insert themselves too much it runs the risk of injuries and it’s too unpredictable I think Genoa were happy here to sit back and get a draw I think Torino were like that as well but then when they felt Gena hesitating they’re like yo maybe we can get a win over here um and they were actually the aggressors if you can call them that they had more shots on target they had roundabout similar possession but they were definitely the most dangerous side there’s just one point I want to bring up and then we can call it uh show um these teams that previously had pragmatic managers like Torino um Verona as well now started off the season with offensive managers found success at the start of the season because they were shocking teams like Torino did like Verona did um there’s another team that I wanted to reference but I I keep I keep forgetting um now over a longer stretch of time they’re getting caught out and they’re struggling and Torino are one of those teams they had a very exciting hot sexy start now they’re the further away really strugg you go from the coach that you downgraded from the wor you look because vanol is a downgrade to your Rich it’s obvious absolutely good good point absolutely thank you King yes I think we can call this an episode it’s been fun yes sorry um we’re actually I’m going to address this we’re actually in talks because one thing I don’t like is we like to call ourselves the podcast that covers every single team sometimes the format of looking at every single fixture um ends up with us having to rush through some of of the games and it really doesn’t allow us to put that serious Spotlight on the smaller team sometimes so we’re currently in talks on ways that we can improve this so that we give every single team the same amount of energy um we’re going to take a few days to chat about it we’ve been cooking a little bit um if you have any suggestions do let us know but the last thing we want to do is rush over a game between Kaa and and another exactly so so we have received a lot of positive feedback when it comes to the episodes where we’re essentially Off Script yeah where we are just talking um so we’re we’re thinking of put aiming our podcast in that direction yeah um we will still obviously talk about every team because that is the small games are our passion that is where that is where I guess you as the listener if that’s what you’re looking for that’s where you’re lucky because we we will talk about them regardless of course um and they will probably be the main event in most I think focusing more on the grand scheme of things it doesn’t really matter if pelri hit the post does it in the 47th minut in the 47th minute so just looking at ways to be a bit more effective with our time as so we’re probably thinking of something like we will introduce the episode go through a rundown of the of the matches like do right now talk about the rundown in a bit more detail pointing out um tactical notes and then we’ll have talking points from Main observations and key moments from the week that we will spend two hours talking exactly and [ __ ] that we find interesting that you guys are just like us man so they they’ll be points that like we’ll discuss one particular question for 20 minutes we’ll discuss one section on and the European this is another thing it takes us over two hours to cover 10 games a week we don’t have time for a question segment yeah so like this we’ll be able to interact with the listeners a little bit more and have a weekly question segment going CU it’s a shame because every time we put out call for questions we get so many it’s true it’s true but let’s call it there because the upload is going to be horrendous and love you all so much sorry we can’t be there next
