Athletic Club 2 Real Madrid one ladies and gentlemen I don’t know what to tell you I don’t know what to tell you today has been an absolutely intense game what an end to to such a game like that like where can one start where can one start mbappe’s missed penalty two games in a row or two chances in a row Bellingham saving us like he always did Val day making a mistake that he’s never made ever before where do we start oh my God I’m actually like this whole game I’ve been on my nerves now we have fallen we have fallen behind and we are most likely going to get overtaken by Atletico Madrid at the moment without the game in hand um Athletic Club put in a good fight uh as soon as they got that second goal that none of the goals were good guys none of the goals were good first their goal was such a scrapping goal as since you had to just take one step in just take one step in you would have block that but no standing still C got surprised he didn’t it was a tight area he couldn’t really deflected anywhere else it’s not C’s fault it’s not entirely a s’s fault but S curve definitely prevented it there our goal mbapp just takes a wild shot on target thankfully On Target uh and Bellingham was the spectacular work ethic like no one’s like no one has that type of work ethic since Ronaldo Bellingham was the only one who made that run from way behind the offside line way behind the offside line he made that run and managed to finish it everyone else was just sitting he wasn’t even in the right position for him to score a deflected shot but he still ran for it honestly without Bellingham today we could have just been at 20-0 after Bellingham scored we were actually so powerful that I actually felt we were going to score instantaneously we were going to I I generally thought we were going to score instantaneously with the movements with the ball with the attack with the pressure yeah Athletic Club fell so deep in that when they went on that Counterattack there was only like two or three players in front and it only took that one mistake unfortunately by valver they caused us a loss today uh our second loss of the season this one I don’t know what to say Obviously we it’s objectively speaking it is Val’s fault but we know Valverde we love Valverde he’s an excellent player he’s he’s played more than any other player in the club this season last season all the seasons he’s been playing as a first team player he’s a machine and we all clearly saw how devastating he was cuz that’s not him he’s the he’s the guy who saved us against Atletico Madrid a few years back my sacrificing himself for a red card that’s the valde weo the machine the the Beast the the most well performing player so far this season we cannot blame him ladies and genten we cannot blame him honestly the game was so tense it wasn’t that many shots taken not many chances that either team made use off really all the go are Scrappy all the goals were just absolutely rubbish um obviously athletic athletic clubs second goal was a better finish but still it was a scrappy goal considering how it just fell right in front of the Gap right in front of the the player I mean it just the ball just fell in front of the play he only had to take two touches and goal how much lucky can you get how much lock here can you get fair play to Athletic Club they put in a huge fight uh we were at the at the finishing moments aseno and uh one of the athletic forwards were literally going to start punching each other respect to aseno for defending the badge as well as he could did is did he he he didn’t perform perfectly like he always did I’m saying that first goal he could have definitely denied it but I don’t know ladies and gents to many just came back from injury uh as far as I saw he he he’s lost the ball way too many times Rodrigo is the only forward I felt very confident with after him it was Brahim Diaz I don’t know what why I don’t know why anel didn’t start I why didn’t he sub Brahim Diaz for two many instead of taking off sabanos you br you you took off sabanos who is actually playing a fantastic game better than to many and and you kept do many on I don’t understand that did not make in my opinion that do make sense Maybe cuz right now I’m not in the moment to be thinking about that sort of stuff it’s just I don’t know what to tell you ladies and gentlemen we we could have scored mbapp again missed the penalty he missed the penalty same place same shot I don’t know what’s going on in his head but he’s got to have to figure it out cuz this is not working out the way we expected it to be and not even the bare minimum of what a standard expectation from a world class player would be mbapp you he’s obviously not going to watch this but there’s something in my ey that’s why I keep scratching mbapp he has to figured himself out cuz he there was a moment in the final stages of the game maybe late in the 17th minute 17th minute uh he’s dribbling he he actually managed dribble pass the defender and he had to he should have crossed the ball but instead he decided to drag the ball back and try and run around him again you got past him why didn’t you just cross the ball why are you doing all these nonsense dribbling it makes no sense it that’s why it’s called nonsense trip that’s why I’m saying it’s a nonsense dribbling he’s his dribbling has not improved at all I every time I see him hold the ball he loses the ball he gets tackled I don’t know what to say ladies and gents mbapp you I every time Real Madrid is about to make a substitution I hope he gets subed off cuz we could probably do something better he there was only that one glimpse of Hope where I I think it was Brian Diaz who gave him a through ball he managed to get past the defender except he got out physical and eventually got the corner but like those those don’t mean anything also the defense today was solid of course we did that but that mistake from alberie does not mean the defense was not good it was just an unfortunate accident uh the first goal was silly but our defense was pretty solid our Midfield got the ball moving a little bit here and there our forwards Bing really needs to work Rodrigo is still trying to get to his best but even right now he’s he’s out dribbling players and he’s not he’s not his best I don’t understand right now for me Rodrigo the guy who just came back from injury after playing not playing for a while is better than the mbappe who’s supposed to be one of the best in the world right now um I think mbapp could is temporarily losing his prime temporarily I I I need to be hopeful I got to be hopeful and I got to be realistic guys I I don’t know what to say but but right now the only thing we’re we’re hoping is to get Venus Jr back uh if we don’t get Venus Jr back we are pretty much finished uh the stats even show it we had 63% possession the expected goal ratio is pretty much equal 1.74 1.73 we had one more shot the same amount of big chances like like they filed us way more honestly obviously the penalty was deserved of course I don’t know if anyone’s going to deny that but the penalty on rudiger was a penalty he got hit directly on the head after rudiger rudiger got a brilliant chance unfortunately the crossb I I don’t know what to see I don’t I’m actually so bamb booed right now we’re not even we’re not even doing great right now uh we’re about we just dropped off a lot of essential points we are literally Four Points behind Barcelona the next time Barcelona play we have to hope that they would lose in order to give us a chance but now it’s not even that now the bigger issue is Atletico Madrid is only one point behind us yes again we have one point a one game in hand but the obviously the La Liga title race is far from over there’s so much more to come hopefully as a real Madrid fan as from the madisa perspective we expect Barcelona to draw hopefully or lose a game Draw or lose as much as possible and uh yeah Atletico Madrid are also going to be very dangerous they’ve only lost uh one game so far but they’ve drawn five games so we’re going to really hope Athletic Club is still not that dangerous to us when it comes to the standings but still right now all all we can do is just take the night relax cover the grounds and focus on gona I don’t know what’s going to happen with anti cuz we were on a fine run in La Liga but we weren’t doing well in the Champions League and now we lost our winning streak in La Liga so I don’t know what’s going to happen with enel of course many people are saying he has to be sacked of course many people are there’s rumors and speculations that the next manager is preparing himself while we speak right now so there’s there’s a lot of things going on Real Madrid are truly in a crisis cuz these are not games that we can afford to lose Real Madrid at this point yeah cannot afford to lose any more games we cannot afford to draw any more games it’s either we win and we win only if we keep on losing it’s not good it is not good at all of course after the gona game or gerona game whatever you want to call it uh we’re playing against Atlanta which uh as we saw in the UEFA super cup they were a difficult team to beat although we got to the win honestly this game against Athletic Club is super devastating I don’t know what to think anymore like I’ve been sitting on my nerves my hands were like this my my whole body was in butterfly mode I was so confident that we were going to get a goal at the end and then we just couldn’t and to anyone who’s say saying Jude Bellingham is not playing well he’s playing very well maybe not his best but his work ethic and and his running and his pressure like he’s doing it pretty much alone mbappe needs to put more pre pressure as well M needs to work on that front line he he we not the he’s not Ronaldo for the team to be doing his job for him on a on a press front you know so all the people were comparing mbapp to Ronaldo comparing Ronaldo’s stats when he first came into mbapp face for no no no no no don’t compare don’t compare cuz that’s not the same thing uh yeah ladies and gentlemen I don’t know what to tell you anymore this is the mic J’s perspective I’ll see you guys on the next one and hopefully we we’ll have a moment to reanalyze the game
