you want to see if we can talk to you real quick thank you I’m Adam Smith South Carolina Michael lard great to meet you we appreciate the time okay great how do you envision this whole thing working well it’s you know it’s it all comes down to really the great University of North Carolina it can attract great players we have the greatest coach of all time and Bill bellich and so it’s players coaches and scheme all working together you know football is not a real complicated sport it comes down to players coaches and scheme I wrote in my book G iron genius that when you’re in the football business you’re like a Vetinarian the patient doesn’t talk to you so you have to analyze the team in those three areas and I think we ultimately will do that and this school will allow you to get great players it’s our job to do a great job with coaching it’s a a good job scheme so we’re really excited about it I’m really jacked what what energized you in particular you about about coming here and and getting involved in college I think last time you were in college was UNLV is that right I worked my whole life in the NFL mostly uh I mean look I think the landscape of college football’s changed and this is such an incredible University I mean you could just see the the stadium here bill and I came here in 1992 we stayed at the Carolina Inn we would watch tape all day we’ go Jog and we thought man you how can’t you win here what a magical place so I think the way the game has changed and you know you have more time to develop players in college than you do in Pro with all the pro rules and the collective Bing agreement that’s been in place and to work again with belich is probably another dream come true because you know we had we had success in Cleveland we had success together in New England and it’s just it feels right to work that way and and I love building football teams how do you plan to build out your like recruiting department how do you plan like build out your recr compl separate we’re going to have we’re going to have an area where we handle the transfer we’re going to have an area that we handle high school and then we’re going to hit it and we’re going to go recruit nationally this school belongs in to conversation of every school in the country every kid should want to come to school they’ve had two quarterbacks picked in the top five draft they got great defensive alignment it’s got great tradition and if you want to be coached by a pro coach why would you want to come to school here all you got to do is look out that window I got to run guys sorry thank you than we appreciate time
