how your your overall thoughts on next game um I thought you know we had just a tough time we obviously had a tough time scoring in the game and you know the opening quarter thought we had some good opportunities that we just didn’t capitalize on um but I thought defensively we were we were good you know we only scored 20 but we gave up 25 in the quarter and then uh man the the first uh of the second quarter you know I had caught a timeout about 3 minutes and 30 seconds left in the in the half I just kind of seen the turn a little bit but they had 20 points in the quarter at that time B call timeout try to sett us down you know let’s let’s get out of this quarter let’s get to halftime doing okay and then boom they had 15 points in that little span um open the game up a little bit we turn it over turn over bad shot boom um but we just you know we knew the most important part of of playing against this team is obviously your Rim decisions and you know the kid blocks 10 shots in the game and altered I don’t know how many you know he is that special but I think when you when you when you pay attention to it you make better decisions you know and we just we struggle we really really struggle with that today I was surprised by it because we’ve been getting so much better at it um and and that cost us you know it did cost us I don’t think we played poorly in the second half uh buying Lars but we just we couldn’t play well enough you know um and we could never get over the hump scoring the ball I have to ask if you guys have been practicing lobs in practice as of late and we you saw time up yeah we we have we’ve we’ve spent some time uh on working on the the relationship between the guards and The Bigs you know um actually setting screens you know I feel like our team we need screens you know our point guards need screens to get open make plays our bigs can set screens they’re good rollers you know um shadon and the guys on the wings Jeremy they need screens to get open so we need to screen so we we focused and spent a fair amount of time over the last couple weeks on just the relationship and the pick and roll and I think we are getting better there what did you think of Jaden’s performance particularly his ability to kind of get into the pain the three-point line which is something I know that you guys talked about this yeah yeah I loved his aggression offensively I did I love that he was on the attack most of the night um I thought he had a tough night defensively though you know I was hope I was hoping he would put two nights together defensively I didn’t think he played very well uh guys kind of ran around him a couple times very easy with no moves um and that you know it’s not good you know he’s a much better Defender than that but offensively yeah he he was he he he showed you know some of the the capable gifts that he has was there anyone that played tonight defensively that you were happy with I thought for the most part I thought Jeremy did a good job on wimy you know he had him contained for the most part and then during that little stretch that we talked about at the end of the second quarter there uh he he broke free for a couple for a couple threes that I thought really got him going the second half he just kind of uh he turned it on so the first half I thought we did a good job on him second half he kind of had it had it his way but yeah I wouldn’t say anybody was was stood out to me defensively in the game just a question about to many Kamar it was a tough night for him tonight in offense but how do you judge his Evolution for his second year in the league yeah um one you know obviously with him he’s probably I think he’s the only player on our team that started every game or something like that he he start starts every game uh you know that he took a he took a leap he took a jump this this over the summer which is the reason why he earned a starting spot um you know he continues to get better he’s I think he’s he’s already he was already a really good Defender I think he’s becoming a much more smarter Defender with experience and with time and playing against some of these guys he’s becoming a little more versatile as a Defender his shot is much better he’s shooting with a lot more confidence um his decision his decision making as he is driving close outs is getting better you know um it needs more Improvement obviously but it’s getting better you know so he continues to improve
