mental health very very serious and when I was in the military I got out due to a bunch of injuries of my back’s messed up I got like nerve damage in my back I got brain damage I got PTSD depression and anxiety and when I transitioned from the the military world to the civilian world it was a big struggle for me I struggled a lot with my mental health um I had to call a suicide provision hotline a few times and I’ll open up to something that happened more recently I know these are kind of like cut and dry every time but earlier today I had a a really weak moment where I I had typ I had a PTSD episode today at work I had a moment where I was hearing things I had a moment where I was remembering a lot of the trauma and just the very bad things that have happened to me as well as things that I’ve done to people and it just kept flashing back like I was there I had a very very rough moment at work this morning I went to Twitter and I kind of just let it all out I I was shaking I wasn’t good but I’m but I am good now mental health is very serious you got to take care of yourself you know I I’m I’m I’m I’m on medication I go to therapy I’ve got a great support system and I will always share this with you guys at the end of every stream my my PSA will always be about mental health because if there is anybody watching my streams watching my videos just listen to my voice that needs
