the draw for the 2024 women’s Africa Cup of Nations has been done this is the groupings this is the draw the full draw the full group is here so I’m going to predict who I think are going to qualify from these [Music] groups I don’t know what I’m [Music] doing all right so welcome back so first of all I think this these groups are very competitive very very tough very very difficult and um in my opinion I think any of the teams in these groups can be a dark horse in this tournament no team is a total Underdog I don’t think any of the teams here are going to be whipping things for anyone to just beat like that it’s going to be very tough very competitive so let’s get into the prediction group a and we have that is Moro they are the host nation for the women’s afcon 202 4 then we have Zambia yeah Zambia then we have also Sagal then we have de Congo so Morocco and Zambia are very familiar familiar enemies yes very familiar enemies they played last year two friendly matches was it last year earlier this year I think it was earlier this year two friendly matches and also played in the um the Olympic qualifies the qualifies for the Olympics was between these two sides same sides and it was that Zambia both champed on both occasions so Zambia seem to be having the upper Edge over Morocco in recent years despite Morocco having a super team let me say but Zambia seem to be having them upper hand over them so I’m I’m favored to go a bit of Zambia to finish top of this group then Morocco who have proven to be a Powerhouse to come in second place in third place in this group between Sagal and then that is De cono it’s it’s tough because de cono themselves have a familiar history with Morocco they played um I think a few months ago there was a nasty scene that happened in that game want to talk about it but maybe deu can offer a challenge but I think Sagal are my best te to finish in third place in this group group B has Nigeria Nigeria are the record holders of the competition they are in group b also alongside them is that is Tunisia Tunisia from that is the North African region they are qualifying to backto back women’s afon then we have also Aleria who were inside the last afcon the wcon sorry women’s afcon they are now back in the wcon then we have Botswana making the FES Botswana well they are the last W so they also making another return to the wa K so Botswana in Nigeria played that is the last W cor it was Nigeria who tramped so I’m expecting Nigeria to me be over the rest of the teams here to finish top of this group who finishes in second place well I think in recent years bwana have really really developed and they have a few quality players in their fold so I’m tiing botana to finish second in this group for third place I think it’s going to be a tough competition between that is Algeria and Tunisia I don’t think there’s a lot of difference between these two sides so um I don’t think any of the teams here can qualify from this group as the third best place finishes then Group C has the defending Champions South Africa and they won the last women’s Africa Cup of Nations that was in Morocco this one also has been played in Morocco so then see alongside Ghana Ghana wasn’t at the last women ofon they didn’t qualify but they qualify back to this year’s Edition with a whole new Squad then we have also Mali Mali also r at the last women’s afon but they are back again and they’ll be playing in the group that is against Ghana and also South Africa then we have Tanzania who also were at the last T haveon and they are back to playing the women’s outcon predicting this group I think South Africa really have the Edge over all other teams in this group and they recently beat Tanzania in the Olympic qualifiers um in 2022 I think they had the edge of Ghana so I tip them to finish top of this group but Ghana has an exciting team exciting Talent so I’m tipping Ghana to finish second place in this group and in third place well it’s it’s a tough battle between Tanzania and also Mali but my feelings say Tanzania are going to make it and then finish third place in this group so my predictions for the teams to call ify out of the group stages Zambia Morocco Sagal Nigeria Botswana South Africa Ghana and Mali so these are my eight teams to reach that is the quarterfinal of the women’s afcon but you can also tell me your prediction in the comments
