Manchester United drew 1-1 against Ipswich today away from home. The first 15 minutes we looked great, the shape was there, and we scored a team effort goal with Rashford finishing off Amad’s assist. It was all looking so BEAUTIFUL until…the next 15 minutes Ipswich found their legs and pushed through becoming dominant against us.

This rebuild is a marathon and not a sprint BUT we actually look worse today than before the break.

saw is a change in the way we played I don’t know if I saw an improvement because not especially the way that we playing the last the way that we have been playing let’s say the last three or four games under rud vanro a bit more free flowing you know we scored five goals against Leicester then three goals against Leicester we played better then than we have played today so this performance today was a decrease in performance levels in my opinion compared to when um we performed under Roode however it’s an improvement in performance when compared to what T hog had us doing before he got sacked so performance hasn’t improved per se but the shape is clear it is very clear what he wants we saw the back three we saw the wing backs we saw how energetic the wing backs have to be Ahmed has to be up and down up and down the win backs have to be really really fit under this system I’m not sure if if the win backs will play today Ahmad and DOW are going to be our wing backs going forward I don’t know I think today G naturo did not have a good game and G naturo has not played well at all he scored goals but there’s a difference between scoring goals and playing well you can play you can have a sting C and still score a goal at the end it still means you had a stinker and garnacho had stinker after stinker this season including this match and he almost played 90 minutes and I think most people understand that g is a wide player and shouldn’t really be playing an inside 10 role which requires you to be able to play with your back to go drop deep play in between the lines be smart
