well um but if I can score goals and make goals and directly influence the game then it makes me a lot more valuable to the team and uh that that’s all I want to be to be honest so now I’ve got that kind of the sniff back for it hopefully there’s a there’s a few more coming now hopefully can I could you talk about your mentality as well because we know you got the ability you work card technically good you score goals but your mentality seems to be top top where does that come from how professionally eat top top you like it yeah very nice very um no I I think I’ve been raised by Good footballing People my parents and my friends keep me grounded and you know I think the amazing thing with football is there’s always more to do you know um we won a lot last season had a good year but um I’m I’m desperate for to do it um many times and many season over for this club you know I have the best people around me to push me in that way and uh yeah I just want to maximize my potential as much as possible I don’t know if it comes down to mentality or what but uh I just want to be there for my teammates and you know see what I can do in the game you played beside the goal that was amazing after that run you know having the Lucidity you know to to step over you played 90 minutes well and and comfortable you looks you know much confident in what you do and everything what change before the beginning and now and how much can you and the team move on because it seems that you have all of you not only you potential more things to that you can do yeah the potential is huge um I think you’re right when you say that I think we’re still only scratching the surface of what we can achieve as a team to be honest I still feel like this team has many levels to go um I think we do the outstanding things really well at times and then the fundamental things is what sometimes lets us down in in games like uh the previous Champions League games and stuff like that and obviously for me personally I think with the new team it’s kind of a new era at the club and there was a lot of changeing of positions to see where I could uh fit in and feel comfortable but I’ve always thought that as a player when I’m playing with freedom um that’s when I’m at my best and you know I’ve had meetings with Carlo and he’s he’s helped me find that freedom again and yeah I think getting over the line and getting the result at the the and that was absolutely vital for them tonight yeah I mean I agree with uh what Jamie’s saying and what a result for Real Madrid when their backs are against the wall they need to get the three points and they’re able to make it happen um a little bit unlucky Atlanta on the second goal that deflected and went to Vinnie perfectly on stride the referee’s decision and Carries On the game and that was the most surprising thing I I thought it was very unjust I’ve said it for the Liverpool game about contact it looked a penalty CU he steps and and and and moves his leg away but that’s why V should have intervene and should have said to that Marin just have a look at it if you we we’ll stick by your decision but have a look at least do you agree with that I just the intention wasn’t there from um cherman to to to make contact it was unfortunate but I think once there is contact in the area like that I think the the referee she seems obliged to give it and I wouldn’t have been happy if I a Real Madrid player do you think V should have had a look at it at least yeah because I don’t think it’s as obvious and clear as obvious I think they should have had a little look and just to see I don’t think it was so obvious that he just goes penalty there’s no way on Earth marinak saw that yeah saw that contact he thought the contact was from the original step and was a lot heavier than it was that’s why you should have given the referee the benefit for the doubt of whether to stick with his decision which is fine or change his mind yeah just have a look well look it was then converted and uh then we got into halim and it was it was one all between these two teams in the second half it was the the superstars that came out venicius Junior yeah and it was again you need moments like this from your Superstars to create these moments to to change the games and it’s like they’re forus as there but it’s a wonderful finish of the last goal but this ball just dropped to him and it’s like bang but I think what I would say is that two of the goals are from beating over the Press they go over the press a long ball and then it’s about yeah understanding that ball played to Bellingham is from venicius Jr which is surreal to see him that deep but once Bellingham sits up to ro who was probably a fa for the mbappe goal JW Bellingham just takes his time look at this drop of the shoulders that is very much you know a player in huge amount of form and he smashes it in now I think for it’s a six consecutive goal but it was a wonderful goal really nice goal from J Bellingham what about Adam Adam lukman’s goal did you like that one Rio yeah I mean he was a thrat old game when he had the ball he he looked like he was he so direct he wants to hurt you every time he gets it I thought vasquez’s done all right against him to be fair but here he he he looked like a right midfielder playing right back in this situation in terms of allowing him to come inside the pitch not getting close enough then when he does open up to come inside and his right foot and if it goes through his EGS I know in C I think maybe might be disappointed but when he goes through the defender’s legs like that I think it makes it very difficult for a keeper to to one see it and then to react my only criticism was he should have done this more often lman and his team should have fed him the ball constantly and there’s lman again smashing one into RI I mean whether he would have been offside is debatable but either way he smashes over the ball off from four yards three yards which is a big Miss for him that was in the dying moment three of the game whether or not you think it’s on or offs side yeah it’s always the last kick that’s got to go in the back of the net and then think about VAR on whether it was offside or not but it’s wonderful football from Atlanta lman in particular yeah this is the kind of performance and they needed to dig deep of course and we know Atlanta are just in brilliant form at the moment the kind of performance that Real Madrid need at the moment Maka what will that do for them it’ll do a huge amount for them actually because the next game they’ve got is saltzburg at home and you would fully expect them to beat them comfortably salsburg are struggling we heavily beaten tonight so that
