anybody this season they had a neutral semi away game against Houston stepping into Cameron indoors a little a little bit different we know Auburn can get chaotic at times car what are you expecting from this game how excited are you for this game I’m extremely excited for this game because I am I’m I like Clarity you like Clarity Greg no you don’t like Clarity no I like chaos okay I like Clarity and I need this Clarity in form of in the form of is this Auburn team actually different than last year’s team it looks different right now I agree the guard play look good Janai broom looks better than he did uh maybe because he’s actually playing minutes like he’s a national Player of the Year who would have thought it Mr Pearl uh but in a true road test environment at Cameron indor which it’ll be slapping in there is this Auburn team able to exercise the demons that are what they were last year against top teams on the road and they were not good um I think I I know it’s zero wins against like top 83 opponents on the road last season um um might have been like a six or seven game sample size on that but they need to exercise some demons and this is the first true road test where we see it coming off Maui you’re feeling good you’re feeling great can you do it on the road on a blistering cold evening a blistering cold Wednesday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium they can will they though yeah oh they can oh they oh they surely can yeah but will they right Auburn can do anything that’s one thing I believe Auburn can do any but anything includes a lot of things they C they can do anything they could be the best team in the country they could lose players mid-flight yeah like Auburn’s like the kid where like the the mom and dad are like honey you can do anything you they use their talents for good they’ll win a National Championship if they use their talents for chaotic evil whoa boy will it be fun to watch yeah it’s like Chad Baker mazara he could go out there and have a great game have Cooper flag in Hell there’s also a world where he’s ejected 10 minutes in which way is it gonna go I don’t know I think that is the question though right with with auburn it’s like can they keep this up forever they’re not going to win every game I don’t think this season the SEC is too strong there’s too many good opponents but like I don’t know it like Auburn is a twoo underdog in this game per kenpom but like I they’ve passed every test so well this season like we don’t really have reason to doubt it it’s more just historical precedent right like Auburn has been a very inconsistent team from game to game under Bruce Pearl in the last couple years and it feels like when everyone’s highest on Auburn will probably be when it comes Crashing Down to Earth but you know have they really given us any reason to actually believe it will happen this year or are we just doing that off of past precedent well it’s off past precedent I think because this team what they have done so far this year should give us no no qualms about who they are and what they are the only thing resume wise that has my attention with auburn scary wise is when Iowa state was destroying them now they the Furious comeback was incredible but Iowa state was destroying them for 20 minutes they had to wake up a little bit so they just got to wake up yeah they if they’re awake you know Maui that was the first game in Maui too wasn’t it that was the first game in Maui yeah yeah they just had to wake up a little bit little ah how late could Auburn wake up in this game and win this game I hate where I was about to go can I go there though well I feel like they could wake up with 20 seconds left and if it’s tie game Cooper flag will dribble off his foot so yeah that’s true um just like Auburn players in their head are like shoot the ball all the time Duke players in their head are like spinning the lane bunch bunch of teen full of Beyblades um but the thing that scares me or the thing that I hate where my mindset goes is that like the world shouldn’t burn if Auburn loses his basketball game and why do I feel like it’s going to why why do I feel like it’s going to see I think you’re focused on the wrong thing here the world won’t burn if Auburn loses their first game of the season after winning the Maui Invitational the world will burn if Duke loses this game Falls to five and three 0 and three against top 25 opponents and has more endgame issues that’s the way the world will burn yeah that would that would burn and that’s like fully within the realm of possibility here it it very much is um this I mean this is a credit the Duke for how they’re scheduling but also like they’re everything about Auburn like I they I don’t know what Duke has for them and I love Duke yeah I love Duke too but I’m just scared right now I’m nervous um fill in the blank for me when you think of Duke and their players like Duke’s Personnel this year Duke is some what huh Duke is some what yeah I’m Gonna Keep keep asking you this keep peppering you with this until you give me the answer I’m looking for so just rattles some off Duke is some what weenies Duke is some some kids Auburn is some grown ass men is how I was going to go with this and that scares me personnel-wise a little bit like do I like I think that was the cell in Kansas too and it was like well it’s okay Duke’s going to overcome it because their defense is so good and they’re so much more talented uh like Kansas controlled that game from start to finish card like Kansas was just the better basketball team because they were old and poised and had been here before that’s the underrated element of this Auburn team that feels a little different to me like yeah they are chaotic and crazy they’re also like some dudes who are battle tested that have been through it I don’t know that anyone on Duke has other than Pro and Duke seems to want to forget Proctor exists right now because they want to run everything through the kids so do you think it’s unfair for me to frame this as Kids versus grown men uh no no I think it’s I think it’s a fair assessment that it is it is some grown men versus some kids um but you know the thing you want to know the thing about kids though Gregory kids grow up sometimes kids can grow up sometimes sometimes quicker than others too my son’s already in six months cloth your son is not walking I just he walked he’s not walking he walked it’s Up For Debate listen my son had some Cooper flag Tendencies right all he did was spin around on the floor and trust Auburn more um I love Duke I think Duke is great I don’t trust John Shire I don’t TR I don’t trust him to do the right things pull the right strings the one thing that we didn’t trust Bruce Pearl for he changed the season he got good guards and he plays his best players 30 minutes he had good guards last year I don’t like The Narrative of he got good guards he had good guards last year Aiden Holloway is good Tre Donaldson is good good Bruce he he has guards this year that are playing better than the guards were playing for Auburn last year wasn’t it Bruce Pearl’s fault he couldn’t get better play from his guards last year yeah but that’s last year he also at this time is getting better player better play from his guards this year than he did last year what’s the date it’s uh December 3rd okay ah ah what’s man man GNA do against ji broom it’s a good question uh well is he even on Janai broom to start who is wouldn’t you think man man on Cardwell and Cooper flag on Janai
