all right everybody welcome into the r postgame show this is your boy retro recap after watching a dominating performance by the Baltimore Ravens they spank the Houston Texans 31-2 in a game that wasn’t even close can you believe that this game was not close from the beginning for the second time in a row the Baltimore Ravens established Derek Henry from the beginning to the middle to the end second week in row with Derk Henry is the focal point when Lamar Jackson throws under 15 times a game the Ravens are undefeated Lamar Jackson 10 of 15 168 yards two touchdowns no interceptions a passer rating of 143.5 he is your MVP folks I don’t care what no one says Lamar Jackson is your MVP Derek Henry 27 curries 147 yards averaging 5.4 yards a curry and one touchdown Lamar Jackson four curries 87 yards a touchdown run of his own the passing game the receivers didn’t even need to do anything your top guy receiving was Mark Andrews with two catches for 68 yards CJ stra what a rough game for CJ Stout he didn’t he didn’t look good from the beginning 17 of 31 185 yards no touch touchdowns one interception with a passer rating of 59.2 mind you folks the highest a passer rating you can get is 158.3 CJ stra had a passer rating of 59.2 all right Joe Mixon the running game was non-existent Joe Mixon nine carries 26 yards the high point man for the for the Texans receiving Nico Collins three catches for 59 yards that’s it the Texans didn’t score an offensive touchdown for the third time in a row against the Ravens there’s really nothing to talk about here other than the fact that the Ravens are are in Peak mode right now the Ravens are in Peak mode right now and what I mean by that they’re establishing Derk Henry it’s it’s not Lamar Lamar Lamar thr the ball they’re establishing Derk Henry early on they’re making you defend Derk Henry and when Derk Henry has to be defended Lamar Jackson can cook it’s just as simple as that let’s look at the numbers here the final numbers uh gez Where Do We Begin total total yards Ravens had 432 total yards Houston had 2111 total yards no turnovers by the Ravens uh 25 first downs of 10 time of possession 35 minutes and 21 seconds to Houston’s 24 minutes and 39 seconds I mean just overall domination of the game um where do we be I mean there I mean there’s nothing to talk about here I mean the Ravens has dominated this game from beginning to end 251 yards rushing Houston had 58 you could have tripled that by Houston it still wouldn’t even be enough the Ravens only had three penalties once again not that many penalties and when the Ravens don’t get penalized they a very good football team uh and because Pittsburgh Steels lost earlier today the Ravens are now first place in the AFC North can you believe that the Ravens are in first place because Pittsburgh got spanked today by Kansas City 29-10 the Ravens are now 11 and5 Pittsburgh is now 10-6 if the Ravens win next week they win the AFC North now one thing I was thinking about is if the Ravens did not win the AFC North they would probably finish as the number the number four the number five seed which will probably end up playing Houston anyway so it’s like do you want do you really I mean you want to win a division cuz you want a home game but it’s like I feel like after the beating that you just gave this team just now I feel like if you were the number five seat and you played the same team again in a few weeks you could beat them again I don’t know about like this but you could beat them again the Houston Texans is it would be another win for the Ravens if they match up in the playoffs but if the Steelers don’t win the division the Steelers are most likely going to play the same Houston team and I think the Steelers could probably beat them too so yeah it’s something to think about because the Ravens would probably match up against the same team if they didn’t win the division but obviously you want you want to win the division you want a home playoff game you probably will be playing the Broncos or the Chargers and I’m going be real with you those teams are to me are better than this Houston team in all honesty um okay so the Pittsburgh lost Ravens win all Ravens got to do next week is is handle business at home against the against the Browns and then the playoffs would begin and they would get another home game against whoever that team would be so the ravers are in good shape right now um but there’s not much to talk about here thank you guys for watching everybody that came through for the live stream uh City John juice uh Robert Noah uh Ricky tricky wavy y everybody that came Tiffy be the great thank you guys again for the love and this is the dou r postgame show Ravens win big 31-2 and I got to get ready for twitch so catch me over on twitch.tv/ retr recap this your boy recap and I am out peace
