🕵️♂️ Transcript:
guys some some questionable decision making at the end but the Jets get the victory in large part again because of a monster second half from the Aaron roders Devonte Adams connection what was your main takeaway from today’s Victory um that they found a way to win um mean you talk about during this season you you talk about seven wins that came within one score seven losses that came within one score they found a way to win um they didn’t you had some questionable decision making at the end about how to close it out but the defense stepped up it got to feel good for the defense to finally step up and and make one I think they’ll go back and say hey maybe we just take a couple knees and then try and run it in and not make it so um interesting but um you know Aaron Rogers I thought showed a lot of athleticism today um running and using his legs and once again fashu continues to impress you talk about you know two of the best pass rushers in the league with Allen and I forget the other kid but you know being a being able to you know or Trayvon Walker and being able to keep him clean for the most part and I thought he showed good pocket presence and awareness um I thought he dis distributed the ball um the right way Lazar has to make that catch and maybe it isn’t as interesting but hey victory Mondays that it hasn’t feel good for a group that hadn’t felt good in a long time yeah win is a win I give you that um I I thought we was going to get more out of record uh I thought he was going to have a better day I thought rogin for the most part looked healthy he looked like he was more mobile to office line hell strong Olo had a great day overall um it’s just a matter they got start better right you know you only had three completions in the first half that was probably the most disheartening thing but the second half they rallied and I think that’s a large part I think Jacksonville felt like they weren’t going to go away and the just was able to match that energy yeah two things for me I mean you’re able to grab two interceptions I know the one at the end M Jones I don’t know where he was throwing it to right to sa Gardner which is great finish the play make a play so you win that battle the turnover battle right there and then also you capitalize on some some big plays right and maybe Rogers running a little bit uh the first three quarters opened some of those up because there was a lot of extended plays where he was running around round he’s able to pick up a couple first downs then you push the ball down the field at the end of the game where he’s been in that situation multiple times this year and they it’s the drive started out really slow and then he hit the big play to Devonte Adams for the touchdown and it felt like everything kind of turned around and they were able to actually do it twice in the fourth quarter so when you handle the turnover situation like that you take care of the football and you create some on your own and you actually score points in those situations you’re going to win more often than not the Jets finally had that go their way today yeah the Jets scored 32 points first time all season they’ve scored over 30 which of course is the Mark that Aaron Rogers set early in the year is the the weekly goal first time it’s coming now in week 15
