how did uh Austin look to your eyes today good yeah it was great having him out there you know he looked really good and got through practice no problem so a lot of good signs uh pointing in the right direction how will you know if he’s he’s ready to go for well again I talked to you guys before when a player comes to me and says he’s ready to go and he’s ready to go how tricky is it jumping back in he penis well the tricky part is practice right so you know the first day um you know like I said he looked fine and he he felt fine but you know not having a lot of practice time is it’s a little concerning uh how’s Jake M what kept Him maintenance for him yeah yeah Matthew I back on the ice good to see yeah him too is great um so he’s you know he’s good and he’s practicing so um you know hopefully he keeps progressing in the right way and we’ll get him on the ice again tomorrow and see where he’s at how’s doy recover uh they’re still haven’t skated right doy or Camp so they’re still uh recovering right now no ice yet will doy will those guys go with you to FL they will not they’ll stay here they’ll stay back yeah you’re obviously getting some good uh signs from the the guys who have filled in so it’s going to be an easy decision for you if indeed some of these guys can’t go next couple well yeah and like I said we don’t want to put anybody in a bad situation um we got guys up here they’ve been playing doing a good job so you know we got to we got to be patient too and make the right decision on this even uh with Austin back you kept Marner Taris McMahon together what have you like to well the line’s been very good right uh both defensively and offensively they’re doing a real good job there so um I felt really reluctant to uh just put Mitch and Manny back together um we’ll see but um I like the looks of what I had today with them I thought they they had a good practice and they looked pretty good and pretty comfortable and I know that uh Austin’s played with uh Willie before and Homer so what is the importance level uh against a team like Florida even despite oh you got to be ready that’s a it’s a great team over there obviously they’re you know that’s why they won I mean they they know what they’re doing and they play a very direct hard game uh you know we we’re going to have to do a real good job against their forche and their pressure that they come with you know they’re physical team so it’ll be a battle and you know we got to make sure that we we stand up to battle and we initiate to and we we play our game does the relatively like schedule here of light help you even more to to play it type of game like that well you have energy right so that’s important you need the energy to play that way um which is good right now we you know I thought we had great energy in practice today which was a great sign um so we’re going to need that energy tomorrow for sure we talked to Camp about adding the three guys who floor and what they could bring certainly through 20-some games they’ve added a lot to this team yeah they have different roles all different you know positions but uh they’ve all added what we want in our game that’s right what do you think the break between games will will do for stars uh I don’t know I mean I think he’s been fine with you know how he feels and um he’s never once said he’s tired or overworked so he’s in a good spot right now and um you know like I said we’ve rotated the goalies pretty well and they’ve had enough time in between games to rest and and make sure they’re ready to to to do the job in that what do you like about home word alongside Matthews and neander well he hangs on a pucks he’s strong on Pucks in the offensive zone you know he he’s responsible defensively but it’s more about you know him in there hanging on the pucks creating loose pucks for him in the for che getting to the net things like that is what he he his job is on that line and he can do it
