the South Carolina Gamecocks 2025 schedule is officially here the SEC released it today they are well ahead of the curve of the other conferences getting a quick start and man we knew the opponents we just didn’t know the order and now that is official so let’s go ahead Dive Right In we throw the schedule here or here I don’t know where it’s going to be I’ll get it in post editing kicking off in the Beamer Bowl Virginia Tech battling Virginia Tech in Atlanta on August 30th I’m excited man as a fan of Shane Beamer as a fan of Frank Beamer who followed you know along at Virginia Tech love what they did there I’m excited for this matchup so we’ll call it the Beamer Bowl see if Shane can pull this out tough matchup though opening up the week and again as we talk about this out of conference scheduling I think it’s a valid point to start considering who you were scheduling in your out of conference considering you are seeing other teams in the ACC in the Big 12 the Big 10 making it into the playoffs because of an easier schedule and not being penalized for not having a tougher out of conference schedule so August 30th Virginia Tech South Carolina state cupcake game on September 6th everyone needs one of those so remember the the SEC schedule is the same as it was this year in 24 it’s just flipped so the Home and Away flipped so your same opponents I don’t know why they were so lazy to do this and couldn’t you know break it up a little bit it’s going to be tough man so you think playoffs likely trying to get to 10 wins 10-2 11- one to be able to have a chance at the playoffs and you got to play the same team as you did last year and we know how some of these matchups were but you have Vanderbilt at home on the 13th travel to Missouri on the 20th I don’t know why they they repeated this so that’s definitely a typo so CBS Sports put Vanderbilt on here twice Kentucky on the 27th we’ll skip over the second Vanderbilt LSU at LSU on the 11th Oklahoma at home on the 18th Alabama on the 25th at home travel to M Miss travel to Texas A&M and then Coastal Carolina and Clemson that’s a tough stretch at the end of the season not even talking about Clemson but Coastal too like I would have if I were them would have much rather had South Carolina State on November 22nd versus Coastal Carolina who’s in FBS program they could be competing for something in the Sun Belt I mean we know they’ve had some pretty good teams over the years but I mean Oklahoma possibly better football team Alabama Old Miss and Texas A&M that’s a that’s a really tough stretch to close out but hey building a lot of momentum a lot of good things happen in South Carolina in South Carolina football so I look forward them to continue some of that success into next year as always this is CD yall have a good
