Randy Miller the Yankees be just dropped a massive Juan sto update we’re going to bring it to you [Music] [Applause] next welcome back to the channel Mets fans as always I am Ray and if you like our content please like And subscribe as we bring to you all the latest content and now we have a quote an interview that just happened on WF from Randy Miller who’s been covering the Yankees for forever and he had some really interesting tidbits I’m gonna get right to it he says it’s coming down to the Mets in the Red Sox big Poppy’s recruiting over on the Red Sox side the Mets and Steve cooh on the other side with Francisco Lindor he said Big Poppy is a major major contributor in trying to bring him over to the Red Sox He also mentioned the future organizations the Red Sox currently he said have three of the top one uh 10 MLB players three of the top 100 or 10 MLB players in MLB pipeline who are ready to come up shortly and then he said also with the Mets a big thing is going to be continuality it’s going to be that Carlos Mendoza and David Sterns aren’t going anywhere and as we said on the channel previously that Aaron Boone if he doesn’t win next year he might be gone there also might be you know Brian Cashman he’s been there a really long time so stability another thing Juan stto is looking for I got a couple quotes that he said over here quote I don’t think the Yankees will go to 600 million I think the Yankees are going to be topping out in the 550 range which takes them completely out of it because afterwards he said that he believes two or three teams are already in the 600 plus million dollar range I’m assuming that’s the righted Sox the Yankees and now we’re hearing Toronto and out of all things all things Randy Miller says quote I think the Yankees are going to finish in fourth place that’s his guess in regard to the wano sweep Stak so things are rolling offers are coming in hot and heavy I don’t see this carrying out much longer hopefully we get an answer soon also he said in regard to the Yankee structure the Yankees don’t want Aaron judge playing center field for the next 14 or 15 years and the only way to do that is to move him back back to right field which is obviously where they’ve been playing Juan stto they don’t view Aaron judge as a long-term center fielder with the Yankees so if the Yankees are clearly out of it we might start seeing them make other moves that show that they’re clearly out of it so that is the update that Randy Miller gave us it is the Mets and the Red Sox that’s where it’s at uh that’s where it seems like it’s coming down to at the end of the day if it comes down to dollar and cents I don’t see Steve Cohen being out bid I think want OTA also likes playing in New York the allore we have the team ready to win now the Red Sox you’re relying on prospects you’re relying on beating the Orioles and the Yankees in the American League which they showed they couldn’t do last year meanwhile the Mets took care of the Phillies in the post season came within a couple games of make in the World Series what an exciting time to be a Mets fan hopefully this finishes out this week prior to the winter meeting so David Sterns can make the other supplemental moves that we have to make let me know what you guys think down in the comments give it a listen it was on WF Randy Miller it was earlier today let me know what you guys think until next time peace [Music]
