what in the actual World bro I’m sitting down watching the Minnesota Vikings game in the middle of a live stream my phone rings I can’t answer it I get blown up in the chat coming from Adam schfer man we got some breaking news and the Detroit Lions I mean pull a rabbit out of their hat right now this is unbelievable coming from Adam schfer says former proo safety Jamal Adams is signing with the Lions practice squad with the ideal that he’ll be elevated to Detroit’s roster per Source Adams had been eyeing an opportunity with a playoff Contender Adams agent Kevin Conor said Jamal Adams now check this out Jamal Adams was a dog when he was with the Jets he was a guy that long time ago I was like yo I would love if he could play for the Detroit Lions and then he got hit with injury but this tells me even though Jamal Adams is not what he used to be this tells me that the Detroit Lions are trying to win a Super Bowl now let’s not get it twisted he’s not going to come in and he’s not going to replace Brian Branch or Kirby Joseph but what he is going to be is a backup we’ve seen what happens with our backup situation right now it’s our depth that is getting wiped out by injury this is a great move now he was injured back in 2022 but he asked shout out to the comment section cuz I thought he got injured this year but he asked to be released by the Tennessee Titans if you remember last year him and quandre Diggs played together with the Seattle Seahawks they spent a couple years together after he left the Jets quandre left us and went to Seattle and Jamal left the Jets and went to Seattle they were Thumpers back there man when they both were healthy now quandre is with to Tennessee Titans Jamal Williams was I mean Jamal Adams was with the 20 Tennessee Titans and then he has to be released and has been a free agent since now let’s take a look at what he’s done dude was a dog man former first round pick in 2017 2017 he’s 29 years old and still got some juice in the tank spent his first four years no he spent three years with Seattle so what happened was he he spent three years with the Jets that’s right Jamal Adams was traded it was a big deal at the time and then he spent the next four years with Seattle and and started this year with Tennessee he has no mileage on the tank this year none whatsoever this is a great move now remember there is no salary situation because of the fact that Jamal Adams I keep want to call him Jamal Williams because of the fact that he was released so the Detroit Lions are not going to have to worry about a salary situation now what this tells me what this tells me is that the lions are thinking outside of the box here because remember I think it was last season or maybe 2022 when it was a concussion and Jamal Adams was yelling at the neurological consultant on the sideline he later apologized for it that’s something you wouldn’t see here in Detroit but the fact that they signed a guy who’s that aggressive tells me that they’re trying to win the Super Bowl again this is not the move it would have been four years ago but it doesn’t matter because Jamal still got a little bit in the tank and he’s going to be a body some one that could help us when you’re talking about signing a safety this isn’t something that I saw I did not see this coming anywhere at all this year now this also tells me that we can sign a Jason Pierre Paul I’mma keep banging the table because we need all the bodies we can get we could go sign a Jason Pierre Paul to help fill up this roster yes we got Al Caden yes we got zarus Smith yes we got Isaiah Thomas we got guys but we’re losing guys as well we don’t know how long pasco’s going be out you’re talking about a move that nobody saw coming Jamal Adams man we got some breaking news coming out of Detroit the Detroit Lions bring in veteran safety Jamal Adams former first round pick to be elevated on the roster the lions are going to do this they have to because I feel like somebody I don’t feel like Jamal is not in the league right now because of something that’s out of his control I think he would no doubt be in the league but he’s being very choosy right now I I I honestly can’t believe this like I said four years ago this would be a huge huge news a huge move it’s still a pretty decent move Jamal Adams in halulu blue that’s a name I never saw coming let me know what you think down in the comments below man this channel is brought to you by viewers subscribers and members just like you you could be anywhere else on YouTube but you choose to rock with me you guys are awesome take care of yourself and each other and as always go Lions this is a big man because that tells me the Lions know the opportunity that they have and they’re not trying to blow it we just need to go get jpp and we’ll be good to go take care of yourself and each other and as always go lions [Music] [Music]
