Seattle Seahawks fans we’ve got some exciting updates for you today the Hawks secondary is about to get a much needed boost as the team gears up for the critical home stretch of the regular season who’s coming back and what could it mean for our defense make sure to hit that subscribe button ring the bell for notifications and smash the like button this Wednesday the Seahawks officially announced that cornerback Arty Burns and safety Kon Wallace have been designated to return to practice both players have been sidelined for a while Burns due to a toe injury he suffered against the 49ers back in October and Wallace after an ankle injury in week nine against the Rams now these two are stepping back onto the field to shake things up here’s how it works they’ve got a 21-day practice window to prove they’re ready for game action if they make the cut they’ll be activated to the roster if not well their season is over Burns has mostly been a key piece on special teams and a backup nickel Corner Wallace on the other hand started the season strong as the third safety behind Julian love and ran Jenkins but since his injury we’ve seen Kobe Bryant step up and take that spot next to love so where does Wallace fit into the mix now that’s the big question the Seahawks will need to shuffle the roster a bit to make room for these returning players and possibly Reserve tackle Stone foresythe who’s nearing the end of his practice window but with NFL rules allowing only eight players to be activated off injured reserve during the regular season Seattle’s got some tough choices to make the good news playoff teams get two additional activations that means if we handle this right we could see the Seahawks stronger than ever when it matters most now here’s where I want to hear from you the tws drop your thoughts in the comments below and let’s keep the conversation going thanks for watching and as always go Hawks
