[Laughter] first of all I guess why can you explain a bit why the press conferences at Old traffic today it’s quite unusual uh we we we had a meeting with all the staff trying to connect everybody the right direction because this club could be special when that when that is the case yeah that that is a that is something that you you cannot buy the the pedigree and the the the size of the club this is something that we have to use it uh so it’s a key point for us um also improving the the youth teams creating a connection between everybody to to to put this club in the place that that that he needs to be in terms of Wednesday’s game there any players that would be backa uh we have one more training session to see it uh maybe Len yo is going to be in the squad uh I felt that is in the good moment now his Fitness is um better so I think it is going to be in the squad the rest I have to see it because some some some players were tired um we have to to to assess um tomorrow in training I how excited are you to work with lenaro and see him in the first team Manchester United now I think he’s a a special talent we have to be careful in this in this this first moment because we didn’t have um too many training together so he’s training quite not alone but with a small group of of players is really fast he’s a modern uh Defender um and that is good when you want to press high and and you you leave a lot of Strikers especially in this league one against one I think he can manage that uh he’s very good with the ball so I’m really excited I have to be careful uh we have to manage the load and the minutes in in the beginning but I really excited um to see Lenny yoro playing is Arsenal in your opinion the biggest challenge you face yet going to the yeah it’s a it’s the best team um it’s the best team that that we faced by far uh but the test is every every game if you see the the the the last game yesterday was really tough uh was a 4-nil but you see at the game like I see it so everything now is a test without without so much minutes to train uh trying to manage the the numbers of of minutes for a lot of players you cannot try to imagine one game you have to know that the some players have to to to be to be out of the pitch in 60 minutes 70 minutes so he really hard in this moment everything is a test but Arsenal is um for me I know that that is hard to to for a Manchester United say but is they are they are in the different point of um of their team they are they are in the different moment Reuben you’re obviously learning about your team with every game you play um testing yourself against a challenge like Arsenal especially your way what would you want to see from your players this we and important it’s important to to to to to be brave uh when I say Brave is not too pressing all the time in Thea is not the the same we have to understand the game the moments of the game and we need to to have the ball uh that is a key point because we want to have the ball we want want also to to dominate some some moments of the game because you know that in these matches is is hard to control all the game and we have if I have to say something we have to be brave and to to play the game can I ask about Bruno Fernandez he came off at the weekend and he was pictured with a bit of ice on his ankle was that precautionary do you expect him to travel to London no is is fit to play uh I see him already this morning and um he fit to play he a he’s a guy that that don’t need a lot of rest uh you know him uh so he he is prepared to to play um you mentioned yesterday you’re already starting to know uh the phrases of some of the songs here uh and fans have already got a chance for yourself how important is that connection between the fans and your going to be for I I don’t like my sh my my shant you say shant I don’t like it I I I feel a little bit not embarrassed but because I’m the coach they have to to to shant for the players and for the club so it’s not a good thing for me I understand them really appreciate the the the connection with the supporters but I want them to support the team and and the players because they are on the beach I’m outside the peach but I’m really honored about that and I I I feel a connection with the supporters but we know that we need results to maintain that and one play impressed since you been here the rude new ma what have you made of him and how do you see in training games as well in training I I don’t see him lot but in in games he’s a top player because he understands the game he knows how how to attack he’s very technical uh he’s very good defensively very good one one is very it’s a modern player uh so um I think he’s a future of our team uh when you when you think about him you think like we need more players like noose that can control the tempo they are quite really really good and comfortable with the ball and um they understand the game so news I’m really happy with them
