but he knows his best team now I think he’s I think give will take one or two positions I think he’s absolutely nowed his best team and Nicholas Jackson up front has G him a vocal point we say haven’t had for a very long time and Cole Palmer Superstar yeah I I agree so let’s take a look at them Leroy in two ways first let’s look at them in possession what they did at the weekend and how how they got a lot of success against Aston Villa yeah look I was really impressed for this this performance by it went under the radar a little bit obviously because of the Liverpool M Man City but you know as the ball goes forward and it goes goes through through to the keeper I want you to just look at kao’s position here Kao started right back didn’t he exactly I looked at the team I saw ciso saw Enzo so LV how they do that because they haven’t been able to find the balance with them three in the side and he started at right back and then what Enzo and what he did with Lester in the championship and this is why he got the job was the organization when they’re in possession and just watch his position as they as they Vel possession as they just walk into their areas this is what he wants Chelsea to be in possession I’ll just stop it there and and this and it’s really defined it’s the the back three it’s the Midfield two it’s the 210 and it’s the three at the top of the pitch and he wants them 325 and what but what I like about this team is the way they’ve taken it on board so quickly Tim and the finer detail because sometimes you know when you look at the five up top you see that Chelsea are going to get into the title race with kaiso doing the two jobs instead of the one doing something different yeah and and if if you look at I mean John mcin here they know what to do I into this get pick up in that in that space you know so it’s difficult for for the opposition to know when they play so flu and and um I think it’s it’s off the cuff a little bit I think he works on a training pitch but it looks like they’re just balancing off anyone can do anything they’re very talented players but when you find yourself in that area just do the job and someone else just balance I think you’ll see that through through what was saying how how people cover good areas but I love they moved across in tandem yeah that was your right Center Midfield your right back they both moved across in Tandem and we’ll run it on Le that’s a brilliant Ball but look at this this point here we just move it on ever so slightly they’ve now got the PO player in possession Leroy and he can pass to absolutely anybody wants from there is in in the last stuff you did about Man City you saying they didn’t have any options but look at the options he’s got I mean he comes out with a great pass he’s got that option he’s got that option he’s got that option he’s got that option there are five options he can hit so it’s all down to his decision making by the way the the ball he plays is terrific and then they get out and it’s within two passes there yeah down this left hand side but let’s look at the shape of the team as they’re going forward I think you wanted to talk I mean you two both Midfield players you know while this is all going on up here there has to be organization in this back area of the pitch and that’s what’s really impressive as well I find it very difficult if I was a villa Midfield player if you’re playing two Sitters in there because they’re playing with two 10 you know if you you’re playing there with Cole Parmer in there and the um who was the other one the Midfield player en Enzo Enzo and K Palmer are two10 and you got Jackson there is just occupying your two center backs they can’t come out into them areas so as a Midfield player you’re a Chelsea player you just hit that one in there or hit that one in there very very difficult to defend against especially when you got good players and you can’t put any pressure on the ball exactly Chelsea have got an attack going on but look at their organization there’s your your Midfield three or with Kao coming in even if Villa win the ball back they’ve got an awful long way way to go from there this is one of the benefits of having yeah I mean there’s there’s your pattern again yeah there’s a t in those positions and when he comes out if he wants to come out philene on the 10 10 there look at the space here he has here yeah look at the space I mean they beat you all ends up because tactically he’s got it does that come from yeah does that come from organization time on the training pitch drilling drilling drilling because we see kao’s gone in there and I think in this clip I think they’re strong bigy I’m going to start that again I think they’re strong in the middle because they bring C in but if as you’ve just pointed out if you look into the wide areas I would say I would say they’re both their favorite in those positions I want my wide players in these positions getting on the ball and I think at the minute everywhere I look Chelsea look strong they look organized they look committed to win the ball back but the player look losing the ball when it back players around the ball that’s this is a point I just wanted to make but Leon about kaiso doing the hybrid road because you’ve seen Gusto going there you seen karella going there but him being a Midfield player when they win the ball his first look is is forward I’ve seen loads of Defenders going there and their first look is always like well just keep the ball and that’s fine you keep the ball and you keep it safe but just watch him when he wins the ball his first thing is and he’s in good form and he’s confident ping forward and look what it does it gets them on the front foot and it ends up in the end zone finishing there if they don’t get that first pass in transition that doesn’t happen they playing one touch around the corner the two 10 playing with each other and it’s a wonderful finish for me the key for Chelsea at the moment is just to get get that boy co pmer on the ball as much as possible um because he is a real real talent again you know we’ve just seen seeing them cutting through into pal into the wide areas and I don’t actually mind them Crossing in a day where crosses are mixing are stopping they’re mixing it up they’re also protecting the edge of the penalty area I’m just seeing I’m seeing organization in possession every time I get it but what we are seeing Leroy is a lot more hunger Hunger to get forward look at Nicholas Jackson go here what a pass this is I mean this is arguably pass of the day from the goalkeeper wow across the Premier League yeah he is the worst short passer in their team and the goalkeeper because he makes poor errors the a lot of their chances the opposition chances come from when Sanchez tries to pass the ball out and he gives it gives it back to him long passing if you got that sort of pass and you can see it quickly why won’t you do it yeah but I mean it’s a it’s a brilliant passing it works out great but just talking lero you’ve highlighted it for me I can see the organization because when you break from a corner kick in certain situations sometimes you can end up next to your mate sometimes you can end up a little bit disjointed because you’ve not really worked on it not one of them is they’ve all attacked the five different Lanes on the football no one’s gotten each other’s way no and on top of that look at this pattern back here yeah exactly how we’re setting up with a two and a three and these boys these boys are trying to get forward they know that they need to get forward because he’s in a poor position if he finds himself there and that ball comes out and they break down and he allows that player to pick you up he’s trying his best to get forward look they’re actually apart from karell staying there he’s he’s actually sprinting there so is lvia yeah and to get forward and even so even when they’re fluid they look organized you know in movement and know exactly exactly what they’re doing and he’s doing a terrific job he’s done a wonderful job he has done a terrific job in possession so should we have a look how he’s doing out of possession yeah I I I really did like like this clip this is from from from the kickoff and from one n this is just after 1 n and so they go back and they because teams will have the center midfielder there which means Kar sorry B kaiso has to be in that position and it’s a free pass they don’t allow that and I also want to point out as well as me and Leroy would debate with at first were saying Kara is not doing anything well to show how organized they are he’s marking the guy that’s been that’s off because he’s been injured he’s marking he’s marking the guy that’s about to come back on the pitch that is true organization and just watch it unfold it doesn’t matter where you watch whether you watch kaiso Lavia or you watch The Press from the front players it just looks it just looks so effective and I think it’s really important to point out that when you go man for man you’re not just marking your man you’re doing two jobs you have to be able to do do you’re not just marking your man and that’s what they’re do they’re doing as Midfield players you know that you need to be on the front foot to press you need to make sure that you know what’s going on behind you they do that really well and their organization is absolutely terrific yeah I’m just seeing what this has meant and I’m just going to highlight at the start to show what they’re doing and then I’m just going to allow this one to play because we’ve showed you the patterns we’ve showed you how they how they do go press but look at the intensity from Jackson look at the intensity from Jaden Sancho look at the way they press in okay they’ve won it One V one at the back they give the ball away look at three of them hunting around the players look at Cole Palmer he’s supposed to be in there to play absolutely play football hunting but this was the key look at this moment so this is Netto who’s your right winger who’s who’s doing his job he’s doing the two and they’re winning games and they all want to be part of it all right beautiful analysis of Chelsea 30 uh win over Austin Villa at Stanford Bridge well this team is coming lips and Bounds at the moment uh Enzo maresa seems to be on top of things as as it stands because if you look where they have coming where they are coming from from last season when they were black and white up and down two WIS there one win there two losses two wins there five losses stuff like that very inconsistent last season to what he has buil this season within space of let’s say four five months uh basically and not just because uh they have good players or they play paid a lot of money for good players putting a team together is different from uh just buying good players as we saw last season under portino they struggled for consistency they struggled to play as a team you know I can’t count how many times um P asked the question what pattern are they playing what kind of football are they playing what’s their pattern what’s the role of the players you know because it was like just 11 players on the pitch you know trying to respect the principles of B running up and down defending attacking at once no structure nothing was working nothing was spelled out like you know what they have now they didn’t have it then so kudos to you enesa you know for coming in streamlining the rootes cutting down the squad getting a few players in and them build two teams like I keep saying two teams because as it is now they are playing a different team in the Europa League and when they play they still play with the same identity they still play with the same commitment they still play with the same style everything is still the same but a different 11 players so his job is even more beautiful if you think about it if you put contest you know into play is even more beautiful because uh he’s working on two teams I mean you know how crazy that is you know most times in football you know when managers change three four players from the stting 11 the whole team starts struggling because they haven’t played together that much and the connection isn’t there that much you know stuff like that because it means that the manager has been concentrating on fine tuning the first 11 trying to make it better instead of working on other combinations in case he loses players so that’s that’s what makes all this Mara’s job you know work so far at Chelsea even more beautiful and wholesome because um the two teams play very well and that’s why one of the reasons I think they we make up for easily because any player can come in and feel a space and then they still play with the same identity they still play with the same pattern and all that not so that like it’s just beautiful honestly it’s just an amazing work that he has done within a short space of time and they will continue to grow you know tactically they will continue to grow they will continue to implement new things you know like there is this thing that they did in this game against Austinville and I remember two weeks ago um Enzo maresa was talking about you know not moving we are not we are not yet moving the center back and stuff like that you know but against V they were moving the center back cold whe in particular because he was the guy of maring Rogers he was following roers even when Rogers go down I mean go so deep into their own half he was there following him Ming him and also at times in possession he floats from uh Center back position into the Midfield to plug a gap and then cooka will just cover up for him and left left Center back so the the Dynamics of the team is still growing and they are still adding layers to the to their work to what they are doing to their tactics they are still I mean enoma is is still adding new things to this theme and every time you will see new thing from time to time you will see a new introduction new tactic introduction from time to time you will see stuff like that you know that shows you that he has a timetable he knows what he’s doing he knows when to introduce new new pattern new application new skills stuff like that you know new new combinations and he so good it’s so beautiful you know for me for me if you ask me I think Chelsea are the most entertaining team in the Premier League at the moment Liverpool are winning they a winning team but if you talk about consistency in performance and then the beauty of football then um I’m I have to give it to Chelsea consistency of performance I mean in terms of tactical application and also delivery I’m not talking about results here because so far so good uh Liverpool in the league of of Their Own no nobody you know is close to them in terms of results at the moment and also in terms of their approaches to game they play with more maturity um uh they know how to manage games and then and they keep winning they have had difficult games and they still manage it and then sometimes they came back from uh losing position to win and stuff that they have a lot of experienced players in that team and that’s what Chelsea don’t have they have not fied 128 year old in this you know this season the oldest player is Sanchez the goalkeeper and he he’s the goalkeeper he’s not even an outfit player so whatever experience he has he cannot use it to influence the tactic I mean on the pitch so like I mean it’s incredible work I mean you just have to look at it and um um enjoy the art of work uh that maresa is displaying at Stanford bridge and uh I I believe that I think Chelsea and Chelsea Football Club fans should be very hopeful they should be happy because something is brewing as for bridge no doubt about that
