days and to to to go and just I believe in them but then I’ve got to go and put him out there I don’t know what to expect so when we were interviewing him you’re thinking wow that’s bizarre kind of hearing that um but he was charming and I think he’s everything the fans will love and I think everyone will will really admire him and um yeah looking forward to seeing what he does in the Premier League yeah something you mentioned there was asking players perhaps to play in positions that are not really familiar to him we saw that in the Opening match against ipswitch which we’ve just shown uh Marcus rashford through the middle for example this famous back three with the wing backs bombing forward it worked obviously very early on um when you’re being asked to change position and I I know he said afterwards they’re still thinking too much what does it take how long does it take it’ll take a while of them to work with him to understand what he actually wants from them what movement patterns what what patterns of play you want but I think it’s important to say these Lads that he’s working with they’re all International footballers and they’re all very very talented football players and they will be able to to to slip into different positions quite easily I think after previous Seasons they’re maybe just lacking a little bit of belief in themselves a little bit of confidence uh Manchester United is not the most positive place at the minute so I think just rediscovering themselves as a football club and that then the rest will flourish from there you know as well you mentioned you spot on with like belief and confidence but one big thing he was kind of saying was Fitness yeah because his sporting team they ran and boy did they run and for for Man United for the way that he wants to play in the system that he wants to play they’ve all got to be fit and available and and absolutely up and down no nonsense and I think there’s against it switch and in his and in the Europa game you saw where they can get exposed so for Everton is there are opportunities but every game is like um a school test for him he he knows who’s going to be able to do it and who’s not and and then you kind of move on and try the next person till he gets that group and and in all fairness they are the Basics aren’t they they’re the bare minimum what you expect a footballer to be is fit athletic and and be able to do it for 90 minutes and for him to say to assess that Squad and say they weren’t quite at that level it’s a bit of a disappointment really isn’t it because like I said the talent’s there so once they get fit once they learn about him once they can understand what he wants then I think they’ll look good yeah don’t ask me why I remember this but United all draw at home against sampton what a great game that was about Brighton you know collected only one point instead of three but one point was enough you know to for them to climb to second position in the Premier League ahead of Manchester City and Chelsea so what’s going to happen on Sunday because Chelsea Man City Liverpool are all playing on Sunday so basically if Chelsea win and Man City doesn’t don’t win then Chelsea will be second at the end of the day on Sunday but they are going to [Music] face Austin Villa who are also buying for top four Now Chelsea have not beaten Austin Villa in their last three games and that’s very very poor while Austin Viller uh have enjoyed good results at Stanford Bridge you know um in recent Seasons well last season also they beat Chelsea at uh Stanford for bridge but it was a a very dramatic encounter and Chelsea that Chelsea deserved to win but at the end of the day they didn’t you know I can I cannot remember what actually transpired in that game but I could remember that it was very very chaotic that to Wass the end of the match but that’s by the way is new Chelsea new players I mean new players injected into the team from last season new manager new style new everything at the moment they are doing better than on Villa so I mean if Austin Villa go to Chelsea hoping that they will meet the Chelsea they played last season they better te twice because this Chelsea team is going to give them a lot more problems than the one that faced them last season but okay right Manchester Chelsea also went to V par last season and came back from two goals down to draw 22 and could have won that game towards the end of so even though that Chelsea have not been able to beat them in their last three games they have come very very close and if you consider um Chelsea of last season and Chelsea of this season there is a big gap in terms of performance in terms of the players output in terms of tactical ability of their manager we all can agree that Enzo Marisa is doing a lot better than Mauricio Postino did last season so that’s another point for Austin Villa they have not been doing well lately I don’t think they have won a game in their last three Premier League games they have been dropping points up and down and also in the Champions League they drew go against Juventus okay they they had better chances to win that game but at the moment their form is just not good enough and going to Chelsea as stf for bridge they need to bring their a game if they want to get something out of that game and that’s just the truth if they do not bring their a game I actually do not see how they going to beat Chelsea because if I look at it tactically on the board do Wasa play on the counter I mean play with a high line and also on the counter you know play into Chelsea’s hands especially the high lines you know if you remember Chelsea was brighten I mean Chelsea have been the only team that exploited Brighton’s Highline this season and if Austin Villa if Austin V do the same thing that they did against West Ham last weekend they are going to collect a lot of goals at St for bridge on Sunday it’s an interesting match up one that I’m looking very very much forward to but at the end of the day anything can happen because this is the Premier League
