dangerous there for quinland Wass right on the door step hard hit on the far side Fe there’s a shot incoming from Quan hon and USA will get out to Center Ice as will Mo kicks a big hit from ad right comes P with a shot round out to sh we still don’t have a stoppage yet as here comes the CH in the attack Banning on the shot cor Ry now the Victoria Royals he’ll pass it through the middle here’s a shot at the side malol Spence looking and played all the way back in behind the USA net H go in front it THS falling down with Jacob Bryan couldn’t get the shot go back to the line schaer able to keep it in not long out to Center Gathering it Pika breaking in tries a shot and misses blocker side on ravensbergen blocker side on Ravens Bergen now stretch past to Center that finds the mark bovic and on a break and he [Applause] scores Lyon lackovic out of the Moosejaw Warriors breaks right up the middle and Snipes that one off the IR in and CHL open up the goal scoring the way the teams transition is so impressive there’s a play going towards the CHL net and then lovic re realizes I got an opportunity the pucks right on his tape just under the bar as you heard right there and just a fantastic play recognizing first by lovic to get open and then the pass lber in front the fleed W shaer for Mar off to Misa again down out front quick shot for Martel Whitland the save good to see him back for the usn TDP missed significant time this year with injury to start the season back to the line Bain passing across Caro now picked up by Jake O’Brien back out in front kovic passing off for Caro he just tipped It Wide of the pose couple feet in over the line bouncing around swatted down and Brady Martin skates through Center pass is off oan back to the front of the net looking to hit his man in front P kle USA will set it up out in front here’s a look and a good save made on ke by ravensburg back out through Center comes CS spans with a shot and Quin catches that for the step RS this one back for LJ Mooney Gant into the CHL Zone passes back here’s a shot from KY treway it’s USA look ahead to Center turned over at the line Spence looks for his shot takes it lots of traffic in front as quinland bowled over in the whistle sounds taken by schaer back over to Fiddler his pass is intercepted merte brings it right back in with mcken fires a shot high off the glass you really want to see that shot on net cuz there was a chance for a rebound might have another chance here off the backand merag tries to slide that five hole on ravensburg and he’s able to handle that and freezes it and Mer showing some really good patience but here’s a really quick regroup in transition and now the attack is on and a nice play by mer gets it right into the feet of ravensburg and ravensburg does a nice job of corralling this Puck and making sure it doesn’t kick out to the AR his Granda father Ed or a great cup champ back in 1967 Amy’s brother his Uncle Matt is a general manager the Brandford bulldogs and Amy is one of Cheryl Pounders very good friends CH developing here for will Mo streaking right in to open up the second period and ravensburg and holds the fourth as CHL will start to sh why Cameron SCH smid is one of the leading scorers in ch but it’s a speed and then the puck is delivered in perfect stride head up boom under the bar Cameron Schmidt is dynamic and you cannot give him these types of chances because he can score from that spot and he opens up so much ice with that speed and quickness and right before that will Moore with a great opportunity cutting in and clean it up and he’s made it a three nothing lead for the CHL you have to be attuned to the game and you have to be attuned to what’s unfolding Brady Martin just keeps playing and as the puck just skips out here just a little flip backand and just like that it’s three nothing but if you’re not attuned and alert to what’s unfolding you don’t take advantage of this opportunity Brady Martin always alert always in the action we saw him deliver some body checks he’s somebody that you notice because of his effort because of his physical play he’s Di that Puck and mckin reads it and cuts it off what he could do without a stick in his hand defensively now we see what he can do with a stick in his hand offensively but it’s a ska and when you watch him just gather speed and it’s deceptive because now as you go to make the turn he’s already by you and the and the lateral agility to come in front of the net and control the puck that’s why Matthew schaer is an exceptional Prospect and I don’t think there’s any doubt that he’s the best defenseman in the 2025 draft I I don’t think I’d get an argument from anybody on the planet about that first overall pick to the otter at 23 he was the third first overall pick to that franchise the other two ran O’Reilly and Conor mcde by Brady Martin chiefer ranging in from the Line it’s taken by Asher Barnett over to Phillips can’t escape the Zone turns the right way so now he’s got body position and with that body position the puck skips to him wide open net Malcolm knows I think he’s received a pass or two in the past from Michael Misa you know when you watch Michael play one of the things that’s always impressed me about him is the game can be there’s no trades allowed are there not yet anyways there’s a lot changing though as here goes tle into the net right through it behind the net again for schaer to scoop up he’ll lob that out through Center perfect pass right to Kendall and his shot stopped by quinland and he’ll wrist it Moore off the top and will Moore controls the puck knows how to make plays in tight areas the ability to find space and then know where to go with the puck that’s a real good skill and will Moore has that he finds that Puck and then a beautiful pass by money right across and Mer tag makes no mistake about it right off the tapeo at the line back over to mer out in front mckenny gets a shot away that’s defended off by Ravens Bergen collected behind the net off of the wing and’s got to go back to Center that’s going to do it for this one game one of the CHL USA prospects challenge belongs to the Canadian hockey league in London Ontario they come out and win this one by a 6 to1 final [Applause]
