welcome everybody to the college basketball preview show on the gly TR Sports Network I’m your host Mike good pastor today we’re going to preview tonight’s battle at to Cole Center between the Michigan Wolverines and the Wisconsin Badgers this is a huge game in the Big 10 Wisconsin is undefeated Michigan has only lost once I think both teams have more than lived up to expectations so far this season if you’re going to bet this game Wisconsin is favored by three and a half points and the best place to bet it is BET MGM they’re your top sports book for betting college basketball you can click on the link in the description if you’re watching on YouTube all right guys Big 10 Basketball you’ve got six and one Michigan get 7-0 Wisconsin at the Cole center 8 and0 Wisconsin and these teams only met once last year with the Wolverines winning 72 to 68 and Anna Arbor now Michigan has made waves new head coach Dusty May I’m an Indiana fan he should be the Indiana basketball coach right now and I think Indiana fans will probably agree right now but they beat number 22 Xavier by 15 the Wolverines run a five-game winning streak they’re rated 22nd in kinp Pal’s national ratings and when you look at this there’s a chance to prove that they belong as a top 25 team in these polls Michigan’s strength is his defense which is rated 10th out of 364 schools the Wolverines are a slightly uptempo team that only allows 60.1 points per contest they’re limiting foes to 36.9% shooting 29.6% accuracy on threes and 14.7 free throw attempts a game Michigan forces a very good 17.3 turnovers per game now when we look at Wisconsin you know Wisconsin is opening a season with an 8-0 record it’s a great way to turn heads get people to pay attention to you the badger 7453 win over Chicago State brought them into December undefeated Wisconsin is 29th in Ken Palm’s national ratings because of an offense that’s ranked 18th they’re very efficient they put up 85.3 points per game all right you got a Le score 22.9 points he’s seventh nationally overall scoring points and this is a team that can fill it up and by filling up they can fill it up from anywhere all right they shoot 46.8% for the floor 36% for be in an NCAA leading 86.4% at the free throw line they average 9.0 offensive rebounds and 9.3 turnovers per game let’s see if they’ll power their way past another team and this Michigan team is very good defensively the wins might be piling up but Wisconsin’s schedule is highly suspect to say the least all right so they do have a very impressive win against Arizona um the play a tougher schedule than most people but when you look at this game I I think there’s no doubt here that Michigan grades out as the better team now despite what the polls say because their defense as Elite Wisconsin’s weak offensive rebounding won’t give them the necessary second chances to crack the Wolverine’s defense that’s what my concern would be here now this game will be the third time that the Badgers fall short of 80 points is that enough to separate them from the Wolverines this Michigan team averages more than 80 points per game and she’s over 50% from the floor the Wolverines will have a productive day especially if they take advantage of their free throw attempts I think Wisconsin is on upset alert tonight all right the Michigan spread is the safer play here I’m not predicting a winner because I think this game goes down to the wire and if I think this game goes down to the wire the only thing that makes sense to me is to take Michigan three and a half points I think these are two teams that can make deep runs in March especially Michigan I think Michigan’s the better team here the only thing that gives me that I think gives Wisconsin a shot to get a close win they’re much better at the Cole Center than they are away from Nicole Center but Michigan with Dusty Bay is going to put up a acious fight tonight I’m gonna take the Michigan Wolverines and the three and a half points guys but with that being said if I’m going to take that you know where I’m going I’m going to B MGM the top sports book anywhere to bet on college basketball you can also follow me on X grueling truth you can follow us on Facebook make sure you like us on Facebook like subscribe hit the Bell notification on YouTube but for now guys I’m my good pastor even watching and listening to the grueling Truth where the Legends speak
