hey y’all what’s going on Josh cathart with hitting done right just wanted to make this short video for y’all kind of breaking down what my swing analysis and customized practice plans from my website would look like for y’all get a lot of questions you know DMS across platforms do you do analysis will you break swings down will you give us drills to work on yes yes and yes okay if you go to my website under the analysis and practice plans you can find out what you want I do the full swing analysis which is a 10 to 15 minute breakdown of your player swings okay I need a couple angles on that I need an angle like this it would be face on I would need an angle from the catcher’s View and an angle from the pitcher’s view okay just two to three swings if it’s a young player 7 to n you could do that off of te if you have from toss or a machine or a good BP coach live is always better with the ball moving but for the younger ones at te is just fine okay once I get those videos I upload them into my application for analysis I happen to use on form app okay I can do side by sides with model swings from pros from some of my students um from college players that I have video you know online all sorts of different angles um I try to match kind of the same type stance and swing moves that your player has to those Pro college or some of my clients okay so that we have a real working model to work off of then with the drawing application to that right we can draw the lines on there for head stabilization are we staying back are we balanced those types of things repeatability there’s also also a voice over with me talking you through this okay both to you as the parent and you as the player at the conclusion of the analysis I will always give you one or two drills that I would suggest that you go and work on those drills come from here my YouTube channel if you would like to purchase the customized practice plan you can do that also there’s an added fee to that but that is a two week plan 3 days a week with the drills outlined specifically for your player the number of reps and then how to execute them those links are coming again from my YouTube so you can always refer back well what if we want more than two weeks I do two weeks just so it’s not overwhelming okay most of the time players can use that two-e plan for a month or two months or however long it takes to sort out the swing flaws that were being discussed in the analysis so I hope that kind of helps you understand what you would be getting okay I also already have some plans for very specific things that you could purchase also I have a dragging back elbow plan a connection plan a bat speed plan um and I believe there’s a high school uh Team workout plan if that one’s not on there yet I can get that for you though but that’s what I’m about with this analysis the customized practice plans that’s what you would be getting and what you can expect so I hope that helps y’all run on over to my website get yourself signed up and let’s break that swing down y’all be good [Music]
