doc um I guess I mean you were able to pull some starters late but I would imagine to play a full complete game and then also go for on group play and and clinch a home game for next next week just I just thought I love how we approached the game today I thought both teams you can see that they took this game both teams very seriously and um I just loved how locked in I thought that was our best defense maybe of the Year overall and then uh I thought our ball movement was unbelievable we just kept finding open guys played unselfish basketball um what kind of tone did it set early you mentioned the ball movement but I think Dame made his first four shots I mean yianis didn’t missed it all to the third but those two did start kind of individually early how did that open yeah I just you know I think that’s what opened it up you know you you have your two best players starting out the G you know four for four both making shots uh but then still playing right and making the right plays at the same time I thought that was great uh 15 to 21 from three in the first half just what do you see from the guys just ball movement you know uh we we keep talking about it the more we attack the paint uh the more open shots we’re going to get uh Detroit is a help basketball team like every team is uh and our guys just found the open man uh you have that hot first half you have the big lead at halftime and then jannis comes out I think scores 17 points in the third quarter what did it mean to come out of half and have a strong it it’s funny they were talking about it when I was walking in the locker room uh about getting off to a good third quarter and we did that you know our offense was amazing we shot 56% um from the two and and from the three you know the ball movement to me uh just stood out 26 assists uh but it was our defense to me where we got our hands we got a lot of deflections I thought Gary Trent and and TP had their hands all and Dre those three guys they just had their hands everywhere and and that’s just fantastic for us um how how long does it take to embrace the fact that this is a exorbitant three-point shooting league I think at one point you guys were shooting 71 from the field 69 from three yeah considering you played in a different era and coached in a different era is that harder to accept that this that you it isn’t for me never has been it it really depends on what you have you know I’ve had teams where I wouldn’t have never wanted to take this many threes cuz we wouldn’t have made them but we got a great shooting team you know when you look at our team down there’s not a lot of guys that can’t make a three uh and and I’m I’m saying high percentage three-point Shooters uh when you have two centers that that that are great three-point Shooters uh with your guards we just have the ability to be able to spread the floor and then we have Yan who may be the best paint attacker in the league and so they just go hand inand uh with this team and it’s important but it doesn’t work if you don’t move the ball right and we’re moving the ball um obviously there’s still some tiebreakers and stuff to play out so I guess just for you guys to to take care of BU just how how much does it excite you that you guys are able to get through those four games yeah that’s great you know they put a tournament in front of us and we we want to win it and we said that early on and we’re 4 and0 but we still have a lot of work to do but the bottom line is we earned a chance to play at home I think I don’t even know the rules I think that’s true is that a true statement yes okay opponent TBD I think as you talk okay um Andre how we’ve talked about his offense at times early um today he made those shots but he was far more confident and some of those how important is that part of it when you do start it’s important you know for me more what was important was the straight line drive like that was my favorite play because that’s all we work on um he’s such an athlete but he doesn’t take the ball to the basket the way we feel like he should and so that’s all we we’re working on and he had the transition where he just went straight line no you know he likes these Dipsy dudes like just straight line go and he did it that’s why if you notice the whole bench jumped up cuz they see him working on it every day so that was that was good to see we’ll talk to you tomorrow right yeah all right that’s it then oh you want a Chris Milton question you get that tomorrow
