Brandon first we just start how the players looking from from the weekends game everyone available for tomorrow yeah well we’ve only um Scott be who a little bit of illness H apart from that all our all our other Outfield players ready and and available made six changes at the weekend and didn’t seem like it at all the team were pretty seamless are we expecting to see many changes again now that we’re coming into December and there’s going to be so many games yeah I think over the course of the the the coming months I said that before that it’s very very important for us to have the the the energy in the game because of how we play and and uh and that’s what we think about every time we we go into U to each game so um boys at the weekend we’re absolutely superb you know the attitude the energy and the game right from the the first whistle how they pressed the game how they attacked the game so uh so yeah it was a very very good good performance so um so yeah we just recover and then look at the next team for for the next game how much are you and the team looking forward to this top of the table Clash at pdri yeah it’s it’s always a challenge going to Patu um and obviously they’ve done very well this season um last probably week or so maybe not results what they would have wanted but still have made a very very good start and um and then Jimmy’s done a a fantastic job they’re you know very uh structured how they play very clear in the process and how they want to they work uh so we we expect a really tough game in terms of the the previous match you’ve played against some two very different games the the one at Celtic Park OBET in a draw and then the game at handon convincing Victory how do you expect the game to to shape up to do you expect to be similar to either of those two games or different entirely I don’t know I can only control what we want to do in the game and and that’s bring a a really positive attitude and attacking attitude in the game I think the first game at uh at home when we drew to each we um we went to about slack like I’ve said before and we got punished for that but we still over the course of the two games we created a lot of opportunities to to score um and and we’re defensively strong apart from in those couple of moment so um but it’s away from home and every every game away from home especially the the top teams there it’s always a challenge so so we’ll expect that there but I also expect us to um from the first whistle really go to uh to create the game and um and look to to give abine problems and is it almost the best position I manager could want to be in teams winning um big games comeing up Champions League League Cup Final players desperate to play yeah yeah it’s what you want I think that like we’ve seen from the what what was great about the weekend was it shows you that football really is a process of bringing players in if you look at the like l b who’s only come in he’s adapted his style in order to play for us um has a winning mentality has great technical quality tactically he’s learning all the time and uh and you see then now the clarity in his work and and how good he was you know he was fantastic for dundy but was able to comeing to here and step by step uh throughout process he’s now come in and and absolutely been been first class so uh so yeah so he and the other players that come in done very very well but they’re not they’re not players you know I would have absolutely no hesitation in in starting the same team uh at uh at Aberdine tomorrow night so um however we always have to plan for for the games and the the proximity of the games and obviously over the course of the the coming months look Bron I noticed after the game you were speaking to him it looked as he was asking you questions about specifics is that right he looks it’s eager to learn was that the case was he asking it was it was just on on the pressing one towards the end of the game we sort of shifted our our pressing structure and uh he was just getting Clarity around that there but um no he he he’s he’s a learner there’s absolutely no doubt about that um he’s got a great career ahead of him here at at Celtic um he has all the tools I think coming in like I said it’s it’s it’s not an easy adaptation to come into a big club with big expectation and pressure um but he he he settled in really really well and like I said he’s now one of us because I see this winner mentality I see the hunger he has to learn uh I see the humbleness every day and how hard he works and he knows whether he comes off the bench or whether he starts a game uh the opportunity is there for him to make an impact but um but no it’s so important to have guys that are hungry and want to learn that says a lot for him doesn’t it because he was name man in a match he could easily run on the pitch been substituted but taking appla was but he was actually trying to find lot of things to make him better brilliant Robert he’s uh as I said a real real joy to work with and uh but I think but when you’ve got guys like Kum McGregor and that here it’s the beauty of having players like K McGregor because then you create more Kum McGregors that’s why you have top top professionals and uh the learning that he will get on a day-to-day bases from seeing the likes a cal and uh and working with the coaches and myself then you have to be curious you have to want to to learn and um and he’s certainly one of those Scot in the summer keeps us upb that kind of thing that kind of level as well and getting National recognition too yeah I don’t think there’s any question of that I think if you look at what what the tools that he has CU I’ve seen it I see it for many years I see every good player can’t play international level International level for me is about technique tactical idea and having a level of speed that allows you in Mobility to get around the around the field uh so you’ll have some really good players but just maybe aren’t quite cut out for that mobility and fast pace at International level look has that look if I look at them technically uh physically we looked at was the the the analysis that we did uh before bringing him in to see where he was at in terms of his running power his his physicality so that’s there a really really high level so we know he can do that technically he’s finding the Comfort now in the game tactically like I said he’s he’s shown that he you see how quickly now he’s adapt him and Pao Bernardo were brilliant at the weekend in terms of how they link together and so that tells he’s learning all the the the the concepts and principles of how we play and like I said he has personality and um there’s absolutely no doubt you you play for Celtic he’s going to be able to play U for Scotland for sure you you’ve got two play for each position what like BR a doubt you’ve not had since you came back but do you have to keep persevering and say we can still get better all yeah because you always have to I think at every uh at every moment you can um I never say complacency but contentment is something that you don’t want to have you know you don’t want to be content you don’t want to be happy uh you always have to be improving and developing and that’s something that uh we as a club want to be able to do I think we’ve been able to in the last couple of Windows really energize the squad and and bring it to a level that allows us to to work at how work working at the moment but like I say we always have to um look beyond that and look to the Future when you get a performance like Saturday after make six changes does it give you kind of second thoughts kind of questions about what team you’ll pick for you know the the really big games as well our players making it really difficult for you to make these selections as well the way they’re coming in and play yeah I had in my mind what the the aberin wood team was was going to be and uh in their respect of of the weekend but it’s always nice I think whenever you the players that do come in they come in and perform and really really confirm their their qualities and uh and how they can work so um and that was a beauty of the weekend it was so fluid it was so fast and the tempo was really really good created a lot of opportunities to score more than we did and like I said we uh and that’s what you want you want your players to come in and uh and perform and every single one of them did that but like I said there’s so many games you guys know yourselves in order to keep the energy in the team and how you want you know someone can do absolutely brilliant in that game but it might only be a couple of days later and um it’s it’s something that is so important especially especially how we play how big is this this encounter in terms of what the ratification going to be in terms of League race even as early it’s still such a long way to to go Michael I wouldn’t you know at this moment in time we win the game it’s okay you get a bit of a a gap against the the team behind you but um there’s still such a long way to go in so many games and uh but I think is always nice you know if you can go and and and go to one of your Rivals and and P a good performance and and get the points maybe sometimes more the psychological damage you can inflict on others rather than can get for yourself sometimes that feel you can only worry about yourself you can’t control what other people will think I think you can only as a go and look to perform I think that’s the that that’s our notion get into every game you know our objective get into the game is to work even harder than we did Saturday and uh and perform so uh so really that’s all we can think about and um but like I said every game is an opportunity for us to to to impose our our style in the game we know it’ll be a tough game we know it’ll be uh you know the crowd will be very vocal behind the the team and and but um but that’s still a big opportunity for us and we’ve played in we’ve played in um in difficult grounds and um and difficult atmospheres and C very well but things going so well Bron do do you have to use different methods and tracks almost to get into your players Minds at times to keep them keep the standard so high I wouldn’t say tricks no I just I I well I think it’s more it’s just more taking them on the journey and the story and and uh and what it is we want to achieve and finding the various ways to stimulate and and make sure they’re ready so um you know the the players work ever so hard on a daily basis you know coaches do a brilliant job in in repeating our patterns of play and our work and our creativity and and work great so that that’s all great and of course as I said you have to provide the stimulus for for players going into each game and and providing the story that hopefully can allow them to u to push on so um but yeah so that’s the constant for the manager you can never you could never lay off that that is uh something that uh clearly a lot of thinking time goes into when you get to few games a week is it survival with the fittest you’re more may more accustomed to that than some other teams are is it just mental physical Insurance yeah I think the it’s consistent is always the challenge especially when you’re playing so often um at clubs like ourselves it’s it always is a challenge because you have to perform you know a draw is no good you know you uh the attitude here is always to win and win well but uh and that there’s a clearly a big demand on the physical a you know side of that and and mental and um but like you say we’ve got players that are custom them to it players that’ll be new to it and uh but that’s our job to help them and bring them through and support them and like I said sometimes to come out the team to recover mentally and physically but to be ready to go again on the next game so that’s the that’s the careful management of it just follow from robt was talking about what motivated 2016 you seven secret targets in that season you didn’t get the bottom draw at this stage or that different time or is that something you do again I no no it just that was obviously a goal setting process that we we’ had in place back then I think now it’s you know we’re pretty clear on that it’s probably more um individual work with with players and individual targets for them what’s very important is improving the individual player so um but no no uh no specific tricks you you get them secret didn’t you though didn’t tell any what they were I think that was still still a mystery right one was a trouble and few one was a TR yeah and there was a few of than I so uh yeah I’m pretty sure we we achieved them all I think you’re tracking this season for 15 games ahead of you season which is shows you the start P yeah I think the uh I think the consistency and the the level of the team has has been really high um and again that’s a great learn you know you nearly it’s a long time ago that that sort of season so and and you learn as even as a coach and manager from all them experiences but but these this group of player be writing their own history that that group then were were absolutely brilliant for me and now the challenge for this group is is creating more historical moments as as we go along but but what is always important like I said is how we play and uh and that obviously took a bit of time to get going last year and get us working but over the last numbers of months really the consistency and and the level has been has been a really high level so we just have to uh have to keep that going in terms of goals great but very importantly defensively as well you know we’re strong defensively and that creates a great platform for all the attack and play In terms sorry in terms of improvement do you expect to do much in January in terms of bringing in more or you quite satisfied where you’re at no no I think we’ll we’re definitely looking uh this still areas that I would like to improve in in the squad absolutely no no question about that we can’t do everything in the in the summer one we’ve done a lot of great work in there but there’s definitely areas that uh one or two areas just to again give that freshness to the squad as well and um and um give that that quality so it’s important that we keep building um like as I said contentment you cannot have you know all the players will learn develop they’ll get better but you need to always provide competition and that’s uh that’s something I’ll always look at you’re just talking about to make their the team writing their own history people don’t seem to be talking about BR obvious the team are undefeated you’ve got the the Cup Final coming up and given that you going so well in Europe as well do you feel that there is an opportunity here for for you and your squad to to have their their best ever season under you one of the best seasons that the club’s seen recently it’s still such a long way to to go like we’ve only got 13 games and um but we’ve done is we made a brilliant start but as I said before that consistency and it only takes you know only takes something to go against you or ascending off or a bit of bad luck whatever so um but there’s no doubt we’ve I think the first steps on the journey is always the most important you know to get to the very top you’ve got to make those initial first steps well and uh and the players have done that really really well and also what they’ve done they haven’t had everything their whole their own way you know I think the of this team was how we came back from the the Dortmund game you know the response to that response to a huge setback that’s where you see your players and that’s where you see your captain and that tells you everything about this team about how they’ve been able to um bounce back from that and uh so that tells you that the the spirit and the the squad is very strong and it’s only going to grow and and get better each week BR you touch on possibly doing stuff in January there was a report this morning that um Lis Palmer’s apparently attracting in from America how’ you view his position within your squad yeah I haven’t seen anything on that but um but there’s nothing really to to comment on it you know Louis hasn’t played a great deal of late but um as I said he’s still a part of this squad and um yeah there’s nothing else more he’s a good guy it’s been difficult form players have committed his position where he’s played and doing really well if you look at the the goal Return Of Da MAA this year the pressing the all this side of and then he was out for uh a few weeks injured then uh Yang comes in and and does really really well so um but he’s working hard every day he’s a good guy he’s well liked within the within the squad but of course I I can only pick a certain amount of players and but he will continue to work and and uh and may get the opportunity as we go along
