The Lethbridge Hurricanes will play their final game before the Christmas break tonight as they welcome the Medicine Hat Tigers to the VisitLethbridge.com Arena at 6:00pm.

The Hurricanes (16-11-1-1) enter after falling 3-2 to the Tigers in Medicine Hat on Saturday to end a four-game winning streak. Hayden Pakkala and Noah Chadwick scored in the loss while Koen Cleaver made 21-saves. Lethbridge outshot Medicine Hat 34-24 in the game. The ‘Canes enter tonight with a 12-2-1-0 record at home this season having won their last four home games.

The Tigers (19-13-1-0) enter on a three-game winning streak after earning the 3-2 win over the Hurricanes at Co-op Place on Saturday. Mathew Ward, Hunter St. Martin and Oasiz Wiesblatt scored in the win while Jordan Switzer was terrific making 32-saves. Medicine Hat enters tonight with a 7-8-0-0 record on the road this season.

Tonight will be the fourth of eight meetings on the season between the Hurricanes and Tigers; Lethbridge has posted a 2-1-0-0 record so far this year as the home team as won all three contests. Both the Hurricanes and Tigers will complete a three-in-three weekend tonight.
