for some reason my son decided to support Arsenal so I do go to Arsenal a little bit these days and it’s a privilege to sit and watch Martin ogard he’s that good at football I mean he’s got a kind of almost unique combination of incredible vision and incredible work rate I mean it’s kind of known within sport a little bit that like Norwegians tend to have insanely High V2 Maxes you know a lot of the highest ever cross country skiers and people like that that I think is the thing that struck most people is how he has had two and a half months out and has come back in as if he’d never been away but also in terms of his impact on Arsenal’s play he takes up really awkward positions both for the opposition but also for himself when the passes are kind of fizzing around early in the game everyone gets on board everyone starts to think yes this is us this is what we do this is how we play when ard’s there they can do that and when he isn’t there it’s just so much harder and I think yeah that’s why they struggled so much when he wasn’t around and why they look so much better now he’s now he’s back
