Jimmy Butler has spoken but did he really say anything who knows break down Butler’s comments after practice today and if that he can afford to let this be a distraction any longer in today’s episode with David raill both of us are credential to heat media members who cover this team every day we have a big show for you today um I spoke to the host of lockon Kings about dearn fox and I think Heat fans might be surprised by the package that we came up with but before we get to all of that the big news today David Jimmy Butler spoke to reporters after practice today and declined to give any real clarity about whether or not he wants to be traded he was asked Point Blank do you want to get traded and he said that’s a good question who knows which David that is a wild answer to a question that you know is coming like you don’t respond good question to a question you know is coming right like you don’t study for the SATs and then respond yeah that’s a good question like you study for the SATs um so look my takea away from this is if you’re still in denial about what Jimmy Butler wants I don’t know what to tell you anymore this is about as direct as it gets without him saying something that can get him fined he has had multiple chances now to say to make it clear that he wants to be in Miami and despite giving the multiple chances to do that he hasn’t done it and I don’t blame him we talked about this yesterday if you don’t want to be here don’t lie he’s not lying but he’s like I’m saying like there there’s still a big portion of the Heat fan base that thinks that this is just some big media conspiracy or whatever it might be and if you it was straight from Jimmy Butler’s mouth today like if you’re still in denial I don’t know what to tell you anymore yeah it’s pretty clear that Jimmy’s top priority above all else is getting paid and I think we’re just starting to see the clarity become more parent with every passing day like that is his primary goal I I understand his comments later on when he was asked for more details and he’s going to keep hooping he’s going to keep winning he’s committed to winning so kind of totally debunks my idea that he would never Dawn a heat uniform again he’s committed I guess in a effort to show other teams that he’s going to as we talked about in yesterday’s episode dutifully play the good soldier and he’s going to continue to play out there and theoretically we assume play at a high level but his comments today only add more clarity that his primary goal is to get paid and look I don’t want the fan base to turn on him because as we talked about this yesterday the shelf life on the NBA career is so short and this is a fantastic opportunity for him we don’t begrudge him his desire to get paid at a high level the idea of a HomeTown discount is corny it doesn’t play out that way in reality none of us would certainly take a HomeTown discount as much as I love doing the show if Avid lock came up to us today and be and said you know what I can only pay you a third as much as we’ve been paying you okay but hey locked on Sons will pay you twice as much yeah c yeah I mean I think that’s just the reality is that I mean nobody is going to be taking that kind of discount and I know we’re talking about different sums of money but he is one of 400 NBA players in the world and probably one of the top 25 if not 30 best players in the world can we talk about how we kind of got here a little bit because I do think this is a good time to kind of reset so Jimmy was eligible for a 2-year $13 million extension and Pat Riley in his end of season press conference before we even got to Summer negotiating period said no you were not available enough we’re not even entertaining this like you want the you want a contract extension cool don’t even don’t even call myself phone is essentially the the this the the feeling he gave in his end of season press conference confence called him out not only for his lack of availability but for his comments saying about what what it would have been like if he would have been out there against the Celtics or the Knicks or whatever um and that rubbed Jimmy B the wrong way it came out in the reporting afterwards and by the way I’m not surprised that that R rubbed him the wrong way because we all were even rubbed a little bit the wrong way by it when it was happening we’re like whoa that that was a lot from from Pat Riley even for Pat Riley um so the summer happens those extensions never occur um those conversations never happen and Jimmy Butler even at that point starts Jimmy Butler and his representation it comes out that hey you know we would be interested in playing for Philadelphia and the 76ers go ahead and sign Paul George so the the Clippers don’t give Paul George the money that he wants Paul George ends up going with Philadelphia uh and then the the Sixers never have that cap space to basically just absorb Jimmy Butler they decide they just they they’d rather just sign Paul George for nothing just just for the money out a free agency uh and then it becomes and then it’s reported and Jimmy Butler’s representation makes it clear through the media we don’t even want the extension don’t worry about it we’re gonna play through the season and we’re gonna enter free agency next year and that’s kind of where we left it until the season started and then Jimmy Butler has played 20 out of Miami’s 30 games so far um I I think that’s probably not as much as you would have hoped but the stomach illness sidelined him for five games and again all the information I have is that this was a real stomach illness like this is something that really did wipe him out now could he have returned to the team a game or two sooner if things were in a little bit more hunky dory probably right but you know there was a real illness here that that that sidelined him at least for a little bit so you know before that it was five out of the he played 20 of the first 25 games whatever um at a relatively decent level you know he’s posting High percentages uh uh heat tenure high in free throw like you know good stuff is happening there it still one of the best 15 players in the league by all the advanced metrics and things like that um and I think the heat go on that four game win streak and and I think maybe he he thought can we reopen contract negotiation talks because the heat still have until June 30th to offer that two-year $13 million extension yeah and the Heat have been adamant this entire time there is no extension coming and we’re pro and we’re and there is no Max contract coming you can opt out out we are not offering you a Max contract and I don’t see the heat budging off of that he’s 35 years old he’s not getting any younger players don’t typically get better and healthier as they age and that’s not going to happen at the same time on Jimmy Butler’s end he has been very adamant I’m opting out and I’m seeking the Max and that’s essentially where things stand two months before the trade deadline and it’s why things have gotten to this point and of course there was all that ESPN reporting and all of this uh here’s what I think is where these two sides truly are right now despite all the comments that we got from Jimmy after practice today Jimmy would be open to getting traded as long as he knew that that money was coming to him I think the heat were listening to trade offers I know the heat were listening to trade offers and that nothing worthwhile uh was phoned in and I don’t I think the that the Golden State Warriors I think that has cooled a little bit as Jonathan kaminga has played better I don’t know for certain they ever even included kaminga in those conversations I don’t know that it ever got that far but if you’re the Warriors I don’t think you look at Jimmy Butler and say yeah that’s the piece that could put us over the top we’re going to mortgage our future I think the Houston Rockets I think they’re being a little bit more patient I don’t know that a real offer ever came through on that end even if you could make some sense of it I I think they’re just being a little bit more patient there’s no reason for them in other words to make their their best offer in December now maybe that best offer comes in February but there’s no reason for them to make their best off for now I think the Phoenix Suns are serious I think they’re serious in their pursuit of Jimmy Butler Only their problem is that they’re the the the the way that they acquire Jimmy Butler is the most complicated maybe even impossible we’ve talked about it before they would have to get a third team essentially to take Bradley Beal on because the heat aren’t going to do that and finding a taker for Bradley Beal and then getting Bradley Beal to wave his no trade clause is there’s so many Hoops to jump through in that but I do believe that Phoenix is the most serious Suitor I just don’t know that they’re going to there’s anything that can happen happen there and so that all I think the heat figured all that out Pat Riley said there’s nothing here for us I’m sick of the the speculation I’m going to try to end it right now and I’m gonna try to call Jimmy Butler on his bluff and say you’re not gonna bully us into trading you for something that we don’t want we’d rather just go into the summer and either a figure it out then or B let you walk away for nothing and then get all the cap space that we want to increase our flexibility to build around bam out a Buy on Tyler hero and I think that’s where things are and the problem with that is that Jimmy Butler still doesn’t know where his next contract is coming from and until that happens the speculation is is going to be continue to be speculated like there there is no resolution to this uh Jimmy Butler’s response after practice Pat Riley’s statement and whatever the Situation’s still not resolved there’s no sense of urgency from anyone no one involved here like I mean I think Jimmy has the greatest sense of urgency yeah he wants to know he wants to have the clarity because he’s one severe injury away from getting nothing you know I mean he could opt into the next year’s money but he won’t get that long-term deal that he’s seeking so there is from all the other partners involved again Phoenix probably has the most urgency but I think Miami has a great sense of Leverage like really they have full control of the situation because they don’t care like they know they’re probably not a contender there’s probably that reality that they’ve accepted that maybe we can make some noise in the playoffs and we’d love Jimmy to be a part of part of that but as you just laid out there’s no sense for them that they were going to pay Jimmy they don’t want to pay Jimmy and if he walks away and gets that contract elsewhere well thank you for your service thank you for six years of great basketball and defining this team Etc but we’re not GNA be bullied into getting you what you want I I mean that’s just that is the way Pat Riley has always operated and we should have known that from the beginning and maybe it shows a lack of you know flexibility on his part he didn’t budge with Alonzo Morning somebody who he says as one of his favorite players to have coached alongside Irvin Johnson he didn’t budge with Dwayne Wade who carried this team to a title in his third season in the NBA and he’s not gonna budge for Jimmy Butler and he’s never gonna budge for anybody as long as he’s running this team he’s just he will not be held hostage into giving you the money that you want as a player because he doesn’t think now with all that said and I know a lot of people can criticize sleepy Pat and talk about Riley making a mistake Etc sure like I also think that there’s some rationale behind it and you just laid that out paying him you can’t pay Jimmy baller the max we know that you can’t and Jimmy baller is going to ask the max and I got news if he doesn’t know it already that Max ain’t coming man like I don’t know the team that has this like only the Brooklyn Nets can afford to give him the space outright and they’re not doing that they’re rebuilding that makes no sense for them and it makes no sense for Jimmy Butler to go there unless all he literally cares about is the money and again I don’t think Brooklyn’s offering him that kind of money because that’s not their timeline he’s 35 gonna be 36 um they would he would need the help of Miami to negotiate a sign in trade but even in a signning trade just like we saw DeMar rosen just it doesn’t have to be the max it could be kind of any amount right that falls within the bird rights which is basically $1 to the max so um and not $1 you know what I mean the veteran minimum but that’s you know that’s essentially uh where things are now now look I don’t think this is getting resolved anytime soon despite what Jimmy Butler might want and so the question has to be well he’s playing Wednesday night that’s the plan he is gonna be back with the Miami Heat on the court he said he’s ready to hoop Wednesday night at home against the New Orleans Pelicans so how do the heat move forward with this Jimmy Butler Cloud hanging over everything I I’m I’m curious what you’re taking is David because I’m I feel like I’m a little bit more they’re also going to be without Terry Rosier who’s going to be serving a one-game suspension after the Houston brawl and I’m going to say Terry Rosier earned that one game he speared am man Thompson he got that one game and and hats off to Terry Rosier for showing up for his teammate love it uh I hope Tyler hero Pays His fine Tyler hero also has his own $25,000 fine that he’s got to pay I still don’t fully understand why you get fine $25,000 for getting thrown to the ground feels a little bit like victim blaming to me David um and then am man Thompson was given a two game suspension um for the altercation so that’s where we’re that’s where we stand yeah I felt like it might have been more since it felt like it could have been more we just got a four game suspension the other night I guess there was no like straight up punch thrown I suppose is the difference I I that’s ridiculous to me like we’re talking semantics here like the punch being symbolic of everything thank you Kermit Washington for destroying Rudy Tom jovic’s career but still I guess the idea being yeah I I guess the wow uh I guess the idea of a punch being much more drastic than being horse collared and flipped onto the ground karate style like that is I I don’t know how that works out like I’m sure like Tyler bounced back to his credit but you know somebody was talking seriously hurt yeah he could have been seriously hurt that way like it could have been much more drastic and so he’s he’s pretty lucky that it did but you know what clapping cheering love that whole thing it’s over the the hip stuff is real I mean Chad hren I mean he took a much harder fall because he is twice the size of Tyler hero almost and the weight and half the weight yeah and and came down pretty hard but uh yeah he’s been out ever since you know November taking that hard fall with that hip injury so you know players they talk about their knees all the time ankles all the time hips are you know they’re just as important as that stuff anyway um that’s the latest here’s my question so the heat are going to get Jimmy Butler back they go three and two without Jimmy Butler on this road road trip talking you hear the coaches and the players talk at practice today and they felt really good about that road trip but Eric spoler was also very upfront about the fact that it’s like it felt he told his team after the they got back from the road trip hey it felt like we were stressed out every single minute of that trip like it just felt like always something was happening that lets you know that this was a distraction if the pat R Pat Riley feeling like he had to come out with a statement wasn’t enough to let you know that this was a dra like air spos are coming out and saying like there was just a lot happening these last 10 days essentially um and again Jimmy Butler’s back and everybody feels good about that like the heat are a better team with Jimmy Butler on the court there’s no question about it sure I guess it’s just how do you move forward as long as this thing remains unresolved is I think they heat do a really good job of blocking out the noise I think they do a great job of keeping the main thing the main thing that’s their trademark that’s what they always say but they’re still human man and like I said Eric spoler acknowledged it Pat Riley acknowledged it by making that statement the rumors and distractions are affecting this team in some degree so how do they kind of just move forward with all of this I think the level the degree that you spoke of is what matters most is that I don’t think it’s going to be a huge distraction I think first of all local beat reporters will you know occasionally bring it up especially if they’re sidling up to a player maybe talking to them in the locker room or maybe kind of a throwin question there’s not going to be future stories written about this I don’t think it’s going to be as big a deal moving forward they continue to win they continue to lose they continue to be the team that they are and eventually this won’t be the sensationalist story that it has been over the last three four weeks when they go on the road that’s going to be a different story because then you’re going to have different reporters bringing it up and asking Eric spoler in pregame media conferences oh you know has the Jimmy Butler contract situation become a distraction for you it’s like not do you ask jackass thank you for bringing it up and so that’s when because I you were you were one of those people that would ask that yeah they have to ask it’s their job I I get it I get it I get it but I mean again there’s not gonna be any clarification though it’s like it’s gonna be brought up it’s picking at a scab when you go from Miami to New Orleans or Miami to Washington everybody’s gonna ask that pool of reporters based in that particular City somebody’s gonna ask the questioners shoot around what’s that you know where they’re going soon they got a West Coast trip coming up Phoenix Golden State like I think Phoenix is Golden State yeah Golden State phix Phoenix will be on that trip like this is all GNA come up like you said this will continue to be a story and there’s no news now but there will be news soon we know that that’s just the nature of the news cycle in the NBA and maybe Jimmy Butler should be you know quietly giving Kickbacks to Daren Fox and Zion Williamson who have been like the latest in the round of trade rumors just like hey like thanks for look making everybody look over here but we’re just one more reporter we’re just one more Bernie Lee getting on the on the phone with a national repor or just something happening from this becoming a story fire yeah nothing here has res nothing has changed a pat rally statement changes nothing a Jimmy Butler not saying nothing after the situation still is what it is Jimmy Butler wants his contract and the heat aren’t going to give it to him so I like I don’t know I I I I don’t mean to just sort of like profit in all the mud of the rumor mongering here but it just feels like like I I still don’t see why the story would be dead because nothing changed not dead it not dead it’s just I think the players are capable of handling a lot better it’s going to be as I said the occasional distraction somebody’s gonna ask them you’re doing a story on somebody you kind of talk to Bam when you’re traveling on this West Coast Road Trip you know and you ask a questions oh you know I’m doing a story on you versus Damon sabon oh hey by the way how’s the Jimmy thing coming along like okay thanks for bringing it up so you’re gonna get asked about it you don’t like it but I think as we talked about before like the players all will side with Jimmy’s perspective they’ll side with the team because I think they’re just kind of hardwired that way they they they believe in this organization I think the organization does a really good job of treating their players by and large but I mean no one’s questioned Tyler Hero’s commitment and he’s been on the trading block for four out of his you know Five Seasons or whatever like he’s been a a constant part of rumors over the last few years and and somehow he’s not the one who was asking for the new contract and and leaking that he wanted to get traded I would argue is a difference I I look I will say this I think Jimmy Butler is doing what he needs to do sure I think you’re absolutely right that the players are very good at compartmentalizing and by the way playing basketball is really hard you don’t have a lot of time to get distracted like you’re you’re doing a shoot around you’re at practice you’re planning you’re getting your body right you’re trying to take care you’re trying to just be with family and disconnect as much as you can and then when you can’t when you have to be connected you have to be totally plugged in but that’s why that’s why they call it a distraction right is because the distraction distracts away from the stuff that you’re supposed to be doing the heat more than I would argue any other team in the NBA do a better job of compartmentalizing and that starts with Pat Riley and it starts with Eric spoler at the top and it filters on down to Bam atab bio and Tyler hero they were all asked about this stuff recently and they said I wasn’t even on social media and whether or not they’re telling the truth or not same thing with Jimmy Butler not really the point but the the point is that I do think that this team has shown time and time again to be able to kind of plow through all of this stuff and even and even in 2024 going on 2025 an amazing job of just sort of again filtering everything down to the the product on the court what do we have to do to win the next game I think they do that better than anybody does and that’s why I kind of said I’m more optimistic than anybody despite the fact that this Jimmy Butler situation remains unresolved I think Jimmy’s goingon to get out there play on the court I think he’s gonna play well most like most nights uh more nights than not and I I think this team is good I don’t think they’re a contender I think they’re good enough to make the playoffs outright if Jimmy Butler’s on the team for the rest of the season they could even win a playoff series depending on what the matchup is and I think that’s fine I think that’s totally fine so whether or not this thing gets resolved before the trade deadline or in the summer I I I expect this to look more like it did now that doesn’t mean that something else can’t happen some other Domino can fall and the whole thing really blows up but right now I think we’re at a point where they can kind of just trudge along despite this thing looming over everybody yeah I agree I I think it will be as mitigated as possible they’ll put it past them they’ll move forward and even Jimmy’s comments today like he’s just going to concentrate on winning and hooping and it behooves him to be able to play well for whatever team is looking at his current playing time and the level of play and whether or not they want to offer that kind of money he like you know what he finished out that season strong he put all those distractions behind him he still carried Miami to a top four seed in the East Etc like these are the kinds of goals that as a personal on a personal level he should try to set and they just happen to be team goals as well because if he gets if he helps achieve those goals for this team then he’ll get the kind of money he wants from Miami or from somebody else I think is eventually he’ll get that kind of deal somewhere like maybe not the kind of deal he wanted elsewhere but he’ll get a better deal you know from Miami that maybe they might offer and maybe it’s not enough maybe it will just the the bridge has been burnt and he’ll want to move on to greener pastures so be it if he can get that deal elsewhere we’ll see what happens but I think it’s G to be yep I think it’s GNA be just fine I think there’s going to be some tension occasionally but they’ll they’re mature enough I think and stable enough as an organization to be able to weather that and still be able to concentrate on winning and they’re still going to be as you said they’re going to be limited anyway they’re just they’re not that great a team and you’re not going to see them flounder because they’re good enough too they’re not great they’re good they’re not great that’s just what the team GNA fall off a cliff right they’re not gonna they’re won’t gonna be able to tell that if they lose they not gonna be able to tell because it’s a distraction or because they just you know aren’t AR they’re not that good right right um I this will flare up again I don’t think it’s over but for now I think they’re in a decent enough holding pattern meanwhile uh we talked yesterday about de Fox being on whale watch David I went un locked on Kings earlier today I think Heat fans are going to be surprised with what Matt George the host of lockon Kings said was the best possible package or the best package that the heat could offer and one that podcast page YouTube page Etc um and we talked basically through some potential Deen Fox Trade packages and we talked through an assortment of different ideas right is Tyler hero involved is there a three teamer that includes Jimmy Butler going to Phoenix and other stuff going to Sacramento or whatever um and by the time we talked it all through Matt George who does an awesome job covering the Sacramento Kings um is plugged in as is a lot of people there um basically said that if it were up to him at least the package that he liked the most would be dearn Fox and then Kevin herder for salary uh matching purposes over from Sacramento for Terry Rosier Duncan Robinson haime hakz Jr and then if the heat could unlock a second first round pick they have one first round pick that they could deal right now they could potentially unlock a second one if they lift protections on on on a first that’s owed to OKC here in the near future so Rosier Duncan haime haakas Jr is the young sort of piece going back to Sacramento and then a pair of first round picks he thought that that was the better package versus anything involving Butler and he made the point and I thought this was really interesting and we basically started negotiations assuming that bam adabo is Untouchable because he is um at least in a Daren Fox trade for sure um you know the Ty the idea of having Tyler hero go there he’s like you know what you’re gonna have to pay him again pretty soon he’s gonna be worth more money than he’s he’s at now and if you trade for Tyler hero if you trade Daren Fox for Tyler hero you’re just a worst version of what you are now if you’re Sacramento like that doesn’t make much sense he’d rather have the cap relief that’s going to come from from T getting Terry Rosier in a year from now Duncan Robinson’s contract is tradable again or you know partially guaranteed for next season you get the two first round picks and a young piece in haime hakz who he seemed to be really excited about so I I was a little surprised though that that was what he deemed the best package that that he could offer now that does how does that scale against other teams and what they could potentially offer in a deal right I mean I don’t know if you got into that kind of discussion we we talked about San Antonio and he’s he said look if San Antonio just offers a bunch of first- round picks obviously the Kings would go in that direction um I I still am dubious the Houston Rockets view dearen Fox as the guy that they want to go get um I don’t know if he agreed with me on that but this was essentially assuming that for one way one reason or the other San Antonio and Houston aren’t offering better packages that they either don’t think that they want to spend all their capital on Dean Fox that they’d rather hold out for a better player or something else or that they’re going to be patient and they’re not going to do that kind of move right now um or that dearon fox has basically told them I’m not resigning with you anyway so don’t bother trading for me so um he said basically if those if a better trade doesn’t happen and it’s only Miami offering something and this is before the trade deadline so we’re talking about within the next couple months sure um that and that Sacramento felt like they needed to kind of resolve this thing sooner rather than later because it’s become such an issue he’s he he said he wouldn’t mind that package well that’s interesting what about the Lakers did he talk about them I mean a lot of people have hinted at the clutch connection and whether or not they might be interested in acquiring a player like that they just uh you know I I don’t know even Miami could beat the best Lakers offer it feels like at this point they don’t have aak P yeah there you go that’s fine interestingly enough they because they’d love a high haakas and they had the opportunity to chose not to um look I I think that’s a hell of a deal I would I would it would Miami yeah yeah it would be tough to see Duncan and haime leave but uh you know if you can get a player of dearon Fox’s caliber and you can retain Jimmy Butler and who knows what’ll happen next year but I mean that’s that’s a core of a team that could win a championship this year I think if you have Tyler Jimmy bam and you add dearon Fox to that mix over the last two months of the season I mean could couldn’t they beat the bosson Celtics couldn’t they beat the Cleveland Cavaliers I mean couldn’t they beat I don’t know they have a much better chance I mean that’s that’s a team that is as good as anybody I mean that is a that is a team that is to answer your question yes could they in a seven game series of course of course right now it’s it’s absolutely not like they he’d have no chance about of beating Cleveland or Boston the way that they’re currently constructed but you had dearen Fox is the team that they essentially already have right then has a chance but I think they’re clearly in that next tier you know whether you know with the Knicks and maybe the Milwaukee Bucks and the Orlando Magic and these other teams that we’re talking about there yeah I mean you’re you’re losing some shooting in in Duncan obviously but Kevin herder’s no sled in that department and so that would be an interesting addition you’re keeping Tyler that they’d have to include a g and you’re keeping Tyler and you’ve got Nico and and Kil and I mean so you you’re not blowing up your your young future unfortunately again having to move a player like ha you know but it it brings him closer to his California Roots right I mean that that that’s something he could look forward to I saw suppose I mean you could kind of spin it that way an opportunity to play Closer to the home closer to the family and it’s got to cost you something at the end of the day I mean steer and fox that we’re talking about and if it costs Hae hawz Jr it’s okay like again it he’s a fan favorite but you’re getting here and fox so it’s gonna have to C something yeah and the picks would be tough but I mean it’s not like Miami really values her anyway I mean they’ll they’ll find somebody else undrafted and they’ll turn them into a workable player because that’s that’s what they do and again you kind of retain a big moving forward that’s that’s the thing maybe you’ve got Tyler you bam if you wind up losing Jimmy anyway which seems to be the case at least you still have a nice comfortable core maybe not a championship contending core but certainly a playoff bound contending core and if you can still find ways of adding to that mix eventually I think you’re still in a pretty good place and so it looks that sounds like a really good deal I don’t know if Miami’s moving forward with anything like that I think there’d have to be much more pressure on Sacramento to move things did he give you any kind of sense of the timeline there like do they want to move on from Fox as he burnt a bridge there as as that fan base turned on him to such a degree he said that everybody has essentially I it feels like King’s fans have accepted that Daren Fox is gonna not be long for Sacramento whether it’s before the tread deadline or after but it wouldn’t it wouldn’t he said basically as soon as they fired Mike Brown he’s saying it it you kind of have to reset the whole thing it it just is what it is now that’s him saying it I there’s no way to know exactly what Sacramento is going to do here but um never no I mean they’re the most broken organiz I made the argument the other day that there was broken organization in Pro Sports I mean like it’s even when they take a step forward two years ago they take multiple steps back and I’m sorry Jets fans like it’s like Sacramento’s worse you know like it’s it’s awful at least the kings are at least the Jets are making money in the meantime but is the worst franchise in the NBA like I feel like there should be others in the NBA no question I’m talking about pro sports like who’s worse than Sacramento I mean you could look at other teams in baseball like the A’s Etc like constantly cost cutting and stuff like that but I mean this is a aren’t broken they’re like dead like I they’re beyond they’re already bured expired yeah like no I even argued like at least I mean I don’t know like you could argue maybe the Marlins but like it’s just oh
