disappointing day today um uh you know left left plays out there made mistakes at times uh it’s never going to be a perfect game but um you know you certainly point to some different different moments that were important that uh we didn’t capitalize and um and now we got to look forward to uh you know what we still have in front of us and uh try to get healthy this next week get to Vegas and um you know and try to find a way to win there and then uh see if we can string it together uh in the last stretch of the season but um certainly disappointing day today and uh um that’s those are my thoughts take any questions you have uh yeah Kurt uh the turnovers and the penalties how do you all try to eliminate those moving forward U to help you all out play better yeah you know the penalties are hard for me to say um you know I I’d have to kind of go back and watch each one to understand kind of why they’re happening um and the during the game it happened so fast I think uh you know certainly the first turnover is one that I can I can correct I can uh you know whether throw it away whether move forward you know play off schedule avoid a sack whatever you got to do um but don’t need to force the ball in that window and then um second one was tough um would have liked to have put the ball more to the inside um they brought a good pressure and uh and I thought byon Murphy made a good play you all getting tied up 21 to 21 or you s that okay now let’s make a push here but then things kind of went sideway yeah I was I was encouraged when we was 2121 felt good about it um but you know next time we got the ball back was 3521 and it had a little bit of a different uh different tener to the game at that point your emotions com back just gratitude for the six years I got to spend here and the people I got to work with and I got to see some of them post game and uh I’m just uh grateful for uh for you know the impact they’ve had on me what’s your take on the uh the fan reaction coming out T what you think what you expect and how you feel with it is a great fan base and I expected them to you know make it hostile and they did a good job with that you all are uh uh not in first place anymore how do you all uh try to move forward here with four games to go just play your schedule you know Focus one week at a time one day at a time and um just try to have great habits on your way to uh getting ready to play Vegas and um you know and and when you take it one day at a time we’ll just have to get to the end of this run and and see where we stand on January 5th or 6th whatever it is but um until then you just got to play out your schedule the best you can and see where it leads you so you Kevin a little the field what he uh yeah he just said he was grateful for me I said the same and um know he’s a great Coach and he’s doing a great job this year you’re such an opponent of week to week and you say when this team was winning game but how difficult does that become when you haven’t won in a month and you’re not playing the way you want to play yeah no it’s uh it’s never easy um in pro football you get tested and um you know we’re there right now um but as you said you know win or lose you kind of have to be able to apply the same process each week and and um you know and and get better get better you know whether you’re winning or losing you got to find a way to always continuously improve and um certainly that’s you know important this week said thought you play better this week you did last how do you analyze how your performing right now yeah last week was a low bar but um I felt better today felt more like myself felt more like myself today do do you allow yourself to measure yourself up against what Sam’s doing knowing that he just replaced year yeah Sam’s played great had a great year um did a great job today and um you know I’m happy for him in the way he’s playing and the way those guys are uh are are enrolling 500 yard intal offense so you know usually that’s a pretty good sign but this the efficiency that you guys kind of strl with this seasonest and stuff yeah yeah I think it’s uh finishing drives with with touchdowns instead of field goals I think it’s uh you know trying to avoid the penalties I think it’s trying to eliminate those those turnovers and um you know the game’s always about points and so you got to come away with points more than more than yards yards are are an indicator but um but uh got to turn them into points from the outside look at and the Temptation would be to say were the six and three Falcons the real Falcons are these four Falcons the real Falcons where do you land on that question I think you just play your schedule and you um you again feel like it’s a week- to week league and uh when you’re when you’re playing well you usually aren’t as good as people are telling you when they’re patting you on the back and and if you’re in a rut you know you’re usually not as bad as as you know people kind of leaving you for dead and uh the reality is usually somewhere in the middle and um um you know we just have to keep playing and see where the dust settles when we get to January I know it’s always said that quarterbacks get too much of the credit too but as you look at your plan recently how do you feel you’re contributing to the teams ever yeah I would love to love to be playing uh you know with a lot more production um and uh it’s been disappointing you know the last four weeks to not have a touchdown pass um so would like that to be different and hope that we can you know in the last stretch year of the Season turn that around
