Lakers Nation what is going on so today we got a resear report coming out about a few hours ago from Evan cidy and NBA teams have recently checked in on the trade availability involving the Charlotte Hornets a big man Nick Richards he’s averaging C Highs at 11.6 points per game and 10.2 rebounds per game which is solid uh 1.8 assist shooting 62.1% from the field and 69.6% from the free the line uh 1.9 blocks near to two blocks 0.4 steals nine games play eight starts and he’s actually averaging a CER high in minutes in total 26 Point minutes tonight so that is solid for him but also he is under contract for the next two NBA Seasons at $5 million average annual salary so that is pretty cheap that is pretty reasonable that’s affordable if the Lakers want to get in trade talks involving Nick Richards but he could be a uh big man that can help contending teams and a keep peace and rotation right but also I will say about a month ago there was a report coming from uh Brett SE on NB Central on the Twitter page that the Lakers definitely express interest in shooting for Nick Richards but also the Lakers really lack that uh depth at the center position uh Christian Wood has had surgery but he hasn’t played a single game the season uh Jackson a has been out for like the last one week or two weeks because he’s dealing with the ankle spring and also Jerry velt he’s dealing with setbacks he’s targeting early uh January so we’ll see when he does come back hopefully but I wouldn’t mind if the Lakers do trade him at this point because he’s not there and best availability is availability I think that’s how you say you get what I’m trying to say but also Jared vanderbelt can play the small ball five depending on certain matchups he could play one through four he’s a switchable Defender but also I would say Nick Richards he’s 27 years of age he’s young and 7 days ago there is a resear report according to Mike Scott of hoopy that the charlott Hornet is willing to trade uh Nick Richard for at least two second round draft pcks so they did reveal the asking price that is very reasonable if starting center Mark Williams can get and stay healthy and several Executives around the league who spoke with hoopai believe it would take at least uh two second round picks of pry uh Nick Richards from Charlotte in the eyes of those Executives however in Aster to that equation is the health of starting center are Mark Williams who has yet to play this season and Nick riches is a double double machine he’s a r prot he saw it he’s a elite shot blocker rebounder and he’s great at sending screens uh finishing around the basket he’s a lot threat he has a physicality he has the tools and he’s a 2-a player that the Lakers can use next to Anthony Davis so the Lakers are aware that they need to trade for Center but I will show you his height and his weight so he is 7 feet tall he’s not under sized and he weighs about 245 lbs so you guys let me know in the comment section how do you guys feel about the support I’m really high on Nick Richards I know his value is not as high as a Jonas Valen Tunis or a Nia vich but in my personal opinion I think he’s more of a need and I’m actually higher on him than Jonas valunas that’s just my personal opinion but the charlott Hornet they’ve been using him as a backup center because of the injuries that they’ve been dealing with and I’m pretty sure he hasn’t played uh recently because he’s dealing with the injury but you guys let me know in the comment section once again how do you guys feel about the support would you guys be willing to get an Nick Richards but his salary is pretty cheap maybe you can include Jay Hino maybe some second round picks because that pretty much get the job done and I’m out of your peace
