uh high of 155 that’s with uh that’s the lower kind of low numbers because you know as a Cubs player it’s also really tough you’re trying is still trying to get to adjust with the uh with uh with the MLB um with the MLB system but it also too he has not played he has played much games he only played 36 games as as a cub cuz he kepts being called up and then optioned down to to the minor leagues again it’s been it’s been the roller coaster if you know what I’m trying to say but if he is on the Cubs team he has an average of 155 and I’m talking career numbers with the Cubs 155 total 222 in OBS as LG 259 Ops 481 36 games play like I just said 27 games played in 2023 only nine in 2024 uh 116 net bats nine runs in 18 hits not bad um three home runs that’s awesome 14 RBI nine balls 40 strikeouts though and no stolen base yet and we just acquire someone who was number four MLB ranking in 2020 MLB top prospect in the year 2023 in exch in exchange for Fel bruhan that that the Cubs have now have uh personally reading all this in my opinion you could take it because I you know this fan base with the with the way how the front office has been has been doing this for the for the past you know 30 years with a bunch of rebuilds and it’s all [ __ ] to say least but this one I kind of like it we need the we need the power we need to we need the power we need we still need to build up the farm system and in fact we kind of stole it from the Chicago Cubs you know as good as bruhan is um um as good as it is this is a better contact hitter this is kind of like a Lise arise uh type of player that the the monets had in the last couple of years Louis arise a good contact hitter he can definitely had the contact of the baseball especially when he was dominant in the Triple A’s um and if he can he can continue that myth the farm system that will help us that will help the farm system a lot more but also to he might go into the major league system relatively soon relatively soon I say to talk about meris um I like this trade personally bruhan has not been that kind of guy to be honest with you um he’s been kind of sluggish and when he does get going it’s been pretty Rarity it’s a rarity that he does get things going with the Marlins but um he could definitely join the list of batters that we have that can help with the contact hitting the power hitting maybe he can have some good plays at the first base side uh muris like I said a a top one of the former top 100 uh player uh rank Prospect in 2023 and I think it’s and I think it’s a big trade for us to say the least so good job by Peter bendex in my opinion darn good job with this one I think people should like this trade people people should enjoy this trade CU I personally enjoy it I think it’s a good
