[Music] let’s take a look at the lineup analysis tool within the just play stat Factory we’re going to use Texas men’s basketball today but as you can see I can select any division one team I want here on the right I have the option to add the opponent split here on the right as well which is going to be the defensive split for those lineups I’m going to go ahead and check that box I can then go ahead and select if I want to look at full five player lineups four three two all the way down to a single player’s individual impact I can also select to look at only lineups with a certain player or a certain group of players involved if I click on the games tab here I can then look at any split that I want to see or any selection of games that I want for today I’m going to leave this at overall this is going to load the lineups for me and depending on the team it’s going to load quite a few if I click on fields here I can then add whatever stats I want to look at for each lineup and we have a wide variety of options here today I’m going to add effective field goal percentage as well as points per possession and points plus minus lastly I can also look at any situation that I want so let’s say I only want to look at lineup performances late in games I can click into the situation tab select the second half and then set the game clock to be the last five minutes this is now going to show us only lineups that have played in the last five minutes of games and it’s going to show us how many minutes they have played within those last five minutes if I click these off you can see that I also have all kinds of other options here I can adjust the shot clock or the score margin for example and I can see how lineups are playing in really any given situation if I click the filter tab here at the bottom I can filter this down to just a specific number of lineups in this case let’s say I only want to see the top five lineups by minutes I can also set parameters here to only see lineups that fit certain requirements so let’s say I only want to see lineups that have played at least 20 minutes at the bottom you’re always going to have this totals option this is going to be the total of all lineups in whatever set of games I’ve selected so in this case it’s the five player lineups for Texas we can see that they’re shooting an overall 49.2% from the floor and allowing a 38.9% field goal percentage and this is the team’s overall plus minus and that is the lineup tool in the just play stat Factory thanks for watching
