manager out there are making three or four changes every game yes Chelsea do make a lot of changes for for the European games so maybe Chelsea is is another one but the manager is using players and he’s managing to change players a lot of players and maintain a level of understanding maintain a level of cohesion he’s able to still change his players and maintain his system the players are slowly starting to understand what is required of them remember when I said guys that ten hog it seems as if only the first 11 can play a certain way and once ten hog change makes any sort of changes it all unravels why is that why isn’t every single player in your 24 Squad learned to play the system why isn’t everyone being cult the same way like ten hog had favorites and ten hog played the same players over and over again and ran players into the ground and the reason why he that he had to do that is because his way of playing was more relying on individual Brilliance from Individual players like Bruno and relying on garnacho to do something relying on rashford to randomly do something so he heavily depend relied on the individual Brilliance of the players where if you implement a system that works a system that’s proven to work for four years straight the individual players aren’t the most important thing it’s the system and therefore you need to find the right profiles to fit in a system goal but his overall 90 performance wasn’t good so the thing is how to how do you assess that how do you assess that performance because I know a lot of people will be like rashford is back rashford is back he scored two goals though but he scored two goals though it doesn’t matter because he scored goals and those S of fans those S of like ends to the means rather than means to the end yeah I it doesn’t matter how we get there as long as we score those sort of fans we scored we scored doesn’t listen if you play good and if you play good football you will score goals anyway so the means yeah matter you can’t of say we played rabbish but he scored so he deserves to start the next game no cuz he he’s going to play rabbish the next game and he won’t score this I rather have a player who contributes to the team even when he’s not scoring than a player that only ever contributes when he doesn’t score so when he doesn’t score I mean when he does score so when he doesn’t score he’s offered absolutely nothing else a lot of you guys love those S of players those those Harland type players that if they don’t score they’re really not contributing anything else to the team I I don’t like those S of players I like footballers who like to play football who will contribute even when they’re not scoring that’s what I like today was a good performance rashan not so much Zaki warmed up into the game and got better and better as the game went on zi for me I would give zi the man of the match because of the stick that he’s been getting from the fans and today he just showed that you know I ain’t got pace and I still can’t run him behind but with good players around me with players to balance the ball off I can retain possession of the ball which is what we need we need ball retention further up the field and we had that with xery today he offered us when the ball came up to him you have a bounce it back like a brick wall or try to hold on to it and some of the passes to the Wingers some of the passes from zerit like Amad today were just nice crisp passes listen at the end of the day one thing is clear all three of our Strikers are now scoring goals all three of us Strikers in the space of four days three days have had braces zi to rashford two hland two our free Strikers have scored two goals today I mean two goals over the last four days we never thought that would happen we’re scoring goals and these Strikers that don’t score goals are now scoring goals so what that teaches us is that give them some chances cuz most Strikers need about two or three chances to score anyway even the best ones give these guys some chances some good chances and who knows we might start seeing our strier score some goals we will see be happy if you’re a man united fan be happy today because it was a good performance and we are getting better back four back four back three back five if you want to call him fine Amad no problems with ammad today the Midfield to like I said I liked Kobe Kobe is is Kobe was is Kobe’s first match back for a while so I’m not going to lay on Kobe too much he was okay but I don’t think playing deep is his thing he his distribution is not that great he he prefers the short passes Kobe he’s Kobe’s not going to get the ball and do a 35 yard pass or 40 yard pass that’s not him um he might drop a shoulder and might be able to be a bit more pressed resistance but he’s not Mobile in that position he doesn’t cover the grass he’s not aggressive either um so I don’t think longterm that’s his position um yeah Bruno was fine today in that 10 row I think Bruno is better because he’s losing the ball less he’s taking care of the ball a lot more now I think that’s a that’s an explicit instruction from the manager that it has to be because he’s changed a lot so all in all positives man I’m looking forward to the next game the next match is against Arsenal the way that Arsenal are playing right now I’m not going to lie system or no system where the Arsenal are playing I expect Arsenal to beat us but let me being honest but we never know we never know against arsenal we do like to raise our game but yeah guys there you have it
