welcome in to my offseason projections bringing my free agent predictions trade predictions and new predictions players I have not gone on a record for yet bringing them all into one video now I must add this disclaimer I’m recording this on Saturday it is going to run Sunday evening I’m doing this because I’m getting on a flight tomorrow morning Sunday morning so fingers crossed that nothing happen between this afternoon and tomorrow night when this actually runs anything that completely derails something that I’m about to talk about in this video so just want to put that disclaimer out there let’s begin make sure to hit that like if you enjoy your time here and subscribe if you have not yet first up we’re going to be getting in the National League the Washington Nationals I want them to make a splash I want them to add a Frontline starter they have some needs in the bullpen they also could use a first baseman so let’s go flarity that’s the splash I want the Washington Nationals to go out there and grab a piece that can be again Frontline starter can start to uh turn the corner as the gats start to look at a competing window here flarity can sort of be that first big signing tles they need that first baseman they need that bat uh adino seaal after Trevor Williams being non-tendered we need we needed some Bullpen pieces as it was now we just need to have more urgency there so give me ovino middle relief sea Wald maybe late Innings maybe he gets a shot to be a closer again with the Washington Nationals Philadelphia Phillies are next and I am going to identify a trade here we know that they want to shake some things up so we’re going to talk about a trade we’re going to talk about the area that I think is tops the number one area to focus on that’s the bullpen so I want to see them bring Tanner Scott on board the best reliever available in the free agent Marketplace I want them to bring Jeff Hoffman back he thrived in Philadelphia after it looked like his career was just going to Circle the Drain so he did great things for Philly Philly did great things for him let’s bring them back and we got a trade Alec B I believe this Philadelphia team there’s talk about them trading Nanos you want to shake it up well the best way to do it is to move the piece that carries the most value and that is Alec bom let’s move on to the New York Mets we have a lot here I want to bring back the guy that feels like he’s a Mets I want to bring back a couple more pieces too and I want to make a big trade I want to make a Big Splash in the trade market so let’s bring Pete Alonzo back let’s not mess around with Alex bregman and moving ventosa first none of that let’s go get Pete Alonzo the trade for Luis Castillo there are a couple of teams that can pull this off and it makes sense for both sides and the New York Mets are one of them the starting pitching is is pivotal uh they they do uh some really good work in Talent acquisition for that rotation bringing sha manah back would be huge I think they’re going to bring someone back whether it’s manah srino or canana I think one of them comes back and if I had to pick one I’m picking manah so let’s trade for Luis Castillo let’s sign Shawn manah and looking at how Jesse Winker did with the Mets I think he would be a great piece to work into that DH equation now you’re probably going to have to also go out and get a ready bat this is not everything uh this is just what I’m comfortable and what I want to again project for the New York Mets there’s more than this obviously there’s more for all of these teams let me make that clear too but I feel like if you are the Mets and you’re looking for adding pieces Jesse Winker did really well fit well and and the the fan base loved him so let’s bring Wier back let’s bring Mania back bring Alonzo back go trade for Castillo those are my Mets predictions or projections Marlins are next and we can move quickly through this one I think you got to trade Hast lazardo that is job one I don’t think I’m not going to go as far as trading Sandy alcantra but I think it could be on the table but lardo’s got to go and I have Haney in herec or Heeney because I have Heeney in my uh 30 free agent predictions one prediction for every team so we’re going again we’re pulling in pieces from all of the the prediction and projection video so we have Heeney a uh the Miami Marlins are going to need a arm that can log some Innings and maybe be enticing or appealing at the trade deadline and I think Andrew Haney would be that let’s go to the Atlanta Braves next and this one this one is interesting um well let’s just dive into it so I want adamus I want Willie adamus at shortstop there’s a lot of talk about Willie adamus for half of the league right now but I want Alex anthopolos to step up and get this job done I need to add another starting p I’m looking at a guy like canana and I feel like there is a blockbuster trade and I have question marks here we don’t have too many placeholders in fact there may only be one other instance in this whole video where we have a placeholder but I feel like there’s a blockbuster trade to be had and so many different names that we could go and the name of dois Garcia sort of popped into my mind as I was doing this because there’s rumors that the Rangers might actually move him that they’re so well off with their lineup offensively the Texas Rangers are now Garcia is like the heartbeat of that team SO trading him just seems unfathomable but it’s out there so we’re including it here today wouldn’t he be just a a classic Alex anthopolos masterclass trade move to go out and get a dois Garcia send some pitching prospects to the Rangers and bring Garcia on on board and again we’re talking about a Braves team and Alex anthopolos motivated situation after last year where you can’t leave anything to chance big moves have to happen so I like the adamus signing and I like a blockbuster trait just pinpointing who it could be this is Alex anas he’s talking to everybody so we’ll sort of put a little uh question mark next to adolis Garcia as a possibility here let’s move on to the Cincinnati Reds next let’s go to the central and I have some moves here and I’m already looking at my next slide and I forgot to take something off so you’ll have to bear with me here um I want them to so you see the Indian singer stuff yeah I know I I I was I’ve been working on this for like a week so you have the profar thing I I would really like to see them bring jerks and profar in and add him to that Outfield uh I think it would be a perfect signing this team this Red’s team really disappointed offensively last last year and you know you have Matt mlan coming back you’re going to need some pieces here you just traded Jonathan India away so that creates a need for a bat so let’s go get profar we’re trading India we’re trading for singer again I put this in in my defense I put this in when we first heard that this was a possibility like a I don’t know what was it three four days ago from Ken Rosenthal I think it was cuz it was perfect I loved the idea of this trade having that happened uh and it did come through so I like uh I like what they did I felt like India had been in the trade rumor mill long enough you had to move him uh it’s not fair for him to constantly live in the trade winds so I’m glad they did that and I think singer is a very nice is not putting it uh strongly enough I think it’s a great trade for the Cincinnati Reds now when you look at that rotation as a whole so um the Reds have kind of accomplished some of the things that I was targeting for them to do this off season let’s go get that bat now go get profar add more to the bullpen too let’s add the Pittsburgh Pirates up here next and I would like to see and we’re going to have another placeholder here uh I think this is a Andrew McCutchen return I think that is certain to happen this also feels like it could be an Anthony Rizzo location they could use the first baseman they just sent Connor Joe out I know they’ve got they they’ve got guys that that are working up through the system but this Pittsburgh team kind of owes it to the young Talent that’s there and has proven itself already to surround those guys with some veteran bats and those younger guys that are on the rise look Rizzo will be a one-year deal muta will be a one-year deal get some veterans in to work with the young guys to give those players that are coming up some is a a a a experienced veteran that they can learn from all while maybe Pittsburgh tries to compete next year I mean look that rotation is going to be amazing so let’s just get let’s get some veteran presence in this lineup and I feel like there is a trade uh a trade with Trump maybe uh muten signing because I mean look I I would really like a Brent Rooker trade for the Pittsburgh Pirates but the A’s are saying they’re not going to trade him so for now we’re going to just we’re going to follow that uh guidance and we’re going to keep Rooker out of this video but this if there was a Brett Rooker trade feels like a great spot they could send some of their young pitching that has not debuted yet but looks really good down at the bed League level and get the power bat let’s move on to the Milwaukee Brewers next and this is a short and sweet one I think we are going to be trading Devin Williams and I think we could add a another starting pitcher not at top of the rotation guy but a guy like Charlie Morton feels like the fit now if you’re a Brewers fan and you feel like Allan Ashby has to be in that rotation then you don’t like my Charlie Morton pick here but I feel like after Ashby let’s say Ashby let’s say somebody gets hurt right you you can put all your hopes on on Woodruff coming back and and being perfect they need some depth because if somebody gets hurt or somebody struggles you’re right back to DL Hall and what has DL Hall done his entire career struggled as a starting pitcher so we need another starting pitcher in Milwaukee and I like the idea of Charlie Morton on a one-year deal Cubs are next up and sticking with my predictions from the beginning the guys if you’re wondering if I’m going to make any uh real strong pivots or or adjustments from any predictions I have already made I’m I’m really not going to do that until we start seeing big name free agents move and then creating sort of that domino effect to where you have to because now the path that I had laid out in my mind for that player to that team starts to look murky there’s too many obstacles in the way so I’m not going to change anything yet even though there’s news and rumors and Leverage and everything flying all around uh I just want to make that clear that I’m not changing any predictions yet so that means I still have Snell to the Chicago Cubs I know there’s a lot of Red Sox talk there’s the Snell talk all over the place but I feel like the Chicago Cubs are a really good landing spot I also need to add some Bullpen pieces if I am the Cubs holes Andrew schaen this team needs a lefty reliever a staple a strong solid Lefty reliever that they can go to schaen would be that so give me a couple Bullpen pieces give me a topof the rotation Edition with Blake Snell and the Cubs are improving Cardinals are next trade Ryan helsley get him out of town final year of arbitration got to move them I feel like this team needs to add a starting pitcher and they’re not going to be looking to spend a lot of money in this area they’re going to be looking for value and I feel like turnball could be perfect after how well he pitched for Philly last year having him come over to St Louis would be a great addition I don’t I don’t think he’s going to cost a lot uh after how well he pitched and then he went down and he got hurt and he was working his way back so he’ll be ready for spring training you’ll have a guy that is motivated and probably will be looking for a one-year deal 10 million bucks and going out there to try to prove it so he can get uh a a larger a longer higher uh aav contract sorry I’m getting distracted here so I like the idea of Turnbull and trying to trade Nolan AR ronado I say try I yes I am I am projecting that they will try to trade Aeron a I don’t think they’re actually going to because I don’t see a team that is going to pay for Aeron and I don’t see the Cardinals paying for him to go away because he’s still a draw so they will try to trade aado Rockies are next up and I’m going to have the Rockies targeting some starting pitching Kikuchi Montas I think that this Rockies team can is is going to talk themselves into a a winning approach for 2025 look it’s one of those things where it’s better to just be really bad for for a couple of years look the fan base is kind of like blah right now anyway so just go be really bad but I think they’re going to because this front office does not do the right thing in my opinion they’re going to go out there they’re going to spend some money in starting pitching is my projection it will be for not because they will continue to lose but they’ll win 65 games which I doesn’t help you any it’s it’s better to just rip the Band-Aid off and and only win 40 games uh 50 games than to live in that high 60s low 7s and I think that’s where the Rockies are going to be shooting for this year so give me two starting pitching additions for the Rockies Padre’s are next up and this is probably going to be underwhelming for Padres fans and I apologize in advance but this Padre’s team is at a really interesting spot from a financial perspective and from a trade from from the perspective of being able to pull off trades they need a starting pitcher we’re going to do that uh you had you saw how I have profar to the Reds so we need to replace him and they need a catcher so let’s check those three boxes Justin Verlander Tyler O’Neal and Alias Diaz bringing Diaz back I know he was not good in the short period of time that he was a padre last year but he’s good so we’re going to add Diaz Tyler O’Neal is your replacement for jerks a proar and just a Verlander helps fill out that rotation they can’t spend a ton of money and from a trading perspective the names that are being thrown around I’ll be surprised I’ll just put it that way if they really get into some of the big Marquee names because this is a team that look they can’t trade for Luis Robert and take the 20 million they don’t have the prospects to get Garrett crochet they’re just in a weird spot so I think they will make some additions but I don’t think it’ll be like we’ve seen in years past Giants are next got a big off season for the Giants coming with Buster posy in charge Corbin Burns come on down I think it’s going to be the Giants or the Orioles I know the Dodgers are also in play too but this goes back to my prediction from my top 10 free agents again I’m not changing anything yet we’re going to go Burns to the Giants I’m going to have a Yandy Diaz trade here it could use a first baseman upgrade lamama Wade can play all over the place Yandy Diaz would be a great piece and I think the Rays May forced into it with the stadium situation adding pieces to bolster that Bullpen Kirby Yates Jose L clar let’s add to the Giants Bullpen this would be a this would be the major pieces they can pull this off of a fantastic off season Dodgers are next up we got a lot coming here too signing Roki Sasaki I know at this point it’s not cool to say Roki to the Dodgers anymore it’s all about the Padres or the Red Sox or the the Cubs if you saw Jeff pass’s latest piece but I’m going to stay here Roki you know me with Max freed somehow someway I got a trade for Luis Robert this is a team that could execute a trade for Luis Robert and signing hasson Kim you’re going to have mooki bets moving back to the infield let’s get mooki at second let’s have hang Kim at Short Gavin Lux is going to have to go away in a trade I don’t have that here because I ran out of room but this is a this would be a very very active this would be a very splashy off season for the Dodgers and we have the trade for Robert you have not we have not gotten to the American League yet that tells you what I think about the teoscar Hernandez future we’re going to have him moving on but to replace him I’m going to have the trade with the white sock for Luis Robert the Diamondbacks are next this is a quick one I want him to bring Christian Walker back I think that has to be objective number one objective number two has to be trading Jordan montg get him out of town there’s there’s the relationship isn’t there he didn’t pitch well just move on pay for him to move on let’s go to the American League next and we’ll begin with the Yankees we’re bringing stto back signing stto trading for Devon Williams this is my trade partner for with the Brewers to land Deon Williams the Yankees felt it you have got to have an incredible lights out bullpen in October got to start building that now trading for Devin Williams the third base piece so DJ Leu is working his way back DJ’s got to go to first look after the way things played out in the World Series you’ve got to put your guys in positions to succeed having Jazz Chism at third base isn’t going to work having DJ lahu at third base isn’t going to work so let’s go with the defensive-minded Gio orella for third base and the reason why again all of these pieces fit into the pegs together on the same board so I can’t have you know uh who do we want to make up here for third base um anybody why why am I blanking on third base that bregman bregman is blocking me I have bregman on my mind and that’s not going to happen because it’s the Yankees but let me put it this way when I think about what the Yankees are going to do for their infield and their upgrades I don’t think they have to make the splash just go be defensive minded here Gio Orel at third base would be defensive minded you can move jazz to second base DJ could be at first base vulp is at short and you have a better defensive infield than if you get fancy and try to sign Pete Alonzo and then DJ lameu is playing third or jazz is playing third and because you maybe cut DJ lahu put guys in position to succeed I’m taking way too long to get through this I apologize and we’re trading Market strowman you didn’t trust him to pitch even uh to one batter in October you don’t need him to get through the season you have enough pitching so we’re trading Marcus strowman too the rays are next and I feel like we’re going to add some Bullpen here I like going after a big name Carlos Estes but this is a team that’s going to probably feel it financially with what’s going on with the stadium so they’re going to have to trade Yandy Diaz all that trade talk is going to build up and culminate in an actual deal as you saw earlier with the San Francisco Giants is my prediction because this team is going to be playing at steinbrener field uh so going be playing a minor league Ball Park they’re having all sorts of trouble so I think they’re going to be forced into that move but they are going to then need a first baseman and I’ve got a Josh Bell signing let’s go to the but they’re still going to compete that’s why we have the EST ofes thing cuz this team is going to be good enough to compete imagine that imagine postseason games being hosted at Stein Brer field in October it could happen let’s go to the Boston Red Sox next now there’s a lot of talk about them spending big time money and well let’s just get to it um I don’t have that I have them making some traits I think we’re going to see a trade partnership with the angels to bring Ward over give them their righty bat that they’re looking for I think we’re also going to have a trade for Jordan Montgomery they were talking last off season let’s make it happen especially especially if the Diamondbacks are willing to pay for Montgomery to leave and Walker bu pitching starting pitching specifically has to be a major priority so you’re bringing in Walker beer you’re bringing in Montgomery you’re upgrading that rotation now Walker beer is going to be a one-year deal 15 million bucks but we’re going to bolster that rotation with berer Montgomery and Hal and ba and starting to sound pretty good right I know it’s not Snell or freed or Burns but we have other destinations for those players Orioles are next up and I’m going to have them focusing on pitching in a big way we’re going to sign Luis srino and we are going to trade for Garrett crochet this will be our crochet destination and we’re going to trade Ryan Mount Castle after what Jonathan India just went for you have to trade Ryan Mount Castle you can get a starting pitcher that slots into the three or four spot for Ryan Mount Castle if you get something similar to what the Reds got for Jonathan India you have to do that trade now absolutely have to I know Mount Castle in India are two different players but Mount Castle carries significant value just like Jonathan India you can get a good piece for your rotation back Blue Jays are next up are Blue Jays fans going to be happy about this I don’t know uh let’s go I think we need a lefty bat and I think we need pop so give me Jack Peterson I think that the Toronto Blue Jays are going to have to come to the realization this off seon that they cannot sign both and it would not be wise to move forward with both Bo and vlat SO trading Bo bashet I think this team is still even if they are trading for B they’re not giving up obviously they’ll be working out their extension for Vladimir Guerrero Jr if they trade bashet so we got to trade for the closer Ryan Helly I do have my questions on if Toronto can put together a significant package to get Hesley but that’s for them to figure out that’s for me to project and then Danny Jansen I can see a Danny Jansen return I don’t think his Market’s going to be that strong and I’m sure ton values what he brings to the table I can see chaning back on a short-term deal the Chicago White Socks are next and this is short and sweet trade Garrick crochet trade Luis Roberts don’t get fancy Chris gets just get the job done let’s move on Minnesota Twins are next and this one’s kind of quick too uh I think we need to add a starting pitcher I like adding Lorenzen I think he would be a great piece they don’t need to go and add a top of the rotation starter that I don’t think they can afford it but a guy like Lorenzen feels like a good fit and trading for Mount Castle bringing him in to be your first baseman they have to upgrade this team they have to make some changes last year’s team fell apart so you cannot just run it back bringing in renen for the rotation trading for Ryan M Castle would be two upgrades that I think can help Minnesota sort of compete not sort of will compete uh in the central next season the Detroit Tigers are next talk about competing in the Cal I think this is your central winner and we’re going to be aggressive this is my tasar Hernandez destination we’re looking for the righty bat we’re not going to have it be bregman we’re going to go tasar here I think we need to grab some starting pitching Max Sherer bring Max back to Detroit there’s some Buzz or not some buzz but there’s some hype around the idea of Justin Verlander coming back to Detroit well let’s bring Max sherzer back to Detroit let’s do that pair him with Terk scoel at the top of that rotation and we’re going to trade for Marcus strowman this is a team that could use strowman to fit into that three or four spot get through the regular season log Innings put uh put a competitive effort forward the New York Yankees can move on from strowman because as soon as he’s gone then Warren takes that spot in the rotation and because they have Cortez they have enough pitching the Yankees do they don’t need strowman the Detroit ERS could actually use a guy like strowman the Kansas City Royals are next and I’m going to project well here we go again like I said I I left this from before I’ve been working on this for a week if you saw the Cincinnati piece you’re going to see the connection here um we do have the trade for India but more specifically more impactful go out and sign Anthony San there especially after the trade for Jonathan India get the santand dere deal done this line up with India now sere add him to right field and the Kansas City Royals with that pitching will be the look Detroit and Kansas City will just battle next year and who comes out on top I don’t have one for you but I do know that KC and Detroit with those teams that we’re I’m talking about building would be some great battles the Cleveland Guardians are next and we’re going to trade Josh Naylor I think that has to happen heading into his final year of arbitration we’re going to bring Bieber back in a one-year deal and if we’re trading Naylor we’re going to need a DH to fit in there or we’re going to grab JD Martinez on a one-year deal probably 10 one year 78 N1 million to keep some punch in that Cleveland Guardians lineup W won’t be the same punch as what Naylor brought but it’s will be something will be better than what they have internally the Texas Rangers are next let’s go out west and I’m going to be very aggressive with the Rangers off season now they can’t go crazy with their spending but they can make a couple of Trades and make some things work so I’m going to have this as my Jesus lazardo destination I want to see them go out and trade for lazardo add him into that rotation mix I think this could also be a great Nick pavetta Destin ation and look look it’s not going to have to be $20 million a year it’s not going to have to be the qualifying offer amount aav for three or four years for Nick Peta that’s not the deal Nick Peta declines that because it it do I want to make $21 million this year or do I want to sign a three-year deal for $50 million the latter is what I would rather do so I think Texas can afford Peta they can afford lardo’s arbitration they got to add pieces to that Bullpen with Yates and the clerk as free agents so we’re going to go after a big one in Blake trining and these moves are probably going to mean that the Rangers are going to have to send some payroll out the door and that’s why we have a Nathaniel low trade Seattle Mariners are next up and this is big I got some big stuff here okay we’re going to trade Luis Castile we talked about that already trading him to the New York metch you saw that earlier in the video but this is going to be my Alec bom team I think the Seattle Marin they they well they have the need specifically for the third baseman they have to make changes to that lineup multiple objectives here when you’re looking through that lineup it’s not just one guy so we’re trading for Alec bow and we’re also signing glaber Tores two big additions to this Seattle team and again as I said earlier this isn’t everything this is sort of the highlights Seattle would need to keep working we need to do more we’re going to need some depth pieces here we might want a first base option here maybe this is a Carlos Santana destination as well Seattle’s got to be busy and trading Castillo is going to give them the ability to spend money on glaber tours and some other pieces because when you trade Cas steo to the Mets the Mets are going to take every single dollar and you’re only going to get prospects back it’s going to take $24 million off the books that you can then go spend in free agency the A’s are next and I don’t guys I don’t know I don’t I don’t think they are going to be trading anybody significant I don’t think we’re going to see a a Rooker or a lde trade I don’t I don’t think we will uh they’re going to need to add some pitching though uh Jeff passon talked about how the A’s want to get their payroll up to1 million dollar all of a sudden they’re going to Sacramento now they’re playing in a modern League ballpark it’s going to be harder than ever to bring free agents on board now they want to spend money I don’t think they’re going to have an easy time and they’re not to this point finding guys to take the money so give me players that are sort of trying to prove that they either still belong or well no that’s basically it does Mike Soka still belong you you can make the argument that he made a couple appearances late in the year coming out of the bullpen he looked good it was a couple of appearances uh Wade Miley is is is a very capable pitcher but but at this point um I think that Oakland would give him a shot I I I’m looking at players that are going to be probably in a position where they’re looking for a shot and maybe Miley shouldn’t be here maybe Miley’s going to find a spot anyway but that’s my thought process is is pitchers that are going to be just looking for a shot to prove that they still got it let’s go to the angels next they’ve been so active so active already so we’re only going to have a couple items here I think we need a starting pitcher I think they want to spend money so give me native Aldi as their Splash addition to the rotation and I think this is a team that is going to be looking at a a Taylor War trade you brought in Solair so with Solair and trout I’m guessing they’re going to put trout in the Outfield again I because Solair or trout like one of them has to DH you’ve got moniac you’ve got Adele if you’re thinking about how can we upgrade the team we got to find the guy that has the most value of all of these pieces and it’s Ward ward has the most value of everybody so they may be forced into that trade because it could bring back a couple of other pieces that help them in other areas the Astros are next and two big moves here I have a Alex bregman reunion signing him bringing him back because next year they’re going to have a Kyle Tucker situation and they can’t afford Tucker I mean they’re we’re we’re talking about Houston and bregman as financially oh I don’t know if they can do it well then they definitely won’t be able to bring Kyle Tucker back so let’s get the bregman deal done so you don’t lose bregman and Tucker in consecutive seasons and we’re also going to make this the Josh Naylor trade partner bringing Naylor over to play first base for the Astros as the Astros reload to make a run one more time with Tucker and framber Valdez you add Naylor you got Altuve and bregman trying to make another run before you potentially lose those two big pieces in v and Tucker those are my complete offse projections again bringing in my trade predictions my free agent predictions and some new players that we have not seen before leave your comments down below what you want your team to do what needs to be on the objective list for
