yes oh baby ladies and gentlemen boys and girls the New Jersey Devils are hot don’t let us get going what’s there to say what’s there to say about this team right now welcome back to the channel everyone my name is Trevor and tonight oh tonight we will be going over the five to two Devil’s win at the Rock tonight over the Nashville Predators so let us get right into it and for the it was all Devils at the start they controlled the game since Puck Dro got an early power play had five shots on it and even though they didn’t get any goals from it they were going up against the number one penalty killing unit in the NHL in the entire league 91% that was the ntional Predators penalty kill rate going into this game they got five shots on them on it so even though they didn’t strike this power play unit is something special unfortunately though um a little bit after that and I guess this is the only concern uh you could say for the Devils at the moment is they once again let up the first goal of the game and that’s a trend that happened way too much last season you all know about it um that’s now the fourth game in a row they let up the first goal of the game so um slight concern but considering how the rest of the game went you could easily easily forget about that so one nothing Nashville off this Weir shot from the point Mar markstrom’s going to want that one back that’s one you have to save that no no excuses on that one so one nothing Nashville at that point but then Eric Holla on a beautiful pass from Jonathan kov Savage man man all the guys the Devils got this off season have contributed in Spades so far cter holla no not holla excuse me aova sevich uh n who is a part of the team leader in goals going into this one that change tonight as we’ll get to uh who is now the sole leader uh but all the guys the devil’s got just contributing in perfect fashion for this team so everything’s going to play so hey 1-1 at that point after the first and then O Captain my Captain how about a natural hatrick from Nico Heir in the second period all him 42 New Jersey at that point in the second period I couldn’t throw my hat cuz I’m a little high up and I and I just would hit netting if I even got it that far and also you kidding me I’m not getting rid of this or this you kidding me these uh or this one these two are special um but yeah niio what is there to say talk about a breakout season from a guy we always knew had the defensive side in him and now what he’s been doing offensively this season this is a future Sky awardwinning player in the making you know a lot of people in when they do these mock drafts of these REM mockings of number one picks Nico is not one that they Place high enough and that’s understandable you know he doesn’t bring the flash to his game but you know he’s a very solid defensive two-way player we always knew that but what he’s been doing this season some of the goals he had tonight oh it it it’s beautiful and exactly what this team needs I if Nico is doing what he’s doing offensively along with his two-way game the the potential is just out the window like you oh I can’t describe it because it’s so good so Nico he’s here with his hatrick his natural hat-trick for uh first Swiss born player uh to have a natural hattrick in the history of the National Hockey League so congrats to Nico on doing that 41 Devils after two so we’re just vibing at that point Nashville made it 4 to two it was a bad line to all right whatever you know what are you going to do Devil’s still perfect when leading after two periods by the way and then we get to the little kff at the end of the game so time’s winding down Nashville is just playing to play out at this point and they were going to play dirty you knew it was coming you know they’re just trying to do anything to get us under our skin and I I forget who it was on Nashville specifically but he goes after Teemo Meyer after the whistle so what is Teo supposed to do he defends himself as he should have I am fully defending Teemo on what he did and I don’t want to hear it from nobody because I was dealing with with it with a a couple Nashville fans oh why are you defending [Music] Teemo you you talk [ __ ] you get hit I don’t care Teemo had enough put the little punk in his place now here where is the problem lies number one no penalties C on Nashville at all [ __ ] on that two no need for the misconduct there no need ref just had enough at that point which whatever you want to give him a five fine give him the five minutes whatever we killed it off [Laughter] anyway stupid and then we got the empty n to top it all off Justin dling 52 just like that thank you Nashville get the hell out see you oh I’m being cocky this is years in the making if you’ve been following this channel my journey this is years in the making this team is special you could feel it this year yeah 2022 2023 they had the 13 game win streak impressive not taken away of away from that at all impressive because you’re never going to see that again but this team this year with who they’ve been beating it ain’t Thanksgiving yet it ain’t December January you know where you could really get a a benchmark on who’s legit or not but in the early goings the boys in Jersey have something special Brewing I’m just saying I’m just saying obviously a long way to season of season to go but for now the boys are vibing they were hooting and hollowing after the game reportedly playing loud music they put every they put a bunch of hats that the fans tossed in the Nico’s Locker The Vibes are special this year new coach new players new identity they’re defending teammates when was the last time we saw that actually all players defending each other Teemo going after little punk players from messing with them yeah [ __ ] you you mess with all guys you’re going to get hit you’re going to get beat the [ __ ] up we ain’t being messed around anymore you ain’t going to push this team around we’re gonna [ __ ] you up so another good win another two points keep it rolling keep it rolling now obviously you’re not going to win every game the rest of the way I understand that but what I see as success if you win more games than you lose in that week I call it a success so you have three more games this week Wednesday Friday Saturday you already won one win two out of the next three I’m as happy as a clam so that’s going to wrap it up for tonight thank you all so much for watching this video will be back Wednesday all right Thanksgiving Eve after the devil’s game when St Louis come to town who beat the Rangers tonight by the way oh boy Rangers oh boy Rangers I’m not going to tempt fate I’m not going to attt it [Music] but let’s just say I enjoyed myself on the train ride home tonight considering oh the blues beat the Rangers at the guard and there were some sad Rangers fans on that train all right not going to push it too far though not going to push it too far um but I’ll will be back Wednesday night after the win oh win oh excuse me oops oops did I just spoil it oh my God hopefully it’s a win oh I I hope that doesn’t come back to bite me in the ass
