all right uh let’s get this one done and over with a very disappointing Thanksgiving Eve tonight at the rock as the New Jersey Devils lose three nothing to the St Louis Blues welcome back to the channel everyone my name is Trevor and tonight uh so if you watch my pregame video today I called it I called it man I hate how I had to bring it to light but unfortunately this was going to happen eventually and tonight was the ninth the Devils have their stinker game the let down game the come back to earth game losing three nothing tonight so um it God I can’t even say anything was good it started 9 seconds into the game nine seconds at all it took for the St Louis Blues to get up to a one- nothing lead and let me make it clear even though the devil’s lost tonight the first two go the refs were garbage tonight garbage which I hate to blame refs I really do but when there’s a mrip uh Miss cross check Miss penalties leading the goals that’s when I have a problem that’s how it happened with the first and the second tonight and throughout the game there were some Miss calls tonight so I I I hate to blame referees I really do but when you get it like that come on what are we doing here so one nothing St Louis then two nothing St Louis and then three at the end of the first and that’s it for going RSE the blues just pretty much locked it down from there but let let me the the devil is from the second period and the third period the first 20 minutes excuse me water that’s what I need water um that’s better sorry about that very unprofessional of me um so the second period Devils start looking good dominating getting chances the blues only had one shot on goal in the second period but yet they can’t solve Bennington and that’s the story they just didn’t have it tonight everything they tried nothing could get through and it was just one of those games unfortun running into a brick wall it was just everything you could possibly bad and jelled all happened tonight for New Jersey so where we stand now um you’re going into now a back toback this weekend uh you’re spending your Thanksgiving in Detroit tomorrow have to play the Red Wings on Black Friday in the afternoon in Detroit fly home play the capitals on Saturday night and then the big one is coming Monday the first edition of the Hudson River rivalry this year the devils are 10 and four in the last 14 games all right 10 and four good the bad all of those have been shut out so even though this team has been performing really well lately there’s still a cple little things that need to be treed and number one which is becoming a major concern now this is now the fifth straight game The Devils have given up the first goal that is a trend from last year I do not want to start happening again that is bad we do not want that that has to change immediately they have to start getting out to leads again all right as much as we love this team and how they come back a lead will help them so they got to start doing that and just you need to find more 5v5 goal scoring all right as much as we love the power play and how’s it been working you know you need more 5v5 opportunities all right the the team has to start stepping up now missing Teo tonight hurt a lot it did um but they need other guys to start stepping up and I think that’s what they’re going to do at the trade deadline is find that Winger to pair with um Jack and brat so hopefully they can do that and I I think we’ll be fine moving forward all right tonight was a dud all right I said in the pregame video you’re going to get a game like this coming unfortunately it was tonight you ran into a bles team who I mean again other than the first they they had those couple goals and they didn’t really perform well I got to be honest with you it was just a game and poor markstrom too let me tell you something about markstrom the ceremony they did was great at the start of the game let me tell you something good ceremony great job and then just to let the first goal of the game in nine seconds in that’s a just talk about deflating the building that’s what it did and it was a good crowd tonight too it was um but unfortunately like I said the refs has taking their game into their own hands tonight not pretty at all so we’ll see what happens I I think we’ll be fine the team has shown they have overcome ever after a bad loss so Detroit Friday that’s the next one Washington Saturday at Rangers Monday all right and then they get a couple days off so big three games coming up and uh hopefully they can take them so that’s going to do it for this one next video will be Saturday night when the capitals come into town hockey fights cancer night all right so a big night and um yeah so that’s going to do it for this thank you all so much for watching my name is Trevor and I will see you for the next one
