ni how much are you enjoying your football at the moment um yeah I enjoyed a lot um I think uh the last game was was really was really good to play We scor a lot of goals so it was really enjoyable on the pitch um but even the last couple of games I think we were we were quite good the only thing we missed to enjoy the game uh was growing some goals um so yeah we’ve done it the last game and we we just we just need to build on there do you think you’re playing the best you’re playing since you’ve been here um I think yeah um I think I’m playing where I wanted to play now I think uh um since I came it’s maybe the first time I get some a run in the number six position um where I was playing before so that’s where I enjoyed the most playing so yeah I think now I can if if I can stay fit I can just continue and trying to build on on those performance what was the period like when you weren’t in the team and you had to kind of get back in um yeah it’s the same for everybody you know you’re just trying to work hard um trying to show that you are you present that you want to play uh I think the quality on training is high because everybody wants to play everybody wants to show that uh they already so um yeah it’s just you know the team was doing good was winning games so you can’t really say uh it’s normal that the team that plays good and win games continue so it’s just about time working hard uh don’t give up and then then when your chance come it’s up to you to take it and try to and try to do the best out of that I beg a week is this for Rangers when you’ve got the game in Sunday Spurs Celtic yeah it’s a big week it’s a very exciting week um I think we all looking forward to that but to go to the week uh with a good feeling we need to put on a good performance against rosanti away away it’s never easy um but yeah just going to take game after game and try to do our best the manager’s talking a lot about trying to avoid injuries within his Squad what changes have you made to your preparation or your training to to avoid injuries to yourself myself um you know it was a bit question I was a bit asking myself question at the time because I’ve never really been injured before and when I came I start to have some I think four injury in one and a half year so I was thinking some I must do something wrong to have those injury right now so I think a bit about and I thought maybe I gain a bit too much weight like to uh powerful so I just walk on my weight and trying to put him low um to to to be lighter and to to avoid all those those those small injury and yeah it works good for me so I just continue with I took a chef to prepare me some meal at home um so I can eat good in the evening I can follow my weight every day so so yeah I’ve trying to make some extra to get back to my best form um and it works good for me right now so I just continue how much weight have you lost um I could I think about between two and three so it’s not a big but it’s small more details that make the difference on the pitch to being first on the ball or to being just too late on the ball so that’s just just me can you just tell us a bit more about the chef story what happened there why just I just you know when you are young um it’s difficult to eat um good in the evening so yeah I came back here one day and I asked um the people that take care of the food here so fly the chef upstairs everybody uh if somebody can help me in that way and then uh I can I could have an agreement with one of the chef upstairs Alex and he’s making me the food for the evening so I I just go and and take my food and yeah it’s just better for me so I don’t have to think too much about what I’m going to prepare for myself well if it’s good if it’s not good if it’s the good day to eat this or no um he just know everything he just prepare me the things I go I come I eat and yeah it’s just it’s just better for me right now
