welcome back all right the first of two review videos today cu the idea of doing a 15 game review tonight I’m not really feeling that so uh there will be a 12 game review and unlike where I’ve got all the notes here it’s probably going to be very modified today there’s going to be 11 games on at the same time for a while and so I’ll I’ll do the best I can uh and the schedule this week is absolutely insane so that being said let’s go ahead and start things off with Chicago and Philadelphia this was the only game on and and at times it was a slow watch but I mean it’s it’s understandable with these teams and everything but hey what a game by Philly so mazic versus kosov we get a power play for the Hawks there’s a short-handed 2 and0 lon’s denied there power play is killed off the shots are 3 to1 Chicago 4 and a half minutes in uh the Flyers press kkny gets robbed there’s some pushing then on a Hold by moric uh Hawks press at 8 and 1/2 minutes they’re kept to the outside the Flyers have a 4 on two misfires and then the puck goes the other way and on the three on two that follows uh reel puts one in from the side of the net maroon and Murphy with the assists at 11:29 Flyers pressed to respond the shots are 9 to4 Philly with 6 minutes left the Hawks press with 5 and 1/2 minutes left and the Flyers would draw power play at the horn so it is zero or it’s one nothing for Chicago after one period of play second period there was a short-handed Breakaway from MF uh kosov saves there power plays killed off fans are getting kind of restless no shots on net there was I think it was a smattering of booing and then just fans chanting shoot as well uh Flyers go back to the power play and the boob birds out for sure on that one as it really struggles to get set up that one’s killed off as well one shot on net for Philly the Hawks press at 7 Minutes the shots are four to two Flyers at at 7 and A2 minutes Pathways denied the rebounds held reel fires one wide on a breakaway and then maroon would score he has one that deflects in off kosov Smith and Reel with the assists at 10:1 so it’s two nothing for Chicago just at the halfway mark of the game far has a rush chance that’s held the Flyers press with s minutes left the shots are 12 to four for Philly with 5 minutes left and when we get to that final minute there’s some booing from the crowd Philly fans are tough uh terrain has a late chance that’s held it’s two nothing Chicago after two third period the Flyers press at 2 minutes the shots though are two nothing for Chicago 3 and A2 minutes in Frost tonight on a rush moric holds the Hawks press at 6 minutes and then at 7:27 is the Flyers getting on the board cier tips one in close wrist Aline and and connect with the assists the Hawks press to respond but Philly would score again Kates puts one past to screen from the high slot Brink and Forester with the assists at 10:05 the Hawks press with 6 minutes left lotton denied on a rush chance uh the Flyers press after that the Flyers also press in the final minute but we’re going to overtime tied at two uh the Hawks control early teams trade turnovers the Flyers draw a power play and they score on it it’s mechkov on a Tic-Tac toe play buries it in close kcni and sanheim with the assists at 106 so the Flyers come back from two down and win it in overtime they go to 910 and two with the win with the overtime loss Chicago’s record is 712 and two on the season shots on net 107 Philly in the first 147 Philly in the second 127 for the Flyers in the third they had the only shot of overtime it’s all they needed Final Shots 37 to 21 for the Flyers power plays 0 for one for Chicago one for three for the Flyers 24 to 17 were the hits in favor of Philly morazzi saves 34 out of 37 he was very good he just didn’t have a lot of support kosov 19 saves on 21 shots for the Flyers and I thought he was all right okay next up uh the Minnesota Wild and the Calgary Flames so as Guston versus vladar and breaking at the time this game starts is Capri’s out so it wasn’t in the news video because nobody knew until the game was about to start and I wasn’t going to go back and do another news video while this game started cuz then things get kind of sketchy um not a lot on Capri of I don’t know how long he’s going to be out but he didn’t play in this game and you could tell with Minnesota uh shots are two nothing Flames at 2 and a half minutes Faber has a shot that’s kicked aside the wild draw Power Play That’s killed off just the one shot on net huberto with a net drive that’s blocked the wild press with 8 and 1 12 minutes left the Flames get some pressure there’s aous for huberto uh the wild get pinned down and Rooney uh tips in a point shot Miram manov and Kirkland with the assists at 1458 uh the the Wildwood answer though at 1603 it’s Johansson on a turnover burying one baly with the assist there uh the wild press for the lead the fly the Flames get some pressure to close it out it’s 1 one after one second period early pressed by the wild but they don’t get shots out of it the shots are two nothing Calgary three and A2 minutes in the wild press at 5 minutes uh Rooney’s robbed in close the wild then get some pressure at 9 and 1/2 minutes we get a power play for Minnesota uh things get Punchy at the net for the Flames so there’s one of each that leaves the ice so it stays five on four in terms of the man Advantage the Flames then finish the kill the wild managed Two Shots during that power play there’s a crossbar for Middleton and then things are pushy on the rebound being held uh shots are six to3 for the Flames with two7 minutes left uh with 210 left the Flames get a power play there’s a one-time by Sharon go that saved and then at 1929 and it’s a tip shot again posol tips one in cadri and Anderson with the assists so the Flames are ahead 2 to one after two third period early pressed by the wild but we get a power play for Calgary and they score on it at 353 Sharon govic goes top shelf from the point Zary and weager with the assists it’s a two-goal lead for the Flames They’re Up 3 to1 it looks like they’re they’re home and cooled it should be done uh we get a post for Rooney on a turnover uh Zer fires one wide from the slot the Flames press at 7 Minutes the wild draw power play with 433 left and they score on it it’s Brock Faber from Rossi and Baldi it’s post and in P to screen at 16001 the goalie pull happens with 1 minute and 50 seconds left and eventually uh the wild tie it it is Rossy from ericon at 1926 now the crowd watching the replay wanted the Flames to challenge for offside the Flames do not challenge for offside it was very very close so we overtime the wild controlled early Johansson was denied at one end Sharon govic is denied at the other but then we go to the shootout and in round five it’s Rasmus Anderson scoring uh putting the Flames ahead in the shootout and therefore they win the game four to3 via the shootout the Flames go to 12 six and three they sweep this homeand uh the Minnesota Wild get a point out of today 133 and four and considering they were down by two in the third period they’ll probably take it shots on net eight a piece in the first 11 to3 Calgary in the second 109 Minnesota in the third 3 to2 in the overtime in favor of Calgary Final Shots 31 to 23 for the Flames power plays Minnesota 1 for three Calgary two for two uh the hits 16 to 13 Calgary Guston saves 28 out of 31 Vadar saved 20 out of 23 and last game On The Board Seattle and the LA Kings so dord and Ric in this one uh Byfield hits the side of the net the Kings press after more pressure by the Kings at 3 minutes in fact 4 and A2 minutes in the shots are three nothing for La uh teams trade turnovers mour has a shot that’s kicked aside the Kings press with 9 and a half minutes left copar to campe there’s a near Miss there uh there’s a near Miss for lefair a in close so there there could have been a number of goals in that first period for La uh shots though are six to four for the Kraken with five minutes left because the king’s not quite getting that accuracy down today uh Kraken press with three minutes left but it is scoreless after the first second period sprung has a shot that’s held there’s some early pressure by the Seattle Kraken but at 419 La gets on the board first it’s campe from turot and copar uh he goes short side from the slot and it was a great pass to set that up as well uh Kings look for another we end up getting a power play for La they score on this it is Byfield going short side from the right Circle fiala and copar with the assist that’s at 603 so uh La getting two goals in less than two minutes of the game uh Kraken impressed the Kings though they block they Rush the other way uh emotions are rising on the whistles you could see some frustration starting to get into the game there for the Kraken uh Kraken are building some momentum not that they were able to score out of it we get two minutes of four on four that becomes 26 seconds of 4 on three for the Kraken followed by a five on four of course uh the Kings do end up killing that off with 230 left Seattle they go back to the power plate that leads to a short-handed two on0 fogal denied there uh that power play is killed off it’s two nothing l play after two third period shots are 2 to1 Seattle at 2 and 1/2 minutes Kraken fire one wide on a turnover or copar I should say fires one wide on a turnover uh Schwarz to sprung that gets blocked the kings are playing some stingy defense at this point play everybody back make sure they don’t have a path to the net that kind of thing Fogle has a rush chance that’s held Seattle presses at 8 minutes montour’s denied and then on his next attempt he hits the post uh shots are five to3 Kraken at the half the teams trade rushes with 357 left the Kraken draw a power play they would then then pull the goenda after the power play is done but when it’s still six on five Montour scores from buor Strand and gourd at 1826 they would pull the goenda Kings 2 to1 they go to 117 and three with the win with the loss the Kraken 101 and one shots on Net 5 to four Seattle in the first 12-7 La in the second 8 to 5 Seattle in the third Final Shots 21 to 20 for La power plays Seattle 0 for3 La one for one they didn’t need very many power plays uh hits 24 a piece in this one
