so with all the rule changes in baseball the pitch clock the three batter minimum all the stuff that I thought would not actually work out I have to say they have and I have not had a problem with them however with that said Rob Manfred and his ultimate wisdom has put forth an idea called the Golden at bat Rule and I have to say right off the bat absolutely freaking not Rob Manford if you implement this idea you are turning baseball into a backyard sport you might as well put a whiffle ball in the pitcher’s hand and start picking teams at the beginning of the game the golden Ed bat rule says in his again his idea that he’s putting forward is that it doesn’t matter who’s at bat at the time that you are able to put up whoever you want in a situation say there are two outs bases loaded and the Yankees have Jose trino up Aaron Boon can decide hey you know what I want to play my golden bat card here and put Aaron judge up the bat now honestly I thought it was a joke but I am seeing it all over the place oh two outs for the Dodgers they have bases loaded and I don’t know Miguel roas coming up but you know I want to use show hey Otani I wish Otani was up well the golden Ed bat rule will actually allow that Rob Manford absolutely not have you lost your mind oh [Music]
